Bio: A promising young sorcerer with something to prove. He has lived in the shadow of the name Hajime Kashimo his entire life. His own clan wanting him to take a series of binding vows in order to shape his technique to be just like Mythic Beast Amber. He refused leaving his clan and becoming a young orphaned sorcerer.

He was taken in by Tokyo Jujutsu High in his preteen years not starting as a student but undergoing training and being raised to forge new familial bonds. He saw the sorcerer that operated out of Jujutsu High as cousins, uncles, aunts, and grandparents of sorts. Even the few visitors from Kyoto Jujutsu Tech. He did see them as the larger than life titles others called them because he understands what it feels like to live in the shadow of name that’s not exactly your own.

Jujutsu: The base of Ken’s jujutsu is the fact his cursed energy has the properties of electricity. That includes when he uses reinforcement his body is also enhanced by electricity. When he infused objects with his cursed energy their efficacy is also enhanced by electricity, for example turning blades into high frequency vibration blades.

His innate technique is Seance: Lightning Beast Summon which causes the mythical Japanese lightning beast to manifest within himself. His eyes will change to glowing beast slits. He gains use of Raiju abilities:

• He becomes able to discharge electricity
• Turn into a lightning ball form to move at high speeds and slam into things.
• He receives an increase to the output and voltage of his electrified cursed energy.

Skills:

• Swordsmanship is Ken’s primary combat skill. He studied swordsmanship under predominantly under Atsuya Kusakabe with a few lessons from Maki Zennin and Yuta Okkotsu.

Equipment:

Kuro Nakashiro - A cursed tool that takes the form of a chokuto. It’s ability is to create a second blade that is a white chokuto instead.

Innate Technique, Raging Metal - An innate technique with resilience in mind, compressing and forging his Cursed Energy into a burning, ever changing barrier across his body. This barrier allows him to take punishment that far exceeds his usual ability to withstand, as well as making him harder to move. Furthermore, this technique creates a dense pocket of air in a three meter radius around him, reducing mobility and making it difficult to escape if momentum gained before entering it is lost. However, this technique quite literally weighs him down, slowing him to a degree that rooftop chases aren't feasible in this condition.

Simple Barrier - A simple barrier to deny others entry from whereever it's placed.

Reversed Curse Technique, Self Care - While impressive in its own right, his ability to sustain usage of reversed cursed technique is limited. Manipulating cursed energy into positive energy, he is able to heal up to two of his limbs, including up to regenerating a fully lost limb. Burning this much cursed energy reduces the duration he can sustain Raging Metal by up to 40%.

Weaknesses

Speed - A fine counter to his Innate Technique, high speeds allow sorcerers to momentarily enter his radius and strike, and then immediately exit. So long as they carry this momentum, they'd be able to mostly avoid the consequences of the air pocket. While he's able to adapt, and will eventually find the right moment to strike, it's still a fantastic way of gauging his current strength.

Distance - Rooftops, ravines, or other great distances provide an absolute inability for him to effectively use Raging Metal. Keeping their distance makes him (mostly) a non-threat. Just keep an eye on him in case he throws a car or a foreigner towards you.

Bio: A young Jujutsu Sorcerer with a powerful technique, a teacher at Jujutsu High brought him in after sensing his cursed energy. He had just lost his father because a curse killed him, when he unleashed a Cursed Technique... without knowing what it was. He eventually learned that it was a Cursed Technique, one not seen for a long time. He developed and refined his power, eventually becoming a Grade 3 Sorcerer. He remembers being told of Yuji Itadori's achievement of defeating Sukuna, King of The Curses, and promised to himself that he would try to do just as great, to live up to his hero's legacy. He has a record of hitting a single Black Flash on a mission, but that was months ago. Hasn't happened since.

Cursed Technique: "Kitsune no Yōkai" (The Fox Spirit’s Wrath)​

This Cursed Technique revolves around the manipulation of fire, illusions, and cursed fox spirits that deal direct damage while confounding the enemy with deceptive tricks. It harnesses the Kitsune’s association with both flames (often depicted as having fiery tails) and its ability to create illusions or shape-shift. He makes use of slashing attacks, similar to Yuji's Cleave, but also can commit to burning his opponents with them. He can also conjure blue flames, from smaller flames to fireballs, filled with flaming Kitsune energy. This power, however, has only been recorded, not used by Dex. And eventually, he will be able to utilise a Domain Expansion, but he cannot use that yet.

Innate Technique: Reign of the Swarm

This technique is unique because Hotaru uses a vengeful spirit bond, Sae, as a medium.


This technique grants Hotaru dominion over insects within a radius that spans three building blocks, as well as any entity he deems to be 'insects.' Consequently, he can exert influence over spiders, even though they are arachnids. Hotaru can push these creatures beyond their natural capabilities, such as compelling spiders to spin an excessive amount of silk beyond their physical limits or causing stingers to continue stinging even when the venom is drained. Additionally, Hotaru gains the ability to perceive through the senses of his insectoid subjects and can also ‘shove’ all his emotions into the bugs. For instance, even if he is afraid, his face or body language won't show it, but you can tell based on how the insects in the area act.

Naturally, his swarm is enhanced with cursed energy and is capable of bursting through concrete and steel.

Extension 1, Gu: He can create insect shikigami by killing normal insects and using their cursed energy along with their corpses as a medium. The shikigami can have various abilities.
