"Please,what,huh?!Get suckered into more lies?!" Marley spun around and yelled at him.

He grabbed her hands. "sweetheart... look at me"

"Don't give me that!" Marley yelled as she yanked her hands away.

"How can I believe you?You made me think you knew nothing about how I was captured!...and you were checking me out!" Marley yelled,understanding now how Ivan was able to sway the auctioneer.It was probably fixed the entire time.

"I thought he meant damn shes hot! I didn't know he meant hey lets turn her into a slave! I swear! What do you want?! Ill call him here now you can get revenge just..." he tried to grab her hand

Marley pulled her hand away,obviously feeling betrayed."I don't know..." She answered as she began to cry.She then turned on her heels and ran to her room,slamming the door behind her.

He stood there, knowing he couldn't go in. "Marley..."

Marley just laid belly to the mattress and sobbed,her face barrier in her pillow.How could she have been so stupid to trust him?He had used her all along.

He knocked. "Baby please. Understand i didn't mean for any of this"

"How could you not?You bid on me!" Marley cried.

Marley sniffed and opened the door."What do you mean?" She asked.

"If i hadnt.... you could be with some monster. Someone who would... i don't want to think about. We'll get Ivan. but know i wasn't involved. please."

Marley thought about it for a while before she sighed and breathed,"Fine,but I just want to go to bed." Then she shut her door.

He stood there. "come to bed with me then. in our room"

Marley leaned against her door and out her face in her hands."I...don't know..." She said quietly.

He knocked lightly. "Please... i know you're upset. Let me help"

"How can you possibly help?" Marley questioned,glancing back at the door as if she could see him.

"Ill get you unbranded and in college. Ill call ivan over. Just..."

"How can I believe you?" Marley asked him quietly.

"Because you feel the same for me that i do for you. You know it. I know it. That's what love is. Blind trust and faith. And sometimes we get burned... but thats okay. Because in the end we will always end up beinf happy if we accept the emotion."

Marley huffed and opened her door again,looking at him."Why do you have to be so deep sometimes?" She asked.
