Alicia Amethyst Williams
See, Alicia was born in the month of February, and the birth stone for that month is Amethyst. You might think, 'oh, that must be why her middle name is Amethyst,' but that's not all. Alice was born with lilac eyes. That's right, lilac eyes. Lilac or purple, just like Amethyst. They do however, change color, and ever since she's entered this asylum of sorts, her eyes have remained icy blue.

Personality wise:
Alice is a rather unpredictable individual. She can be sweet one moment, and completely rotten the next. Rather sarcastic and sassy, she's definitely not a shy one. She will say anything and everything on her mind. Everything except apologies and thank-yous. She has trouble with those. Alice never really takes anything or anyone seriously. To her, life is just a game of chess, and she knew all the moves. Everyone else were unimportant, and merely pieces on the chessboard. She however, was the king. Considering no one's feelings but her own, she rarely keeps anyone close. However, if you do happen to end up on her favorable list, she will protect you at all costs. The people on her list are treated like loyalty, just as if they were almost on par with her, the King. The people not on her list? She wouldn't hesitate to kill them, or sacrifice them to an enemy.
Good/Evil:
Definitely not good, but not 100% evil.
Abilities:
The ability to make 'bubbles'. In reality, these 'bubbles' are air. But hey, there's a lot of things you can do with air. You can manipulate anything with air. Water, gas--anything. She can even use it to 'fly' or levitate herself off the ground. Let me give you two examples.
She can surround a person with a 'bubble', controlling everything within the bubble. Oxygen, water, even possibly the person itself. Being able to control air, can also mean she controls temperature and possibly weather. Heating up the 'air' within a 'bubble' with a person inside it, she can literally heat their blood to a boiling point.
Using this power, she can also manipulate large bodies of water such as the ocean, and create tsunamis, tornados, you name it. That, however. requires a lot of power, so she prefers to play with 'bubbles'.
