Name: Isiliva Kulta
Sex: Female
Age: 28
Species: Faunus - Bull
Call me a cow. I dare you.
Isiliva stands seven foot six,and weighs 396 pounds of densely packed muscle. Her usual attire consists of a long sleeved white button-down shirt,with the left sleeve removed,underneath a black waistcoat. She wears black business trousers on her legs,and black hiking boots on her feet. Her platinum blonde hair is kept in a braid that reaches the small of her back,with a jade ring tied into the end. Her left arm is an overly long robotic prosthetic.
Strangely,her skin is a strange shade of ashen grey,almost blue,under certain lighting conditions. Her Aura glows a glittering silver.
Personality: Isiliva is a very headstrong woman. She is confident in herself,and expects confidence from those around her. She is both blunt and sarcastic,often coming off as caustic. Finally,she's much too stubborn for her own good,meaning it'll take total incapacitation or death to keep her from doing something she wants to. However,despite her often abrasive personality,she does know how to be kind to people she cares about. Calling her a cow,or being a racial bigot in her presence,are the two fastest ways to get hospitalized in Remnant. Those people,however,tend to be few and far between.
Ethics: Isiliva absolutely refuses to assist the White Fang; They're the reason why she has a robotic arm,for starters. She refuses to harm civilians if she can help it,but will prioritize objectives over their safety. She will kill without hesitation when faced with an armed threat.
Combat Ability: Isiliva's combat style is all about two things; Speed,and impaling. Utilizing her equipment,Isiliva is fully capable of charging around the battlefield at highway speeds,take great leaps,and even fly for limited periods of time,affording her peerless battlefield mobility,despite the bulk and weight of her gear. If running someone through with her lance would result in a collision,or if her lance is unable to be brought to bear,she'll either punch the target,or use her robotic arm's combat functions.
Semblance - Guardian: The Kulta clan has always had a strange fortune when endangered. Their Auras seem to actively attempt to intelligently protect them from harm,unbidden. This renders them largely unassailable,though it can be defeated.
Isiliva is a well-equipped combatant,taught well by experience.

High tech,long range stabbing.
The Horn of the Abyss is,at its core,a lance. However,it has several additions,designed to amplify its effectiveness in modern times. In order to defeat armour,the weapon has a rocket booster built in,vectoring out of the back of the grip,fueled by a large Dust crystal inside the cone. In order to deal with particularly nimble opponents,four blades have been added to the outside of the cone,dividing it into quarters,and each blade ends in a wicked hook.
This weapon is a fright to behold at full burn.

The Radiant Wave Emission Limb is the end result of Isiliva's weaponization of her prosthetic arm. Stories about the weapon exist; Anyone that she catches in its grip are reduced to a partially cooked,gory mess within the second. And,they're right. The weapon delivers an incalculably powerful,yet thankfully brief,burst of microwave radiation to the target. As the method of delivery is simply a naked emitter,the pulse is harmless after three feet. However,the target is subjected to such a rapid increase of temperature that the effected region explodes,due to rapidly expanding vapors. Furthermore,the forearm contains a piston,effectively increasing her reach by one third,should Isiliva need it. In order to meed the incredible energy demands of the weapon,Isiliva developed a liquid Dust concentrate solution. A canister of this solution is mounted to a heat sink,which opens to the air. However,it should be noted that this solution is incredibly volatile and unstable,and is liable to explode if struck.
The arm is six feet long,and the piston can extend another two feet beyond that. This weapon,while universally effective,is also classified as a terror weapon by most authorities.

The Valkyr is Isiliva's answer to battlefield mobility. Typically,lances are the weapon of cavaliers. However,in the modern time,cavalry exists not on horseback,but in tanks and Paladin walkers. So,in order to remain competitive on the battlefield against Grimm and other threats,Isiliva developed the Valkyr,an incredibly powerful,and efficient,jetpack featuring vectored thrusters and advanced control surfaces. The Valkyr can output enough thrust for great leaps and lunges,as well as sustained flight for a minute or two. However,the most extraordinary feature of this device is its self destruct. With all of the Dust and conventional rocket fuel contained within,the Valkyr makes for an astonishingly effective bomb. With the flick of a switch,Isiliva can set this thing to blow after one minute. While untested,the bomb is believed to have enough of a yield to level a bunker,from the outside.
The modern knightess.
Isiliva's armour is a modern take on half-plate armour of the past. The major plates are made of a modern alloy,known for its strength and springiness. The underlayer is actually a pair of kevlar layers,containing mail between them,made of the same alloy that makes the plates. Finally,her thighs are protected further by small,square plates of ballistic ceramic,mounted in the old Lamellar fashion. All of this results in a bearable suit of armour,capable of protecting her from the grievances of the modern battlefield.

The Landspinners are one further modernization that Isiliva had added to her armour. They are,in essence,motorized wheels. The front wheels,mounted to the outside of her ankles,elevate the feet from the ground,and provide stability,while the rear wheels,mounted to folding arms connected to the heels,provide the majority of the acceleration,and enable turning,as the arms are articulated. The end result is,when used in conjunction with the Valkyr,is a frighteningly mobile combatant,moving at great speed,with a weapon designed to function at speed.
Isiliva Kulta was born in the City of Vale. Her parents were smart investors,and built their wealth by playing the stock market. As a result,the Kulta clan was wealthy,and they spread their wealth among local businesses and the city's government,earning them a great many friends in the Human species. However,this also earned them the attention of the White Fang; A possible ally on the inside... Or a family of traitors to be erased.
When she was young,a representative of the White Fang approached her family. Isiliva listened in,even though she was shooed out of the room. She'll never forget what her parents said to the man. "Be the change you seek." They refused the White Fang,and threw their envoy out onto the street. The weeks that followed were tense; The Kultas knew that they've stirred a hornet's nest,and a reprisal was imminent.
They hired bodyguards,and security for the home. They've informed the police,and arranged daily debriefings with them. The White Fang didn't expect this spike in security,however,and were unprepared when they launched their attack on the Kulta's home. The attack was repulsed,but the damage the terrorists done to the Kulta's home and family was enough; They collapsed a wall on the second floor,Isiliva's bedroom. Hiding in her bed,the debris crashed down around her,trapping the eight year old girl under the rubble,while simultaneously crushing her left arm.
Isiliva fell unconscious shortly afterward,after screaming her throat raw. The next she knew,she was awake in a hospital's recovery ward,her parents by the bed,as well as a nurse. She remembered that the White Fang attacked the house,and that her wall fell on her,but nothing else. Isiliva's parents told her that the White Fang attacked the house,because they refused to join them. Isiliva admitted to knowing this,because she eavesdropped on their meeting with their envoy.
Rather than berate her,they congratulated her on her cleverness,and then went on to tell her that they want Isiliva to learn how to protect herself,as she is now a target. After a recovery period,Isiliva was fitted with a cybernetic arm prosthesis,and was enrolled in a Hunter's Preparatory Academy,as well as self-defence classes. She eventually graduated from Beacon with distinction,though the rest of her team,sadly,didn't make it; They were killed on different missions throughout their four years at Beacon,either by White Fang assassins,or simple mistakes.
Now,Isiliva travels across Vale,putting down Grimm wherever she finds them,and making it a point to purge White Fang hideouts when she stumbles across them. With her newly-modified arm,she now stands ready to strike terror into the hearts of the White Fang,as well as crush their spirit,especially with this war breaking out.
And now,someone sent her a message on her Scroll,asking her to a meeting? It's either a grossly misinformed White Fang recruiter,or someone else with a plan. Either way,she was going to investigate; It was her duty,at the very least.
