It's the year 2999, one month before the start of the new millennium. Over the last thousand years, several world wars, including wars with other planets, the United States has become the overall ruling country and system of our galaxy. Seattle, Chicago, and New York have become 3 official intergalactic trade-ports, and there is a high population of a variety of different races and species from different planets.
Also, over the the years, people have evolved and gained superficial as well as artificial powers and abilities, leading to serious trouble for everyone. This means crime has not only gotten terribly worse, but unpredictable and severely chaotic. More criminals than ever before, smarter and more difficult to catch. Cops and police are afraid to enforce laws, despite their advanced equipment. The robots and A.I. have caused a disturbance and a scare to the national population of humans and others, making lives a lot harder to live when they can't feel safe or have fun.
The worst has yet to come, for the start of a new millennium is shortly coming upon us. Who knows what will happen?
So, what will you choose? Will you become someone to help keep all of this evil in check? Or will you do your best to corrupt everything known to man and destroy what we know as life?
