~ Slightly enhanced agility/speed/strength
~ Can use the shadows to teleport/disappear
~ Can make shadows latch on to someone as a tracker
~ Can use shadows to make 3D shapes and control them e.g. Shadow men that fight for him
~ Can change shape and size of shadows
~ Trained in martial arts & acrobatics
~ Has some wicked party tricks (he can touch his tongue to his nose!)
Short Bio: Jay has had his powers for as long as he can remember but only realized it wasn't normal (after an unfortunate incident which started with a baguette and a mosquito and ended with Jay and his family moving to America from Australia) and started testing there limits when he was 10. After 1 year he had a pretty secure hold on them and began amature vigilantly work in his area (Tarestry City) after being inspired by Robin (Damian I think by the time this story happens or maybe Tim idk).
Eventually he met the League and basically stalked them back to watch tower and forced himself upon them until he was a frequent visitor. 3 years later he overheard that they were making a team and continually pestered and annoyed them until they let him join. He has a really close relationship with most of the league especially the more mischievous ones (Flash, GA ect) but most of them grudgingly find him endearing.
Appearance: Black hair messily cut & longish (past his ears), tanned skin with pronounced freckles, grey eyes, short for his age (5,2), skinny, feminine structure (especially eyes)(and no I don't mean feminine as in curves I mean it as in sort of dainty and delicate [and please don't give me hate over this for sexism cause it's not]) & Australian accent
