Personality: Marcus has always been calm, collected, and rational. He is charismatic and intelligent, two qualities that have gotten him in and out of a lot of trouble. Despite his career choice, he considers himself honorable and "a decent guy, and an entrepeneur" who is just taking advantage of a weak system. He gives off an attitude of indifference to all other people, but holds his team closely and would throw himself in the line of fire for them. However, he is brutally unforgiving of failure and will not hesitate to remind people of their past failures.


As a criminal, he has proven to be something of an unpredictable maniac. He behaves like a deranged psychopath, a child with the powers of a god, who damages his victims psyche beyond repair. No one is sure if it is just an act, or if he has a few screws loose.


Biography: Marcus spent his first nine years in an orphanage, where he learned very quickly that the only way to succeed was a quicksilver tongue and charm. When he was finally adopted by a rich couple, they quickly realized they had a true piece of work on their hands. He excelled in school and athletics, up until college.


In order to fund his lifestyle, he turned to stealing medications from his father's pharmaceutical company and selling them on campus. He started off small, selling minor painkillers and adderall, but eventually he decided better money was to be made in the illegal drug business. He charmed his way into the business on the local level, and had moderate success. Unfortunately, when some of his customers died as a result of faulty product, the trail led back to him and he went underground.


After a year or so spent on the run, he realized just how lucrative crime could be, and began acquiring new contacts and equipment to bring about a new criminal reign of terror in the Chicago area.


How did you catch Bain's attention? : After his last crew was jailed after a heist gone wrong, Marcus entered a charity event for the local Police Department. After shooting down the few armed officers on site, he took the rest of the banquet hostage and kidnapped the Police Chief and his wife, offering them both up for ransom in return for the freedom of his jailed crew. After making the deal and freeing his crew, the slow-acting poison kicked in and killed both the chief and his wife. Upon being reunited with his crew, he shot the three of them for failing their last heist.

Personality: Loves to shoot. Living things, inanimate things, it doesn't matter to him. Quick to resort to violence even when the situation might not require it. He can be persuaded to safe his weapon given sufficient proof that kicking in the front door isn't the best strategy but even then, he won't be happy about it. Isn't fazed by even the toughest of law enforcement and will go head to head with even the mighty bulldozer without a second thought. Robert isn't heisting for the money, he's here for the thrill of combat. Can usually be seen smoking a cigar.


Biography: From an early age, Robert loved to shoot. Growing up on his parents farm in "the middle of nowhere", Nebraska he would always be on the lookout for wildlife to put fresh meat on the family table. He loved the challenge that fast moving animals would provide for him. In time he became a solid shot with his father's 12 gauge hunting shotgun.


After finishing school there wasn't a second thought in Robert's mind. It was off to the military. He joined the U.S. Army and, when given the option, chose to go through Ranger school. After passing with average results for an Army Ranger, he served a tour in Afghanistan. Surprisingly, he found it not to his liking. Too often it was just another patrol or uneventful guard posting. Even when there was some action to be had, the pesky Rules of Engagement stopped him from eliminating the threat most effectively. He could pick out the hostiles in a crowd from far off but wasn't allowed to do anything about it until fired upon.


After his first tour, he elected to serve a second tour because it was the only thing he could think of the let him continue to use his weapons, but he never showed up for deployment. During his time back home, he witnessed an armed robbery of a bank while visiting D.C. (Hmm, I wonder who the robbers might have been.) The whole scene appeared appealing to him, the criminals using unrestrained weapons fire to complete their objective. Since then, he's covertly been looking for protection assignments of questionable legality and loving his work.


Noticed by Bain?: After providing protection for several small time jobs, he was hired along with a few other criminals to guard a coke shipment headed out of Chicago. The op was discovered by the Chicago PD and, after a brief fire fight, Robert was the only one left standing. The coke made it to it's destination and Robert returned home with the pay for the 4 guards all to himself. Shortly thereafter he received an unmarked letter in his mailbox giving him instructions on what he needed to do if he wanted more interesting protection details.

Personality: Tyler has always been a quiet polite boy. Well as polite as you can be for a thief. He prefers to stick to the shadows and avoid confrontation at all costs. He isn't what you would call text book smart, but he sure as hell is smart enough to get inside a banks vault take your life savings and leave without you ever knowing he was there. He prefers to work on his own but is willing to work with a team if the reward is high enough. This guy knows he is good and is arrogant about it to almost to a fault. His personal philosophy is silence is golden and the gold in that vault belongs to him.


