History:


Haruna had been born in a rather poor family, living on the border of living in the slumps and in a normal house. Though to prevent her family to get in even deeper debts, she decided to do a part-time job in order to help the money go up again. It worked out but because of her father his gambling addiction, it all went worse again. This time not even being able to pay the rent as Haruna needed to go to school also but they somehow managed because of Haruna her determination to make things better again. However this made her also get her risky behaviour as a result. As she was used to doing the things that were in her league, she would do them. Sometimes it made her get into pinches and barely getting out alive which made her test the others around her after time passed by in order to see how they would react to her. After she graduated, she immediately got a job that payed her fair enough so she could pay the rent instead of her parents but he did not know much about what would happen next.


Her parents stole the money that Haruna earned for them to live comfortable and ran off, as if she was nothing only leaving a note with the words ‘you will be alright’ written on it. Leaving her alone at her house truly devastated and utterly confused by how parents could even do that to their own child. And that was when she made up her mind to be a better person than them. So she did. She made up the money and sold the stupid apartment that she was living in and bought a better one where the walls did not have holes in them and where the doors were actually working properly.


Yet there was another change coming from her once she joined HOMRA, little did she know that she was powerful enough to become the next Queen of the clan. That notice came after she joined HOMRA for three years. Making the previous King trust her and give the ‘legacy’ over to her so she could lead the clan in good ways. She hesitantly accepted because this was a huge job for her, probably even bigger than in the past where she only needed to care for herself in order to survive, now there was an amount of people with it. So now as the new Queen, she tries to do her best for her fellow clansmen. Though not everything always go the way people want it to.

History:


Ravus' first memory was in the back of a cart being towed away by bandits. He lived the first seven years of his life being raised as a bandit, at this age he surpassed every other bandit in the group. This was also the age he discovered his power, which he used to kill the bandits. He traveled the closest clan, Blue, to show the current King. The King feared this power, and demanded Ravus to be jailed forever. Instead of killing the King and the guards who were to jail him, Ravus allowed it to happen. When he became eleven, he broke out and killed all of the dungeon's guards. He did not, however, free the other prisoners. He marched straight to the King, light spear to his throat, and demanded the King's Aura and the Blue Sword. The King's fear gave in, and allowed Ravus to be crowned the new king.


About three years into Ravus' rule, the Blue thrived. Although most questioned some of his decisions, they followed him loyally. However, the Gold clan eventually came and asked Ravus to take the Induction Variation Drift. He was classified as high-risk and was told to be detained. However, the entirety of Blue Clan protected him, claiming he's been in rule for three years and has made them thrive. Gold then just asked for him to be registered into Scepter 4. To this day, Blue thrives under the rule of The Mad King Ravus.

    Time - Her manipulation of time can only go so far, Ketsueki can't move forwards or backwards in time and she can't change the speed of any other living being.


    Incapable of planning ahead - Although Ketsueki has the ability to manipulate time, she's incapable of planning ahead, which makes her ability hard to work with and often gets her into trouble.


    History


    Ketsueki's never been an honest character. She lied, cheated, and fought throughout school and most of her life just to get through it, eventually becoming good at defending herself. Since she spontaneously stopped growing in third grade, she's been stuck at her height for the majority of her life, and often appears to others as a young child before they hear her speak or watch her fight. She shares little of her history, and not much is really known of her except that she was quite the advanced delinquent as a child and teenager.

Travis is an exasperated young man, a tourist, a person who protects the city by getting rid of what it doesn't need. He works bussing tables most days, away from clan related turmoil. The higher ups know he's always on call if he's needed. Being away from supernatural trouble doesn't prevent Travis from wondering into unsavory situations. A few deserving humans have met their end at the edge of his sword. Travis has a soft spot for the poor and underprivileged, going as far as offering handouts and restaurant samples. While the majority of the world thinks of Travis as a reserved and pragmatic guy, a unique few view him as a big brother figure.


The boogeyman. A decent guy. Nether identity rings true to Travis. He doesn't like to be feared, but he doesn't like to be complimented. Travis is a gruff communicator, however, he tends to favor diplomatic solutions over blood spilling. Insults rarely rattle him, but he's easily putout by childish behavior. Travis becomes snarky and petulant when he has to deal with people he doesn't like.


Travis keeps his thoughts to himself. Unless he's too ticked off to regulate his temper. In his line of business, Travis knows everyone's secrets, but he doesn't care enough to be troubled by them. Travis comes by everything he wants through his own merits. He doesn't back down from fights, sometimes he seeks them out. Despite his lack of approachability, Travis grudgingly likes people and has often gone out of his way to help someone.


History: Before learning Japanese, Travis brought a ticket to the country. He lived in the plane terminal for a week until he found an apartment in his price range. Gradually Travis befriended his neighbors, all by accident, having interrupted a burglar in the process of escaping, and beat the hell out of him for a completely unrelated misunderstanding. They helped him get a job at a fast food place. Travis has worked there since he arrived. The regulars even know him by name. Travis's turbulent nature and his sword wielding skills attracted the attention of Homra.
