Nope. We can have the seven main leagers in the mystery world, but the on earth plotline there will be an unlimited amount of allowable interaction. I havent decided if im gonna make 2 IC theads or just require the listing of location.

Okay though i must point out even if you did get to play villains. Not being able to kill heroes, and being a person who is either getting locked up or beaten by a team of heroes is what being a villain means in DC and Marvel. Your interactions would be heavily limited.
The way I see it: a villain would have more freedom, not more limitations.
To an extent your correct. But the plot is about the heroes. So while yes you have freedom of not needing moral restrictions. Most player's will be heroes because the plot focuses on the heroes. So villains will kinda be like side plots. In short villains are playable but being Exclusively villains will make it hard to interact with the plot itself. Think about it like this. This is a Justice league comic so if you are a villain you'll be there for an issue or two but the main plot revolves around the New heroes, and the Veteran heroes who were warped elsewhere.
You know what i think i have an idea. Go ahead with your villain idea's. Be aware your villain is one of the badguys not the main one. Ill make abother villain to bring the plot into the Dark side. Just try not to Take over the story if you dont mind.
