Basic history and brief description of personality: Oak grew up with a strong fascination for computers and technology. He would always ask his parents questions about how different things worked. He decided he enjoyed science, and studied hard to try and outdo everyone in his class. He considered himself good, but was selfish and always
put himself before others. He was a coward, in that he pretended to be tough by picking on his classmates and friends, trying to intimidate them. When really, he was just scared that they wouldn't like him because he wasn't special.

  Basic History and Personality: Alfred (he dislikes Crofton) is the younger twin of Irene. His dad is an author and professor of a university and his mum, a bookstore cafe owner. He shares his parent's love for literature but wishes to pursue music (specifically piano). His father being away most of the time and his mother busy with the cafe, Alfred usually turns to his older twin for help, the two forming a strong bond because of that. Of course, like any other sibling, he gets annoyed with his sister. Likes to joke around and explore and he can be immature (still laughs at stupid fart jokes and such).

  Basic History: Irene is the older twin of Alfred. She's the kind of person who'll follow someone into a dark cave in fear of staying alone or having them getting into trouble. Let's say the 'big sister' or grandma figure in her group of friends. Much like her parents, she has an interest in literature. Irene has a tendency to baby her younger twin (which he finds annoying) and in general, any friend or relative. More mature than her younger twin and responsible. Works at Becket Books (her mother's bookstore cafe) when needed. A bit of a grammar savvy individual and will get a little irritated over a few grammar mistakes. The type to text without using slang/shortcuts and emojis.

Serena lives with her dad and her younger brother in a decent sized house a few blocks away from the Clearton Radio Station. She started working there when she was 15 as an intern and pretty quickly showed her worth as being able to actually run a few segments. She started to work the night shifts during the summer and grew to love them. She was able to play the music she wanted and would sometimes do fun segments. She hopes to one day have her own radio show or podcast.
Serena is generally a quiet girl who really is only outgoing around her friends, and even then she can sometimes be quite quiet. Which is why she was shocked when she realized how much she liked talking on the radio. She imagines it's because she can't actually see the people she's talking too. She really isn’t interested in talking about her feelings, like ever. Though she does want to be in love, badly, though she won’t ever admit it. She’s a pretty average student in school and plans to go to college far away from home. And that’s not because she doesn’t love her home, she loves the ocean and the sorry excuse for the beach, she loves working at the radio station and she loves the people that live there. But she wants the experience. She wants to know what the rest of the world is like. Serena loves conspiracy theories and mysteries so when this one lands in her lap she’s more than ready to start recruiting her friends to help her find out what’s going on.

Jason is one of those kids that know what they want to be when they grow up. He's always been one of those kids. His whole life he's been drawing buildings, trying to build them. He wants to be and architect and wants to be a good one. So he makes sure his grades are as good as they can possibly be. He's extremely lucky and extremely grateful that his parents support him. He has an older brother who went away to college two years ago who, even before he left, Jason wasn't really close too. Jason is the kind of person who isn't afraid to give you an honest opinion on something, though he's not mean with his opinions, just...open. He's glad he found a small group of people that he gets along with because he believes if it wasn't for them he wouldn't have any friends. He can be a bit pretentious, especially when talking about books he's read. But he is a friendly person who tries to bring fun into everything he does.

History:
Amisi was born in Australia, daughter to two loving parents, a successful business owner (Ashton) and an Egyptian woman (Eshe). From a young age, she always had a love for adventuring and the Indiana Jones series. She inspired to be him in fact.
Her parents convinced her that if she wanted to be Indiana Jones, she had to be good in school and do something physical. So, that she pursued. Amisi excelled wonderfully in History, a top swimmer at her school and part of a dance squad.

At the age of 15, that changed. Her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Everything then on had went downhill for them.
Her father became an alcoholic when away from his wife, Amisis grades dropping..

A few months later, she passed away.
It took awhile for them to adjust, but slowly and surely they were able to drop the beer bottle and smile at eachother.

At 16, they moved to where her father had grown up, a small and gloomy town named Clearton.
Fortunately, she was top-swimmer there (although it wasn't that impressive). Unfortunately, she had to take dance lessons online since they had no squad. All in all, she adjusted well for being the strange, new girl.

Kana is a quiet girl, only spending time with those close to her. While she may appear a little withdrawn and shy, it's only because she doesn't trust her language skills. When you get her talking, she's passionate and very lively. She's also very reckless in her actions, not often taking time to think things through.
Kana grew up in Japan for most of her life, both her mother and father being born nationals. She was an average girl there, high scores in school and a decent social life. Around the age of seven she picked up guitar as a hobby, her parents encouraging a creative hobby as a form of self expression. Her life stayed pretty idyllic until she turned fifteen. A month or so after her birthday, she and her father got involved in an accident on a train. Her father died, and Kana was in hospital for a little while, but she was discharged. Not too long after, her mother got a promotion at work. The promotion required moving to a foreign country. Her mother was eager to escape the memory of her father and readily took the job. Kana moved with her, quickly adapting to life on the island, though her spoken English is still a little robotic.

Joey is the typical popular kid in school. He's friendly to everyone and always willing to help. He's pretty imaginative and a problem solver, but he's very unconfrontational and nervous around some people. He tends to shy away from fights and arguments, always brushing it off as not wanting to put the mood down. He always has his guard up around people, though, as if he has something to hide.
Joey was raised by his older brother, his mother and father both having left them at some stage. Before he did leave, Joey's father insisted on both his boys being taught how to defend themselves and the values of a real man. Both he and his brother were enrolled in a kind of fight school. They both kept it up after their dad left and Joey often has a few odd bruises when he gets to school. Once he reached his teen years, Joey started spending more time with friends, really opening up to some people and getting more involved in social events.

Her mother being an English fashion designer got her easy modeling gigs, although she almost never showed up. Juliana is fearless and bold but never obnoxious. She shows kindness and respect to everyone she meets unless given reason not to. Throughout her teenage years she spent most of her time with a small group of 6 friends surfing all along the coast of SoCal and looking for insta worthy cafes and shops. She ended up on the island when her sister decided to get out of LA and Juliana's parents seized the opportunity with little to no hesitation, suggesting Juliana tag along.
