Its totally cool. I understand as well. If you want I can also have a teacher for Oceans rp! I dont mind rping teachers but then again no one ever wants to so its hard to have them as a teacher. I am currently trying to write 2 teachers one for a history class and one for art any ideas lmao?

Also ill attempt to draw Amethyst and Grayson later and I cannot draw males for the life of me-

me n my homies HATE MEN
jk
its a curse lol

Just came back from dinner~ (the conversation was very, very awkward, so I ate as much as possible and just skedaddled upstairs.)

And Cello, no, no, no, it's fine! I don't want to force y'all to play professors if y'all don't want to. That would just perpetuate the point I'm making, and forcing yourself to play professors would just make the experience 5x as awkward and stiff for me, because I'll feel guilty™. I'm just going to hop through my Pinterest boards to see what I'm leaning towards.

My current vibe is a teacher who's integrates technology and magic, and is constantly in Pepe Silvia mode.

Thats cool and its good. I wanna rp as a professor but im trying to think of how to carry out a lesson

I was thinking about adding a professor, but chances are they'd be really happy and fat and old or just like
a ragged disgusting weird creature lmAOOO

Oki we are not starting till tmr because I dont want to feel panicked and screw up the intro post

SORRY FOR POPPING OUT OF EXISTENCE, I WAS DRAGGED INTO TAKING CARE OF MY BROTHER-

Anyways, it's established that Sai is a complete and utter asshole, right? Well, lore time! But for Dani's universe, not for mine. (This is like... complete headcanon btw.) Students and faculty who have been admitted to the school are assigned a certain letter, for their supernatural power level, and how capable they are of controlling and exercising it. This goes from S-ranked (Sai, and possibly Olivia), who are the most powerful, to F-ranked, who are the least powerful. Then there are class Nulls, who don't have any abilities.

AGAIN, COMPLETE HEADCANON, AND IF THIS ISN'T ALLOWED, I'LL JUST HAVE SAI MAGICALLY KNOW WHO THE MOST POWERFUL STUDENT IS.

The first lesson for elemental ability control? Congrats bitch, it's how not to rely on your abilities.

Sai drags out the highest ranked ability user and asks them to complete a task. If they win, they get to skip writing an essay. If they lose, they get... one-on-one time, where Sai picks apart every part of their strategy where they've failed. If they deny it, they get publicly humiliated for being a coward and also get an essay! Where the entire class tells them why hesitation and cowardice in combat is a sure-fire way to get yourself killed.

The challenge is simple. Sai's classroom sits above a large pool, and having the ability of advanced hydro/cryo-kinesis, they raise up four walls made out of ragged ice, forming a room. There's an open and closing door carved into the ice, guarded by a replicate of themselves who first approaches from outside the room. Their challenge is to get out of that room. The rest of the class is not allowed to aid them in their escape.

The point of this lesson (other than Sai just being sadistic) is to show that yeah, you might always have your abilities, but are they useful in every situation? No, and it's perfectly viable to fail while still using them. If the student insists on being obstinate and only thinking about how to apply/use their abilities, Sai berates them for not using their head. It would've been perfectly viable to find out a way to climb out of the structure, or stop their replicate from entering the room in the first place. (There's a bunch of other ways to win the challenge, and feel free to be creative as you like!) However, the point is that if even the most powerful student can fail in simply getting out of the room, there is no reason why they are any better than the other students. In fact, those with weaker abilities might've had an easier time, because they know how not to constantly rely on their abilities.

So uh... yeah? Thoughts? (Inspired by a certain scene in a certain piece of fiction.)

ASFSDFD- THANKS! Because of my obsession with world-building, I know that there's probably going to be some discrimination between those students with more powerful abilities, and since Sai isn't standing for any of that, they approach with as extra of a flair as possible, because there's nothing that fits their image for than some well-intentioned public humiliation.

Of course, this entire thing would kind of go to waste if someone was like "HAHA, MY ABILITIES ARE SO STRONK THAT I MERELY DESTROY THE ENTIRE ROOM!" or goes all Dragon Ball Z, and ends up making fun of Sai (the student will promptly get murdered, but hey, there's nothing stopping them), but I just really like the concept, and it establishes some power-scaling.

And pffffffffft- If someone were to write that, I think I would either approach them OOC, or just... have Sai throw their table at them for messing up their lesson.
