Yoo, this shit caught me off guard so badly Her parents are gonna be FUMING when they find out who her roommates are.Im sure Courtney loves it though
Michael's parent has the most pull of any parent in the academy heheheYoo, this shit caught me off guard so badly Her parents are gonna be FUMING when they find out who her roommates are.
Wasn't it established that when all three of us are online, our conversations are often hilarious?Bro I'm about to cry
I don't understand why everything is so funny tonight. You saying what you said and then suddenly dropping this country ass soundtrack was just so fucking hilariously random
That is indeed true. I love these late night random moments. Last night's topic was booba swords, and now it's Courtney being roomed with two guys and good ol' country music.Wasn't it established that when all three of us are online, our conversations are often hilarious?
They're already fuming with her running off to join Austin at the academy. Finding out exactly what she's been up is gonna be like opening the gates of hell lolYoo, this shit caught me off guard so badly Her parents are gonna be FUMING when they find out who her roommates are.
Her parents are pompous rich assholes, and you know what they're solution is? Paying off Mara to get exactly what they want. Obviously its one situation they can't control with money, and they'll hate that, but they're still gonna try because that's the one thing they're good at. Flinging money at a problem and expecting everything to be solved just like that.Michael's parent has the most pull of any parent in the academy hehehe
Something about this and what Kumii said makes me want to make a sweet home Alabama joke even though none of them are related XDBro I'm about to cry

Mara would probably feign accepting the money, then put the money towards the academy and not do anything about the situation they bribed her for lolHer parents are pompous rich assholes, and you know what they're solution is? We went from the rp to Sweet Home Alabama memes.Gents, I think we've just broke our record for late night chaos XD
By far. This is the funniest shit yet.Gents, I think we've just broke our record for late night chaos XD
Omg that would be hilarious, and totally acceptable given who the Kess family is. Courtney herself would find that shit funnyMara would probably feign accepting the money, then put the money towards the academy and not do anything about the situation they bribed her for lol
She'd get an angry letter from them demanding an answer as to why she didn't do the thing they wanted and she'd be like, "Well I accepted the money... didn't say I'd do anything about it. I appreciate the donation though!"Omg that would be hilarious, and totally acceptable given who the Kess family is. Courtney herself would find that shit funny
And they couldn't even sue her for it either, because then that would bring to light all the shit they've done to their daughter and completely reck their reputation and social standing. She'd get an angry letter from them demanding an answer as to why she didn't do the thing they wanted and she'd be like, "Well I accepted the money... didn't say I'd do anything about it. If they sued Mara, they'd be suing the Navy too lolAnd they couldn't even sue her for it either, because then that would bring to light all the shit they've done to their daughter and completely reck their reputation and social standing.
Glad you liked it! And I could not describe it better. Across the Spider-Verse had almost everything, externally and internally. "breaks the mold of what animation is." is a fantastic way to put it. When I first saw Into the Spider-Verse, I was so thrown off my the animation style. But looking into it now, the 3D + comic book style is just so clean and engaging. And YES, the color schemes. I didn't think too many people noticed all of that. The palettes and background designs seemed to have a hidden but powerful role this time. Like when Miles enters Earth 42 and the colors are a harsh purple and green instead of the blue of his actually Earth.Ok, so Spider man was awesome! The animation, the designs, the fights. Everything about it was amazing. I think it's gotta be one of the best animated movies out there. It's just so ambitious and completely breaks the mold of what animation is. There's so much personality in it as well. It's just so gorgeous to look at everything! The scenes in Gwen's earth are really the best example of how they used color in such an interesting way. Like, that one scene with her dad at the beginning when they're in her room. They use cool colors for Gwen because of her conflict, but warm colors for her dad because he's trying to connect with his daughter and reassure her and everything and it's just amazing. Also, the opening with Gwen in general and how she met Miguel and became a part of the team was amazing. Loved that fight scene with Paper Vulture (that's what I'm calling him). Man, but that ending though. I thought we were gonna get at least a big battle that would go into the next movie, but nope. To be continued with a little tease at what we'll get. At least we have the old spider people back. Seeing Gwen assemble them all made me so happy to see them back in action.
Also genuinely wish we got more Pavitr. He's hilarious and probably my favorite out of the new characters.
Oh I love chai tea.Glad you liked it! And I could not describe it better. Across the Spider-Verse had almost everything, externally and internally. Pavitr was indeed hilarious. The "chai tea is saying tea two times!" part had me cracking up. It's ironic too, because in the scene with Miles and the Spot, Miles was talking about how "ATM machine is saying machine two times" because the M in ATM is already machine. Funny little parallel right there.
Honestly, I was instantly on board when watching the first one with its animation style. I'm just really loving the bold approach some studios are now taking with 3D animation, because a lot of 3D animation just has the same style, and it gets very boring. But stuff like Spider verse and the recent Puss in Boots is really making the push for just having fun with the style and making it unique, while having a story that's not dumbed down for the kiddos. That's really what we need in 3D animation to make it as amazing as hand drawn. And Across the Spider Verse really just pushes right into that style and absolutely sells it. You can tell that they weren't afraid with this one, from the success of the original, and went absolutely ham on it.Glad you liked it! And I could not describe it better.
