Daniel is a very quiet, contemplative man, seemingly always having his head in the clouds and thinking about... everything. His wife affectionately calls him "My Stargazer," hence the name of his Stand. He wants to help his family as much as he can, and he's always looking ahead to do that, always looking to the stars. He has a very creative mind, and he has a love for music and art. He is a bit frustrated with his position, his creativity wasting away behind a desk in an office.

Background:
Daniel is the son of a Japanese astronomer and an American tourist, the latter dying of cancer when he was a boy. His mother constantly pushed him to be the best he could be, wanting the boy to exercise his extreme creativity. Daniel had a happy childhood, always finding comfort in his mother, and childhood friend Ako. He went through school, always being bullied for his passive demeanor, and being half-Japanese, but he was still a happy, good kid.

He graduated high school with top honors, already dating Ako foe a few years at that point, and began the long grind that was college. He hated it. He couldn't be creative at all. Just do the same thing over and over and over again. While on the metro back from class, he bumped into a tall man I white, knocking a necklace out of his hand. While picking it up for the man, Daniel cut his finger on it, causing the man tk suddenly disappear. Confused, Daniel headed home. While walking there, he was attacked by mubgers. While defending himself, the attacker's were suddenly zapped by... something. He ran home, noticing that he could move things with his minds, and make what he could only describe as stars that he could create lasers with when two were made. He was soon approached by the man jn white, who introduced himself as Jotaro Kujo. He explained that Daniel had gained a Stand, and that he wanted to recruit him as an agent for the Speedwagon Foundation. Basically, Daniel would keep an eye out for rogue Stand users in the city, and jn exchange, his college tuition would be paid for. Daniel of course accepted, and soon named his Tsand Stargazer, after his favorite song by Rainbow. He soon married Ako, the two having a daughter named Rei that's almost a year old now.

Stargazer:


Appearance: Stargazer appears as a mascucline, yet faceless and featureless figure standing at just 5'4. It has no "skin," instead having a sort of void covered in stars and other astronomic entities. Looking at Stargazer is like looking into the night sky itself, though during the day, the stars aren't as bright.

Stargazer's ability allows it to create miniature constellations with tiny stars. Stars can be placed at any point in space, or on the surface of an object, and connected via Stargazer's lasers. The laser beams are deadly, but can only be created by connecting two stars.

Stargazer's user can change the properties of the beams and stars upon placing them, most often making them solid and elastic. Its user enjoys using this ability to create rudimentary slingshots.

Lastly, Stargazer can create forcefields between interconnected stars, which function as nigh impenetrable walls, shields, or polyhedrons. This comes in handy, since Stargazer is an extremely flimsy Stand. When punching, it will shout "RarararararaRAAIINBOW!"

Personality​

When referring to Kasimir Zeppeli one seems to find a pattern of similar words come to mind. Complex. Enigma. Mystery. He is quite the character, to say the very least. The emotion that Kass most commonly exudes is flirty, mostly because it gets him the most interesting reactions and it hides his ture emotions rather well. He, however, is very straightforward when he spots an handsome guy, gay or straight, and will attempt to woo whomever he spots. But, despite his bubbly and flirty demeanor, when in a battle situation, Kass becomes rather uncharacteristically serious. To him, nothing is more elegant than a fight.

    High energy and motivated to a fault, she often heads into situations with failure the furthest thing from her mind. A paradox to those who know her well, she puts her all into everything yet comes across as lackadaisical, relentless working but seeming lazy, devoted yet uncaring, Insightful yet thoughtless. Loving to make a show of things and talk, she rarely goes for the subtle approach at least regarding her entrances often making people wonder if she ever has a actual plan, her tactics on the other hand are deceptively subtle to the point and indirect on times. Never the less she has the preference for the spontaneus and adpting to the sitution, though it does come off as care-free and not taking the situations seriously at times regardless of the truth of the matter. Regardless should the situation require, she is more than capable of carring herself with more of a refinement and elegance than her normal persona, particular taking after mimicing her grandmother at times much to her annoyance.
    
    Taking great pride in her accomplishments, she is never the less extremly grateful to her adoptive parents to the point that direspect will often result in agression. The nature of her adoption however has given her a few intrinsic mistrusts, but regardless she still maintains a strong sense of justice.

