It's Just a Game

ShadowKat bounced around happy and energetic as ever. He looked almost the same as in real life exept the sharper elven fetures and ears, his shaggy brown hair as unruley as ever the teen was such a child at heart.


Trickster smirked flipping his hair; of course he was beautiful choosing to beautify his char ever so slightly he was feminine without the upgrade so now he would really confuse people on his gender.

 

[Ricia]

"um... we got early access to the game... too..." LilDragonelle said from behind BloodAngel. "My name is... well my user name is LilDragonelle... or lilDragon." Lildragon was a lil-hard to hear because she was whispering almost, "I'm a summoner... Angel is a long sword and Priest is a Cleric."


"You guys making a party?" A man with blond hair and blue eyes walked up, he looked a bit intimidating but sounded friendly. Behind him were three other people. "My name is Shade. This is Trickster, Shadow and Death." He said naming the three behind him. "I'm a dual blade. Trickster and Shadow are thieves and Death is a pole arm." Shade said. He just came out of no where and introduced himself, "It looks like we are all pretty new to the game."

"Naturaly we are new to the game hotpants," Trickster said knowing how much Shade hated that nickname.


ShadowKat giggled "I'm an elf see my ears!" he was already having fun.


BloodAngel tenced for some reason Trickster made the hairs on her neck stand on end. "lilDragon are you ok? she asked in a whisper.


Priest just smiled "we were just starting to play we have not really thought about making a party yet,"

 

[Ricia]

"I'm fine. Sorry." She said softly, taking a few steps out from behind BloodAngel. LilDragon smiled at them. "I read a bit about the game as well." She said.


"I know a bit from the forums that I've read up on it." Shade said, glaring at Trickster for the 'hotpants' comments.


Death shrugged, "Well I don't know squat about video games. I've never liked them. I rather do other things with my time." She said taking the passive stance. "But the fact everything feels so real... kind of makes me rethink it."

"Do relax Death games are ment to be fun you'll like this one," Tricketer said flipping his hair and laughing at Rick. "Pleased to meet fellow gamers."


"What have you read Shade?" Priest asked "do forgive my sisters silence she is... not the trusting type, at least not easily," he appologized in advance for the unavoidable hostility BloodAngel would show to these newcomers.


Shadow smiled "I think her scary eyes are sort of pretty dont you death?" he commented on BloodAngel who glarred at the elf.

"Just this and that..." Shade said to Priest, "Nothing about game play really... Player reviews as well. For those who did the Beta."


Death smirked and leaned on Shadow, "Absolutely gorgeous..." Sage said with a grin, ignoring Trickster.


LilDragonelle continued to hid behind BloodAngel.

BloodAngel was hiding Lildragon from veiw of the two boys Shadow and Death.


"I see, Our friend LilDragonelle got us copies of it... it will be fin to be able to hang out even when we are not close," Priest smiled

 

[Ricia]

"I suppose. Trickster got us our copies." Shade said motioning to the blue haired shemale.


Lil' peaked out from behind BloodAngel to look at the group.


"I'm getting bored already." Death said leaning on Shadow still.

"lets make a gamr." shadow whispered "first to get a kiss from Bloodangel or lildragon tops next time,"


"lets go explore," Priest smiled


"ah sounds fun," Trickster smirked

 

[Ricia]

Death looked interested and lean in the whisper to Shadow, "LilDragon is easy." She told him. Little did she know she would have to get through BloodAngel to get to the easier target.


"Together?" Shade asked curiously. Mostly because they just meet.

"Yeah but Lildragon hasd a gaurdian angel," Kat chuckled BloodAngel had a very protective stance.


"Why not?" Priest smiled "It will be a good way to get to know each other."


"I like how you think dear Priest," Trickster grinned "lets do it, Death Shadow stop plotting and lets find a good place to go."

Shade only face palmed himself. He couldn't hear the two in game.... but he sure as hell heard them out of game. He was sure Kai did too, but he didn't give damn what they did when it came to games like that.


Lil' just took BloodAngel's hand before they started to walk somewhere. She rather just play with Shania and Kurama... But Priest was better at talking with people.


Death only laughed before following after Trickster with Shadow. It looks strangely like Trickster was in charge of the small group.


The city was rather pretty. Covered in flowers and other such things. They easily located each NPC that sold or did certain things. There were also NPC that didn't do anything, but they all seemed pretty real, though some of their text were the same and they could talk to more than one person at a time.


Rhea checked a guild bored. There were a couple of guilds... but the one that was the leader board was called 'White Knights'.


"I wonder where PK is available." Shade said softly.


"What's PK?" Death asked.

"Player killing?" Trickster asked "How cruel Shade,"


Priest looked at them, "oh my... I didn't think of that,"


"I'll do all the killing brother," Shania said knowing her brothers pasifistic ways.


Shadow laughed he was almost sure Trickster made a bad name for Shade already. "Lets start a guild boss!" he said slipping into gang talk without noticing.

 

[Ricia]

"Merely for self defense.... I want to know where other players have the ability to kill other players." Shade said with a sigh. Kai did that on purpose, he reached his foot out on real life and tried to kick Kai off the bed.


"Oh... Player killing?" Death said, that sounded interesting to her. "Whats a guild?" Death asked again. She really was gaming dumb.


"Umm... it's.. a home.. basicly. Where people with a common goal come together... to play." Lil' said to Death.


"Ooh.. sounds fun. Thank you for telling me." Death said flashing a bright smile at LilDragon.

BloodAngel Glared at Death a warning.


"Player killing is not allowed in towns," Trickster said "I think that's the only place it isn't allowed... Death Shadow... one of you hit me see if it does HP damage in town,"

 

[Ricia]

Death just smiled at her, "We should all join a guild together then!" Though when Trickster asked to hit him, Death looked bewildered, "How do you get a weapon?"


"You equip it... It should already be equipped... just pull it out... with your mind." Shade said.


Lil just watched the bunch, they all were kind of comical in all honesty.


"Ugh...." Death started to make complicated faces and wiggling her finger, "Bibidy boppidy boo!" She said trying to make the weapon appear. Lil'Dragon actually started to giggle.


Shade just sighed and laid his hand on his face.

Kat laughed and pulled a dagger useing the same motion he'd do in real life and launched himself at Kai slashing his side with a quick motion.


Shania watched she could tell this group was a comical bunch but the movements of the elf were too practiced she wondered what style of fighting he trained it.

Trickster didn't take any damage, in fact the weapon phased through him. Unlike if Shadow actually hit Trickster with a fist, he would feel it a bit. But not like an actual punch. Though as soon as they finished that, Death actually got her weapon to appear. "Haha!" She said holding up.

Shadow fell forward when he phased through Trickster.


"Ah seems we are invunerable in town," Trickster said

 

[Ricia]

"Thats good.." Shade said with a sigh.


Death extended her hand to help Shadow up off the ground.


"Now... how do we get out of this town?" Shade asked.


Lil' cleared her throat, "I believe we go to the town portal." She stated.

"Lets ask an NPC," Priest said softly


"Must we travel... with sharks?" Blood Angel asked still glaring Death and Shadows direction.

 

[Ricia]

"Sharks? You wound me." Death said putting her hand on her heart. "That actually hurts my feelings."


"You lot are a bunch of sharks..." Rick said looking for an NPC.

Trickster laughed "Please Hotpants do give then some credit, they don't smell blood in the water they create the blood,"


"Why in the world do you call him hotpants?" Blood Angel asked dryly.


"A long story," Trickster laughed
