Yes, I think he's a better character having struggles with his magic at first.

Charlie doesn't deal with it, he has accepted he is chaos incarnate and uses it for good
Eddie will likely try to create a plan based on what happened last time, maybe seek out key players (Everyone's PC)
Zyn was originally going to wake up right after she was cursed, but I can see her trying to avoid it, but because fate hates her it keeps appearing in her reach, until she is forced to use it in order to save her friends (She refuses to call anyone a friend.)

I had the idea of Vol using her knowledge to take all of the her sister's achievement's for herself using her future knowledge, and get the support of powerful allies and the support of the people.

Like, her's is the social part of the team. A supporter's power is related to the power of its allies. I see the end-game is becoming the queen herself.

Her older sister, and queen in the last timeline, is basically a manipulative betch who makes herself be seen as a hero for her pride and greed. I imagine her like a Villianess who was successful in manipulating everyone the first time around, so its time to dunk on her and save the country for destruction.

Get allies, support them, get support, get magic and items, give them to allies, support them, get support, etc etc. She might get more powerful and all, but she is not an offensive character. Her powers are about control and support, and her story is about control and support. Lets save someone my sister left the die! Wow look, its a powerful blacksmith. Let make them make us cool stuff! That kind of progression.

Lots of rambling to say she will make her own faction within the court and get allies and support so she can stop her sister from tanking the Empire's chances of victory.

Charlie's powers are more psychic in nature, while Eddie's are based on knowledge, so I would say most of the ingredients he uses haven't been developed/discovered- while Zyn is trying her best to avoid the sword

hehe Alright I'm happy with these responses and am ready to begin brainstorming the first gm post and open the ic. I will most likely be done with my end by thursday morning latest, unless I am hit with a great stroke of inspiration tonight. So in the meantime we have our initial group. the rp will still be open to others but i think what we have is solid.

correct me if I am wrong, but we have from the top of my head a princess, a mathematician genius, a cursed mercenary cutie with an eldritch blade, a crazy hyped up warlock raised by fairies and a dark brooding doctor who dabbles in the less than polite arts. Oh and a strong waifu warrior!

hehe so I will be prepping stuff for the start. starting maps to give context, descriptions of locations, and thinking of how to foreshadow a couple of things. so think of how you guys can weave yourself together in the meantime. I'm here to help if need be though.

edit: we gotta wait a bit for aue as well. but still use this time as you see fit as i do prep stuff

10 years before the fall. Youll have your memories on post 1. Which is day 1 of your characters second life. We'll decide on time skips later. Most likely after 3 to 5 ic posts from each person

Ps sorry I'm at work and making an edit after the fact. I ideally would like you guys to rp the growth phase. In manwhas it's like 10 to 20 chapters. I expect in a group setting we won't spend an exorbitant amount of time on it but if the group as a whole wants to skip that we can. I just think it's one of the main draws to this type of rp.