    Fate: To have a Bizarre life
    
    Following the death of her mother at the hands of the Morioh serial killer, she would be left abandoned as a baby before being found by her adoptive father Joesph. Carried through the chaos within the quiet town until she traveled back to the states to be raised with him and his wife Suzi, much to her wrath assuming that it was yet another Illegitimate child. Though following her calming, running out of throwable objects and a explanation of the circumstances she would never the less accept the child as well into the home as the two became her loving, if dysfunctional given their age.
    
    This would also include the visits of her grandmother, though due to insistence on her parents referring to her a their name combined with them maintaining a her Hamon lifestyle far more strictly would result in the long held misunderstanding it was her father's sister instead. This was eventually corrected though they remained the nickname of Aunt out of humor, which was needed during her effective kidnapping at times to training them in the Hamon art as well as spend the time she had left to bond with her adoptive granddaughter. Perhaps it was due to her talent in the art, or maybe just her long since loss of the chance to do so with Joesph but the two bonded closely, with Shizuka looking up to her grandmother and even taking on several traits, despite the hellish training she subjected her to.
    
    Her life was not without trouble now and again, mostly of her own doing or due to strong will causing conflict with several authority figures. Luckily however many where quickly dealt with but not without gaining the reputation of being trouble within the local area. Skip forward several years and she is now 16 and her life is about to get a whole lot weirder.

    Shizuka is a young woman of fairly tall height and a fit athletic build, Beautiful and poised she holds herself with confidence staring outwards with light blues eyes and short onyx hair neatly styled. She stands physically and aesthetically as what many would consider a natural beauty resembling many a idea. Her porcelain skin is unmarred with the exception of a splotched burn scar across the back of her neck from a previous stunt several years earlier that remains to this day a sensitive subject.
    
    Normally clad within a combination of Blacks, Blues and Golds with various fashionable garments, often adorned with a wide variety of golden pins and patches collected. Finally she is never seen without some sort of sunglasses, most notably large lenses covering most of her upper face in addition to owning a wide collection of her grandmothers old ones. It is unfortunate however that given the difference in size she is no longer capable of doing the same for her other fashions.

    Trained from a early age in combination with her own efforts Shizuka has become highly proficient in a array of martial arts, but most notably her study of Hamon under her grandmother following the "wasteful" teaching of her father. Incorporating her own efforts she has become highly acrobatic and athletic, capable of precise and fast movements even without her stand as well as further augmentation with the use of the energy, display a subtle grace within all her movements. Despite the lack of any current threat of vampiric creatures it was stated that the art must be past alonged should the day ever arise where it is needed once more.
    
    Capable of almost inhuman acts of acrobatics and gymnastics, she moves at great speed with finesse visible within the various sports she would take part in at the school itself. This grace may also be what aids her in a unique talent in miming itself, combined with natural acting ability has proved to be a extremely entertaining talent as well as her go to solution in taunts or tricking observers. She can be extremely convincing in arguments naturally talking circles around people at speed to the point the individual is not really sure what they just agreed to in the end.
    
    Achieving high grades academically she never the less appears to be more free spirited with a somewhat delinquent nature, holding a great interest in both Theatrics and strangely enough Geology.

    Achtung Baby is a fairly humanoid stand resembling a tall athletic woman of similar proportions to Shizuka, though slightly bulkier in the limbs. Its head is encased in a insectoid style white helmet with large golden glasses over the eyes, the mask ending just above her mouth showing a small amount of their jaw to be visible. Twin golden antennae like protrusions are attached where one would expect ears, and around its neck rests a bright pink feathered boa, wrapped around and trailing midway down her back.
    
    Its full body is wrapped in thick white bandages, with additional black bands across the hands, though sections of golden armor are placed atop in various locations to such as the elbows, chest, pelvis, knees and boots. The overall design of the stand resembles a cross between a Sentai character of some sort crossed with a mummy, though the coloration seem to bring a element of glamour to it as well.

Personality: He is the wandering type that prefers not to stay with anyone close too long; however, the exception comes if he can respect you. The problem is he hasn't really come up with his own definition of respect, so he can flip on a moment's revelation's notice. Though the thing he hates is knowledge bounded by pages in someone's library. Either all knowledge needs to be out in the open or people should be content being in the most blissful state possible, due to this, he has made it is own duty to rid the world of stands or find a way to give everyone in the world a stand.