Biography: Tyler is a Chicago boy through and through. He grew up on the shit hole that is south halsted street and west 77th street. When he was two his parents were killed by the "purple snakes" in a gang shootout. The parents were not affiliated with any gangs, just in the wrong place at the wrong time. After their funeral, he lived with his grandma who psychologically abused the poor kid and made him believe it was his fault his parents were dead. He then vowed to avenge his parents death and joined the "green mantis" gang at age 13, the youngest gang member recruited. To prove his worth he volunteered for the most risky jobs available to him, which at the time were petty theft crimes.


He quickly climbed the ranks of the gang and when he was 17 he finally had the skill set required to get his revenge. He knew where the HQ of the purple snakes was and after about a weeks work of reconnaissance detail he knew not only the entire buildings layout, the guards and their patrols but most importantly how he was going to get in undetected. He broke in and waited in the leaders room where he choked him with a noose until he was unconscious, he then hung the bastard up and filmed it. three days later he sent the film to the new leader of the purple snakes who immediately had all the guards who were on duty that night executed and replaced.


From what I can tell he hasn't been busy for the past five years, either that or he has gotten so good even I cant tell what he was or wasn't behind. Regardless he will be an invaluable asset.


How did you catch Bains attention: His little stunt of killing the leader of the purple snakes was impressive to say the least. There were over 25 people in that building and he managed to kill the leader without anyone of them knowing. After that a quick search of his juvie record showed that he has quite the talent for staying undetected, as in he didn't have a juvie record.

Lola is a bit twisted. She's is sweet and innocent. Or at least, that's what she looks like to many. She is a real actress and knows how to fake a smile in order to get what she wants. In reality she sneaky, snappy and a bit of a bitch sometimes, but hey, that happens when you're only spending your time around guys. Lola is a real nerd, especially when it comes to computers and technology. She can be so take up in making codes that she wouldn't even hear you if you put a air horn next to her ear.


Biography:


Lola is the youngest in her family. Her mother died of childbirth so it was up to her five older brothers and father to raise her. At the age of six she had written her first code and her first virus at eight, with which she managed to turn off all the power in her hometown, Payne, Georgia.


Entering school, she was quickly loved my the nerd and bad boys, who would rather play video games or skip classes. She changed grades, changed the schedules and set off fire alarms with the quick movements of her fingers.


She one day during college, she got and decided to challenge her skills by hacking in into the Pentagon and stealing army, bombing and history files that she actually didn't care about. Turned out that the Pentagon didn't want anyone seeing those files and tracked her down. Lola packed her stuff and took the earliest train to the farthest place she could think about and after a couple of months running and hiding she ended up in Chicago.


How did you catch Bain's attention? :


At the age of twenty she started "flirting" with one of his men and stole his phone. She then, undetected, put a virus is the device, which sent all the information about the curtain mission to her. She let Bain's men do all the dirty work and stole the money, 4.5 million dollars, that they were after in a blink of an eye. Bain, of course, had noticed that and offered her a deal. If she could either die and he'd take the money or she could stay alive, keep 1% of the money she had stolen from his and work for him whenever he needed her.

Personality:


Laurence is quick with his hands and loves to make things with them. Living on the street and working for a gang meant he was building things like undetectable explosive devices or a drill that can cut into a safe in under five minutes. He keeps a level head in a fight and is good with a gun. He is selfish and greedy and consistently steals little valuable items while on heists and hides them from his crew. Growing up without parents left him tough skinned and trusted no one while learning to fight for himself.


Biography:


Laurence grew up in a rich house with little supervision and lots of toys. He was interested in learning how things work and was into building little contraptions. At age 13, his family's private jet crashed during a storm killing both his parents. Laurence's uncle became his legal guardian. Laurence quickly hated Uncle Bill because he was an alcoholic and quickly blew through all of the inheritance left by Laurence's parents on useless crap. Laurence ran away from home at age 15 and lived on the streets. He used the knowledge he gained from his tech classes to land him a job at a local repair shop (lying about his age) and continued to learn. Growing up on the street led to a life of crime, a way of life he was really good at. He left that job to experience the life of crime. After pulling off some small one man stuff he attracted the attention of a local gang, where he joined and continued to pull off bigger heists. These were mostly small shops and jewelry stores but the last job was a bank heist, which was by far your biggest success: in and out in five minutes, no alarms, money bags full


How did you catch Bain's attention? :


After pulling off the bank heist, Laurence gained a high reputation within the gang. After another small time jewelry store heist, Laurence went home unsatisfied, he desperately wanted the excitement he felt during the bank heist. He grabbed a beer, sat on the couch, and read the mail. Apparently word spread outward because he got a letter from someone anonymous congratulating him on the bank heist...

