Just When You Think It's Safe, Trouble Comes Knocking at Your Door.

Buckle B. Hayes
Twenty-two

APPEARANCE:

Tall and broad-faced, with a chiseled out jawline. Has a country-boy tan, a deep olive tone set in his skin for eternity. He has long legs, as well as long arms. His arms are as thick as his head, his muscularity having been set in since college (which he was booted out of). Wears typical work clothes; faded jeans, work-boots. Buckle also wears a variety of shirts and hoodies. His trademarks are his deep accent, home to rural Missouri, as well as a large belt-buckle that has a large 12-point buck and his name imprinted on it.

ROLE:

Varies. Either helps or against the community. Depends on the situation and his mood.

OCCUPATION:

Farmer, mechanic, handyman.

Formerly enlisted in the U.S. Army. Went AWOL.

FAMILY:

Buck Hayes [FATHER][ALIVE]

Samantha Hayes [MOTHER][MISSING]

Jumbo Hayes [bROTHER] [ALIVE]

-Various other siblings. Unessential to story.

HISTORY:

Born and raised in a shack in rural Missouri. Due to a lack of funds and his parents' jobs, he moved around a lot as a kid. His family as well as himself in school were known for causing trouble and getting in fights, most of which they started. After (somehow) graduating high school, he was kicked out of home for a period of time to attend New York University. He was booted after the first semester of his sophomore year. Going against early claims, his family allowed him to return home. Their most recent move was to the outskirts of Brason, buying a subtle twenty-some acres to farm. Through their lifestyle the family has acquired a variety of skills and supplies to help them fight.

LIKES:

- Drinking

- Guns

- Tractors & trucks

- Fighting

-Killing

DISLIKES:

- You.

- Your friends.

- The Undead (sees them as a challenge)

- Authority.

-Being told he's wrong.

ATTRIBUTES:

- Very skilled (in just about everything).

- Mouthy.

- Disrespectful.

-Close-minded.

-Very athletic & fit.

-Willing to do what it takes to survive (usually).

WEAPONS:

Buckle prefers his AR-15, which was illegally modified to fire full-auto prior to the outbreak. He also usually carries a Springfield® 1911 LOADED MODEL handgun. He wears a BLACKHAWK utility belt, the type preferred by law enforcement. This carries his magazines and other essential items. Wears a black Spec-Ops backpack usually as well. Always carries his Spyderco 6" assisted-opening foldable knife at all times.

His family and himself have a variety of weapons and vehicles stockpiled at their farm.

OTHER:

This character is an on-going canon character for me. I've used him in multiple RPs and attempt to blend the stories together as much as possible. That said, this RP could be the one that kills him. I'd like this character to be on his own (with his family), but intermix and interact with the group, operating from his homebase. He can either help or hinder the group. Thank you.

I'm all for having an antagonist. The only thing I don't like is the U.S army bit. I sorta stopped accepting such characters because of the current overload of them

I should have clarified; he never got deployed. Only received basic training, most of which he discarded after the outbreak.

Okay, accepted. If you do become part of the actual sanctuary you will need to settle on a specific role though.