Background:
T.J. Grew up in America raised by a mother who hated her homeland. She had told that Japan deserved those bombing years ago, for all their misdeeds against liberty. T.J. had his own theory why his mom would rattle off like this, something to do with grandma, but it wasn't too big a reason to why he moved. He was seeing how his father had stayed for the reason he went to Japan in the first place, to get a hot Japanese wife. He was the most successful gambler in the country, people saying his luck was unbounded and his disguises becoming more intricate as casinos pushed for him to leave. T.J.'s father had contacted T.J. about coming back to show him a thing or two, to make sure "you wouldn't feel lost in adulthood, show you were the real love and money is at." That is how T.J. was taught and awakened his stand thanks to some tricks by his father. It turns out his father had been tracking some lineage, some bloodline that he called the luckiest bastards to ever live. T.J. would get an up close look for months at his father talking and staying in his room looking after this bloodline, his father died at his work for knowledge. T.J. decided there that a life of lucky bliss would have much better

Fate Manipulation
Fate Switch: Stand will release a large thread from it's right hand to stab into a target selected by user. A target must be a sentient being. A target feels no pain while being stabbed by a thread from this stand. The threads from this stand, while connected to a person, is unbreakable and can grow in length as much as needed while connected. From the left hand, another thread will be released and attach to a second target selected by user. Once two targets are connected, the stand can switch a fate between the targets instantly. These fates stay with each target even after the threads leave each target's body. The owner of the stand can also see fates that have been switched by this stand when being able to see the previous targets in person. When switching fates the user has four choices: randomly choose a fate from targets(their are Big Fates which are fates that are much more important to the person's life and would be the ones equal to fates noted in CS, Big Fates have a higher chance to be chosen at random than other fates), choose fates he already knows of, guess what fate a person has (if that fate is not true than both threads detach and noted as a unsuccessful attempt), or a mix of all of the above.

Fate Add/Subtract: Any fates that have been switched at least once and are still with a previous target can be manipulated by connecting one of Say It Ain't So's threads to that previous target. After the previous target becomes a new target, another target may be selected, that second target may have the first target's fate added to theirs.

Fate Loop: If their is a fate the user can see and user can connect have Say It Ain't So connect two threads to that person with thef ate, when that fate would resolve, the action of the fate can be repeated indefinite. The one with the visible fate will experience in the fate repeatedly and be conscious of that fact. Time is also unaffected by this ability. While looping, the user cannot move his limbs.

/Note: Their is a cool down rate to each successful instance of each part of the ability *Switch, Add/Subtract, Loop*. The user cannot use another instance of the stand's ability until 30 minutes after a successful use of that ability./

Personality: Azura is somewhat quiet but very aggressive when provoked. He only has average intelligence and typically isn’t a playmaker during a battle. He is unhappy about being the only stand user he is aware of and wants to meet other stand users such as himself. He, for some reason, doesn’t like it when people stare at him. Once befriended, he becomes a very faithful ally.

Background:

Growing up, Azura never really had a Stand originally. He was a normal child that went to school and did things a normal kid would do. Unfortunately at the age of 15, Azura’s father died of a violent seizure. For the next year he was never the same, he would be anti-social and didn’t make any friends and was obsessed with something that would later change his life forever. In his father’s will, he didn’t leave money, he didn’t leave any property, or anything of the sort. Azura’s father left one thing for him, a peculiar arrow with a strange design. After his father’s death he dedicated every day to trying to find the purpose of the arrow or where it came from. He carried the arrow everywhere, even to school, trying to figure out what was so special about the arrow. It frustrated him and haunted his thoughts on a daily basis not being able to figure out the arrow’s purpose. He had finally had enough, he wasn’t going to let the arrow haunt his life. He concluded that this arrow was for his death, so he could join his father and couldn’t think of anything better to use it for considering he has been depressed since the death of his father. He stepped in to a school bathroom, took the arrow, and swiftly plunged it in to his gut awaiting his death. He blacked out, he’d finally died.... or not. A student awoke him that had entered the bathroom, worried for Azura and thought he was dead. He was surprised that there was no wound from the arrow and thought he had imagined it... until he realized the arrow disappeared. He continued about his day wondering what had happened with the arrow. A year later, he had became aware of his stand and thought it was connected to his father’s death. Making this connection, he had decided to run away and look to see if people had similar abilities as him and if he could learn more of his deceased father. The adventure he would go on would teach him that there are more people with abilities than he imagined.

Appearance:

The stand itself takes on a transparent appearance and is somewhat ghost-like. It wears a black cloak that drapes in the wind and a hood that obscures it’s face, only leaving a shadow. The bottom of the cloak is tattered while the rest of the cloak takes on a simple shape and appearance. Chains can be heard rattling as the stand moves despite no chains being visible. The stand lacks arms and legs but appears to have eyes that give off a faint glow under it’s hood, allowing them to be seen through the shadows of his cloak.

