I'm debating between three characters I could use here xD First is a normal Human girl with a bad relationship with her family, the second is a Neko created by a genetic scientist, and the third is a mage with a weapon based off of Lyrical Nanoha. Which of these could I use?

) While I was gone, I realized that I also have another character that could possibly be used here, and now I'm trying to decide between her and Kirika. Are we limited to just one character each? I could play the other character off as her sister if not. If so, that's fine too.
And another question, involving Kirika herself. Does she have to be from Japan itself, or would it be possible for her to have gotten the invitation via a friend/sister/other relative living in Japan, and that's why she's there?
