As the groups raced toward accomplishing their objectives, Nissa and her newfound comrades were able to secure the local apothecary before being spotted. However, they quickly retreated into the darkness once they got their objective completed. At the same time, this did come at a cost as many of her vampire honor guards were killed in the fight that followed.

Hope while searching and talking to the village before the attack happened, word has reached the other villages in the area that a group of armed attackers struck the village. Hope found the answer to her mystery which in her case seemed to be the only thing that mattered.