Stand Ability:

Evil Eye - The stand’s right eye turns red and the target will be physically drained of strength until eye contact with Mantinée is broken. This can be used on multiple people if they’re both close enough to be held in eye contact at the same time. Strength drained from this ability can be used with Love Illumination to empower allies or Right Action to dodge an opponent’s attacks automatically.

Take Me Out - Mantinée’s right eye turns orange in which It, once eye contact is made, can put a single target in a hypnotic trance, forcing them to drop anything they’re doing and attack it. If Mantinée is hit then the target falls out of the hypnotic trance and can perform any action they wish like before. An opponent with a strong will could resist this ability but the hypnosis’s suggestions are very strong so it’s nearly impossible.

Love Illumination - Mantinée’s right eye turn a dark green and if eye contact is made with an ally then it can empower them with strength. If Evil Eye was used before this ability was used then any drained strength will be transferred to an ally. If not then it sacrifices it’s own strength to lend to an ally instead. A strength boost is only temporary and will wear off after a fight has ended. Any strength that was sacrificed for this ability is returned to the user once the ability wears off from the target.

Right Action - Mantinée’s right eye turns dark blue and can automatically dodge any attack thrown at it. It can only dodge people that Mantinée is making eye contact with and any attacks from something or someone he cannot see will hit him. He can’t use any other abilities while this ability is in use and requires the user to use Evil Eye to gather the strength necessary to use it. It’s impossible for the user to use this ability without draining strength.

Appearance: A standard-looking American girl, with blond hair tied into a bun at the back, a pair of glasses on her face, and a baseball cap loosely strewn sideways on her head. She usually is wearing a green featureless (and sleeveless) shirt, and somewhat-worn blue jeans.


Personality: Erica is snarky and comical by nature, but can be serious and even somewhat manipulative if the situation calls for such action. She doesn't usually, but when she does think a step ahead, she tends to often drastically overcomplicate the situation in her head, occasionally (though unintentionally) even walking herself through it out loud. On the contrary, she becomes arrogant and reckless when she believes she has the advantage, often feeding her opponent vital information to tease them, which may unexpectedly lead to her downfall.

Background: Erica's past is vague at best. She doesn't like to share information about it, and gets uncomfortable when you ask her. When she does share information about her past, it's either for a very, very good reason, or it was a complete accident. However, for further reference (and to assure you I'm not bullshitting you...)

Erica grew up in New York. She went to a decent blend of schools, and didn't experience much in the way of prejudice. A few incidents, but nothing major. What happened was all at home. Her mother died two years after she was born, and her father was murdered five years later. She had to live with her aunt, who was borderline-neglectful of her. Erika learned how to manage money on her own at a relatively young age, thanks in part to her aunt's total incapability of doing so herself, and most of her independence stems from becoming self-sufficient in spite of her aunt.

With her newfound independence, and various small monetary inlets (including bartering at school, and doing homework for money), she saved up for renting her own apartment- away from her aunt. She set out to exact revenge on whoever murdered her father, and on her neglectful aunt. And with the left-over funds, she purchased a decent phone and laptop for on the go. To fill the void her orphaned status left her with, she picked up several hobbies, including a newly-discovered fascination for squids, quickly followed by a devout loyalty to a particular relevant Nintendo franchise.



Stand Name: Acid Hues

Appearance: A humanoid Stand wearing a dark grey biker's helmet, a leather jacket, and somewhat worn blue jeans. A backpack-like protrusion with three large tubes (colored red, green, and blue) sit on its back. Its "skin" is grey, with red, green, and blue lines running along its length, along with cosmetic seams as if it were constructed out of many metal sheets. Its helmet is actually its head; it does not come off, and the visor does not open up.

Namesake: Acid Hues by Off the Hook (from Splatoon 2)

Stand Ability: Acid Hues can add a color to anything it's touching. This addition happens gradually, but can be sped up or slowed down substantially. Along with that, the color will gradually flow from the point of impact to anything physically attached to the touched object.

On Acid Hues's back are three differently-colored tanks, referred as the "red", "green", and "blue" tanks. As Acid Hues adds a color to an object, the tanks on it's back are drained. While the tanks regenerate slowly, Acid Hues can also "drain" colors from objects to refill them. Colors added to objects by Acid Hues add acidic properties to them, based on the color.

