Fandom Is It Wrong to try to pick up girls in a dungeon?

A lone knight walked silently through the lower corridors where the beginner armor was sold. He never was one to pay for the higher end armor, they were always annoyingly arrogant about the most pretensious crap they sold, instead he was hoping if there was decent armor here he could pay the smith to make his personally for a time. So far though the search for a diamond inn the rough had yielded nothing.

Clair stirred to a wake and got herself ready for the rest of the day , while doing so James came upstairs and knocked on her door. Clair finished up and answered , James had asked her to watch the shop while he stepped out for a minute.Clair did as she was asked and manned the register.


After a while she noticed a knight strolling along the corridors she called out to him with a smile "are you looking for anything in particular?"

The knight turned to look at Clair, his eyes cold and expressionless, staring through Clair...almost as if looking into her very soul. "....Not...in particular...armor I guess..." he replied in a nonchalant voice.

Clair mentally sighed to herself , 'why do i always get the weird ones ?'. Clair lead against the counter and pointed to the fifth corridor "level three armor is down there , prices vary from the most expensive at the front to the least at the back. weapons are in the corridor right next to it"

"...That is...not an option..." Lucian ran his hands through his hair to maneuver it out of his eyes. "I would rather pay someone new the same amount of coin for their best work than someone of experience for their average...A mutual...investment as it were."

Clair sighed and came out from behind the counter , she made her way over to the knight and looked him up and down before vanishing into the corridor she had mentioned before. After a while she reappeared with a full set of blue armor , she held it out to the man with a smile "this was made yesterday by a brand new member to the familia , its cheap , her best work and also made for a level three adventurer. Is there still a problem ?" @LucianGrey7971

There were quite a number of problems, the main being that the armor was much lighter than he was used to, it was going to be a hassle to get used to if he donned it....and blue was so last season, the thought came as a joke but nothing about his face have any of his thoughts about the armor. It wasn't the girl's fault that Lucian came off across rude and condescending....he got that a lot, besides he had really been looking to making a contract with a smith...


Since he didn't carry his weapon, most people assumed he was a light armor kind of person...unfortunately light armor viciously threw his timing with the claymore/shield combination off. Lucian stayed silent for a moment before finally saying "No, no problem at all...How much?" Push come to shove he could always give it to someone who was starting out at level 3.

Lucian's face visibly changed for the quickest of moments before relaxing back into its normal expressionless look. Something that could easily be improved? What a JOKE. If the armor was bought and the user survived a battle because the armor stopped a fatal blow then out was PRICELESS. "You wouldn't happen to have the name of the smith would you?"

It had been a while since Selena had been in the city. She had just finished a visit to her mother, telling her of the adventures she was having. Now that she was back in the city, it was time for her to get back to her adventures. However she wanted to stop here and there and visit a few shops and such on the way back to the familia home. 'I wonder if there's any new mage robes... hopefully I'll find something I like sooner or later.'

The dungeon was nothing new to Harlock. Go in, make bank, get out. That was all he cared to do at the time being. He had just ventured to the 4th floor and was in no mood to continue his hunts. Hopefully he'd run into something interesting as he made his way back up to the surface. He honestly hoped he did, since he had nothing better to do.

"Like.... you actually liked it... and want to take it with you..."

After walking around aimlessly for a while she noticed a familiar building where all sorts of armor and weapons were sold. Maybe she'd find something to bring back to her mom on the next visit... or perhaps a gift for one of her familia members who's worked hard. Walking in she wandered around without the slightest clue what she was doing. After walking around a while she noticed a group of people talking and walked up, standing a ways away she held her Bloom Staff behind her and listened. Maybe she'd get an idea from whatever they were selling, if they were even selling at all.

If you do this, I will make you a heavy set of armor for free. It will not be the one that is made of the materials I just found, but it will be engraved." She said with a smile. "You know.... the type of engraving that Hephaestus can do? I can do that as well! Just not as well yet.." She said a bit embarrassed. "B-but this armor is already engraved and everything. If you want to take the deal you can."

The amount of coin in the bag was much more than someone who was just a beginning level 3 could have ever gained. "I look forward to seeing the other armor." he said and gently grabbed the medium armor.

Lucian turned his eyes towards the girl who had made the outburst, no emotion. He could have said something to call attention to the girl but merely turned his attention back to Celia. He was slightly disappointed that she had declined his offer to buy the heavy armor she was working on, but it was fine. He was here to make a deal with her...so what if things didn't work out completely as he wanted
