Marilyn nodded and followed Dexter into the dungeon, "So did you want to stay, on the first floor or go a little deeper today, or is that something you'd rather do with your special friend?"

Dexter sighed since this is where he started every day barely able to make it to the third floor yesterday he seemed really disappointed in himself

Marilyn shook her head, "You know it took me two years before I was able to leave this floor." She said as she looked around. "It'll take me even longer to leave the middle floors, but as long as I keep moving forward then I have nothing to be ashamed of."

he smiled at least he wasnt the only one he walked with her as some low level monsters attacked him they barely put in a dent to his health "wow this is actually really good for light armor"

He smiled back and charged on playfully yelling back "try to keep up!" cutting through monster after monster like butter with his new sword making his way to the 4th floor before running out of room for gems "wanna keep going for fun"