Red acts as ionized hydrogen, essentially an incredibly low pH.
Blue acts as ionized hydroxide, essentially an incredibly high pH.
Green acts as water, with a pH of 7.
(The green tank is much larger than the red and blue tanks, and Acid Hues mixes green with either red or blue to achieve other pH levels.)

Objects that have been drained lose their "favorable" qualities; steel becomes brittle, wood rots, foods become tasteless and airy... they lose their "color". Living entities have considerable amounts of color, and can't be totally drained as easily as, say, a pebble. However, as an entity is drained, it ages, and becomes sickly. A totally drained entity will soon die of miscellaneous causes.

While punching, Erica/Acid Hues tends to shout, "Splatatatata!" in reference to one of Splatoon's trailers.

Name: Edward Hall

Fate: To fully understand what a stand is and why nobody he has met can see it.

Appearance: He wears casual clothing. He has a long sleeve shirt that says "何" on it. He wears blue jeans and a flat cap. He has longish brown hair and hazel eyes. He isn't very strong physically and has little muscle.

Height: 5'8"

Weight: 167 lbs

Personality: He gets confused easily. If something isn't explained in detail he won't understand. Nothing but his stand is very unique other than his slightly above average intelligence. He can be a bit comical and can crack a joke here and there. He tends to be more of a follower than a leader and will listen to whoever he sees as an authority figure.

Background: Growing up nothing too interesting happened in Edward's life. He lived about as average of a childhood as you can have in Brooklyn. At around the age of 12 his mother decided to move to Japan (for quite possibly the worst reason ever) to become one with the culture and reach her "inner spirit". They lived in Japan for around 3 years before finally moving back to New York. Since he had been living in Japan for so long, Edward learned a decent amount of Japanese and became a fan of anime and manga (hence the "何" shirt). At around the age of 17, during his lunch break in school, he was getting picked on by a bunch of students. They wouldn't leave him alone and kept trying to make him as mad as possible. It was at this moment that he was struck by a golden arrow (scaring literally everyone around him) and about 3 minutes later he woke back up. He had finally manifested his stand, although he didn't quite know what it was, having it lay in the shadows most of the time. Once he graduated from high school, he decided to study abroad in Japan at the age of 20, deciding to live there at 22.

Personality: Rash, somewhat rude, and surprisingly slow on the uptake. Something of a show-off and an attention hound. However, he's not particularly violent, and mostly fights for self-defense.

Background: His childhood is, oddly, proof that a long-distance relationship can almost work between two people. Both of his parents play the roles of board members for multiple companies, with his mother in america and his father in japan. They love each other to bits even though the barely see each other for more than a few days every other month. Lukas, their firstborn son, never quite got enough attention from them. He acted out, tried to express himself, and though his parents never objected, it has strained their relationship at times, as he's been arrested for vandalism on multiple occasions. He frequents skate parks, tags things with graffiti, and generally tries to make a nuisance of himself, but his parents support him. They don't even think his... 'unique' way of dressing is objectionable! He doesn't want them to get behind him, he wants them to get involved in his life! At least he has friends both stateside and in japan, but... Well, it's weird to switch groups every month or so.

Well, things got weird when some random guy stabbed him. With an arrow. Lukas made it to the hospital, and they yanked it out of his shoulder alright, but the guy got away, and Lukas only got one night at home to rest before he wound up in... Whatever this weird alternate tokyo is.

Appearance: Lukas' odd roller skates aren't actually high-end custom pieces, as they appear to be: They're his stand. It's actually quite awkward, as Lukas has to wear regular roller skates so he doesn't appear to be floating on thin air!

Trouble keeps you running: Sonic Boom's base ability. As Lukas's adrenaline rises, Sonic Boom's acceleration increases, and Lukas's perception of the world slows, allowing Lukas to move at incredible speeds when excited, scared, or in imminent danger. There are no known limits to this speed, but in the brief time he's had Sonic boom, he's clocked himself at nearly 250 KPH!

Sonic BOOM: Sonic Boom's primary attack. When Sonic Boom is active, Lukas can transfer his current momentum to anything he touches, instantly. If, for example, he's moving at 30 KPH, and you're standing still, he can slap you with Sonic BOOM to send you flying at 30 KPH while bringing himself to a dead stop. The transfer itself doesn't deal any more damage than a hard slap, but if you were to hit a wall at high enough speed... Well. Let's be thankful he's averse to violence.
