Yeah, probably. I would say he could be a spy, but he was caught so that is highly unlikely

Well governments generally dont execute 17 years olds but besides that my point was 1 million documents probably isnt the majority of information in 2338. What i was trying to do was show that he got caught but what governments do sometimes do is they "hire" extremely skilled people such as Charlie to help them instead. I put him in the Navy because i didnt see anywhere else that would suit him, there was no option for a CIA equivalent ect.
