How to send a PM? Private messages can be sent after you have at least ten posts. Posts count as anything that you might post on a thread on this site. So chatting here counts. Chatting in the discussions or creativity forum. Or responding to partner requests on the searching for partner area.... basically anything except for private message and posting in your private workshop count as going towards the post count.
