Assassins Infiltrate Everyday Life!

Welcome to this Anime-style RP revolving around the infamous Shijima clan: a legendary family of hitmen living in Japan who shook the criminal underworld with their sudden disappearance. In reality, the Shijimas have decided to retire and join the rest of polite society as normal, everyday people. But the gaping hole that they left in their past won't certainly go unnoticed. Friend and foe alike will come looking for answers—and perhaps their heads too! But that's easy mode compared to the trials and tribulations of running a diner, going to school, and awkward dinner conversations. Misadventures abound in this slice of life romp that's anything but family fun!

So the tone I'm going for with this RP is more comedic and lighthearted but also with a fair amount of action (plus gore considering the subject matter). Since it's Anime, expect some fantastical elements. For instance: high-level hitmen like the Shijimas have abilities called 'Assassination Arts' which are superhuman skills unique to a single individual. Players are free to follow the main story or do their own thing and engage in side stories. Please note that all FCs should be in the Anime style without exception.




The Shijima Family and Beyond!

I'll be taking on the role of Haru Shijima who will act as our semi-narrator. As for players, I'm looking to fill out the rest of our Shijima family unit. These roles include:

⦾ Father (Age 35+) — 1 / 1
⦾ Mother (Age 35+) — 1 / 1
⦾ Children (Ages 15~19) — 2 / 2 - 3 Max
⦾ (Optional) Cousin (Age 16+) — 1 / 1

There will also be a 1 year-old toddler in the family that anyone applying for a Shijima spot can control if needed. They won't show up much, but I like the idea of a baby with incidental super assassination skills. As for beyond those roles, you are free to make any type of character as long as they don't break any established lore. Friends, associates, rivals, foes, unrelated folk, whatever you fancy! Please consider your willingness to commit and your schedule before applying, especially for the Shijima roles! Thank you~

Yeah that's the plan. Hoping to get one more Shijima child character before we can proceed. Idk if there'll be interest in the parental roles but if not they can be easily converted to npcs.
