Dexter went down to the second floor and turned a corner to find a Minotaur "what the hell!" He turned tail and ran from it until he ran himself into a dead end where he cowered in fear

Careless was the only thing on Liz's mind letting that Minotaur escape. Worse still it had gone and made its way to the down form the seventeenth floor to the second. Luckily she was able to catch the monster as it ran into a dead end. One quick slice from her sword and the monster dissappeared. That was when she noticed the other adventurer. "Sorry." She said softly picked up the stone left in place of the Minotaur and turned to leave.

He was covered in blood before it dissappeared when he whipped his eyes he seen the most beautiful girl ever it was Liz from Hephaestus familia he helped and ran out of the dungeon once out he slumped over and dropped off what little he had scouwered from the first two floors took his payment and sat down in the lounge with his friend who worked the desk (you mind playing her I'm no good with girls)

"What's going on with you? I don't think you are paying any attention to, it very rude you know." She replied looking him over. "Near death experience or not, you need to stronger otherwise next time you might not get so lucky." Mira waving her finger.

He sighed when she talked about getting stronger "I know hades is counting on me too...I want to do more I really do! ...its just hard for me" he looks down well I'm gonna go talk to hades about today hopefully he won't worry too much about the blood...c'ya Mira!" He gives her a happy closed-eyed smile

"It's alright, this time. But only because you almost died today." She replied and nodded. "I'm sure you'll work hard just don't be to reckless." Mira said and smiled, "Bye Dexter come back soon."

Dexter headed back to his small home with hades everyone was so afraid of him that they barely ever joined him so for right now Dexter only had two sisters and a brother in his familia the three were currently in the dungeon the last time he checked and gaining most of the money for them "I'm home!" Dexter called


"Back so soon? Well you can help clean and cook again then but first let me update your stats"


Dexter sighed and sat backwards in a chair lifting his shirt off for the God to update him


"Well that's interesting...seems you finally got yourself a skill" he copies it on paper then hands it to Dexter "and before you ask you know the rules I can't tell you what it does"

Liz had made her way back home where she once again felt completely out of place. Everyone else in her familia could make weapons and armor, even the ones who weren't that skilled yet could do it. It wasn't for lack of trying mind you she did try, she just didn't have the skill, so her way of being useful was spent as an adventurer.


At least she could go and look at the things the others made sometimes she'd test things out for them, but she really wanted to make beautiful weapons. Not much to do but watch some of the members of her familia work maybe pick up on somethings. The heat, smell, and sounds around the shop were the best and worst things about it she loved all of them but after a certain incident she had been banned from touching anything for a whole month. Why Hephestus didn't just cast her aside she'd probably never know but she was indebted to the Goddess and she would prove herself worthy of the blessing she had received, one way or another.


After a bit of time she went and waited for Hephestus to finish yet another order then got her stats updated, yes they'd improved but she still could do what she really wanted to do.

Dexter wakes up the next morning to spike licking his face "ekh! Morning spike...yes I love you too now get off so I can go have breakfast with my siblings" the small dragon flutters off of him and down to the ground as Dexter stands up gets dressed and walks out into the kitchen to the smell of freshly baked potatoes, eggs, and bacon "mmhmmm...morning hades" he still has his eyes closed as much as possible since the sunlight was close to blinding him


"Morning Dex" Ashton said with his feet kicked up on the table a mug of mead in his hand


"Ain't it a little early for that ash"


"You just shut it ok"


"Whatever..." They both start eating when hades puts their plates in front of them


Hades peeks his head over the stair railing "breakfast is ready girls!!!"

"We'll be down in a second." Marilyn called, soon followed by the sound of scampering feet. Penelope ran down the stairs as fast as her feet would take her. "Good morning Lord Hades." She said happily and eyed Ashton, "Feet don't belong on the table! Isnt that right Dexter?" She exclaimed folding her arms.


Marilyn walked god the stairs at a regular speed, "Good morning everyone." She said and sat down doing her best to ignore the commotion Penelope was causing.

"We'll be down in a second." Marilyn called, soon followed by the sound of scampering feet. Penelope ran down the stairs as fast as her feet would take her. "Good morning Lord Hades." She said happily and eyed Ashton, "Feet don't belong on the table! Isnt that right Dexter?" She exclaimed folding her arms.

"NOT IN HERE" Dexter yelled before Ashton destroyed the house

"Why can't we all just start off the mornings quietly?" Marilyn mumbled, "Look, why don't we all calm down, enjoy our breakfast that Hades was kind enough to make us, and then go to the dungeon and work out some of that hostility." She suggested.

"That sounds like a fine idea Marilyn" he walked over and set her plate down and whispers in her ear "will one of you spy on Dexter today I think today will be interesting" he smiled and sat down smiling at his familia and ate his breakfast quietly


Ashton growled and sat down backwards in his chair with a humph to eat his breakfast


Dexter smiled his usual kind and warm smile when everyone had settled and continued eating

Marilyn nodded slightly at his request, odd as it was, she'd do it herself. The other two in her mind lacked tact. "Thank you for the food." She replied.


Penelope shrugged she'd won or was counting it as a win anyway. So she sat down and happily started to eat.

Dexter and Ashton thank hares and finish their breakfast Ashton comes over and Ruffles dexters hair and challenging him to a race to the dungeon Dexter accepts running for the entrance as fast as he could loosing by a mile though

Marilyn and Penelope thanked Hades as well and hurried after the boys. "Penelope why don't you and Ashton go on ahead without me today I have some errands to run." Marilyn said casually.


"Sure, just pick me up something if you are going shopping." Penelope replied and ran on ahead to catch up with Ashton. While Marilyn slowed so she could follow Dexter at a safe distance.