Name: Scott Ainsley

Personality: A quiet man who will analyse and simulate situations in his head. Never one to make a rash move, his methods are cold and methodical. He makes every shot count, be it to kill or to help the team. His face shows little to no expression and has no particular desires in life either. It is simply for him that he kills to get the money rolling and killing is what he is good at. He is by no means a lone wolf though. Scott recognises that for true success there needs to be a perfect harmony between the team in action and from a distance. After all, not only could he shoot, but also spectate. He can be at times a pessimist and sometimes do odd remarks.


Biography: A UK born man who to this day retains his British accent. Born an orphan, he worked his way up usually as the bruiser of a gang in his days growing up in Leicester. During the time at school he managed to join the Combined Cadet Force, a army cadet program set for young adults from 14 to train them in army skills ((This is a RL program at selected schools and places)). It turned out that Scott was a natural sharpshooter and at the CCF further honed his firing skills.


When he applied for the SAS he failed the entrance exam, which left him with no options. With nowhere else to turn to with the skill set he had, Scott moved to the underworld universe of crime. It turned out crime was the one place where they exactly needed a man like him, with the ability to kill from a long distance and be out of the scene before any crime fighters arrived and no one to bear witness of him.


How did you catch Bain's attention? : Assassinating a famous political figure while on a contract in South America. It was one of the cleanest assassinations to date, where a sniper shot fired through the head of a man giving a political speech. It was the perfect weather with no wind, so after a set-up, Scott fired a bullet from 2km away which pierced the mans body and cut a major artery as well as caused major internal bleeding. Because of the long distance he was never caught after he fled back to the US since no one ever saw him. The only people that knew were his less than savoury contractors.


Bain after some good time and effort tracked down Scott and picked him up, seeing great potential in his skills. Bain approached him with "I can make you feel wanted and a very rich man." To which Scott's reply was "Sure, why not."


Role: Sniper


Primary Weapon: McMillan Tac-50, IR mode built into scope and a bipod. Can attach a suppressor, but this will make it harder to calculate drop so will take longer to line up shots.

Personality: Loves to have a good fight and make a ton of noise. Sal loves to get everybody's attention and keep the cameras and eyes. He has a protective nature of him and wants to keep his friends and allies out of danger and take all the fire for him self while they do the important things.


Biography: a former licensed military contractor. He was fired from his job after 5 years in the business and losing his source of income. His old military friend pointed him out to secret contractors that hire anyone for the right amount of pay and the type of job. Sal went to Italy to help with a bank robbery and his contractor was impressed with what he could do and hired him for many other jobs after that.


How did you catch Bain's attention? : A bank job in Italy. Sal had gone with a squad of 4 guys to rob one of the biggest banks in the Rome and steal over 25 million dollars. They were able to keep the cops off their backs for a good hour to get the money and get over 25 million dollars. Sal was the only one to make it out alive and got paid over 5 million dollars for his share and the rest went to his employer

Jamie is usually void. Except for the need to satisfy his brother's needs, he has no other wants or needs. Everything else is a convience, his main driving force is to make sure his brother is not in duress.


Biography:


"Boo."


Though Jamie was the first born, he easily relinquished his position to Marcus. From the moment he could talk, Jamie was forever giving everything her could to his brother. He loves no one like he loves Marc.


Jamie was exposed to the best schooling and training that money could buy. He was brought up to be a weapon. With ease, he grew into the role, mastering different techniques and manuvers in order to become the most knowledgable person on the job. He could also paint on a face like no other, playing the perfect frenzied civilian or the most charming man in the room.


Jamie helped his brother at the age of 15, smuggling his father's drugs into Marc's possesion with no trace. He wanted nothing in return. The smile his brother gave him was enough.


You will not know he is there unless he wants you to know. And if he does, it usually means trouble. Jamie is the truest definition of what it means to be a Ghost.


How did you catch Bain's attention? : Crashed the NYSE servers, along with several other corperate servers, to wire stolen money to his brother's offshore accounts.
