I've never played dnd, but I want to. I'm also trying to do a Shadow Runner game with my bro. I'm now at the dreaded karma points.

My gm was brutal and my allies if questionable intelligence. Not a good combo. I got the starter kit for 5e and then realized I had no one to pay with because ask my friends are online ones.
