Fantasy Inner Demons

[Cuddly Kraken]

Poe stared at the human, silent for a moment. But then she began to giggle, and this giggle turned into a full blown cackle. "Oh! You humans are fantastic! You're so pompous and confident!"


"Poe..." Donna began in a warning tone. She looked to Silvia and gave a look that said please stop before she gets mad and then sighed. "Come on, Poe, you were the one who wanted to get somewhere. Let's just go."


"I was looking for entertainment and I found it," Poe said firmly. She then smiled at the demon. "Is this your pet or are you hers?"

Aclius laughed. "Oh, goodness no. This delectable little tart is MY pet." He bent down to wrap his arms around Silvia's waist and rest his head on her shoulder. "She can be quite feisty, but she normally stays in check." he planted a firm kiss on Silvia's cheek, who struggled. But Asclius only held her tighter. "She's just the prettiest thing...for a human, that is. I got really lucky with this one. I have my own plans for her in the future." he purred, honey seeming to drip off every word as looked at Silvia with lusty red eyes.

Courtney and Philatanus watched the boy and his demons walked away, both too stunned to reply to Kezazul's question before he returned to the others. After a moment or two of silence, Phil cleared his throat.


"That Blaize is pretty fiery. He's hot enough to turn me," Phil said casually. Courtney whacked him on the chest and snorted, taking to walking again. Her demon skipped up next to her and kept her pace, taking her hand and lacing their fingers together as if it were natural. Courtney shot him a weird look but didn't pull away. "So, where are we headed off to?"


"Therapy," Courtney stated, pursing her lips with distaste. Phil's brows furrowed with worry.


"Therapy? What's wrong?"


"... Lots of things, Phil. Lots of things. Come on, it isn't too far from here…" Courtney said.


Once in the cozy waiting room, Courtney sat on a brown couch and Phil sat next to her. She instantly curled her feet up and rested her head on his shoulder.


"Hey Court?" Philatanus suddenly spoke up.


"Hm?"


"Thank you. For defending me against those other demons. It... It was stupidly dangerous, but it means a lot to me," Phil said. Courtney smiled a bit.


"No problem. Y'know, you remind me of my brother..." 
Poe grinned at that. "Feisty? I can see that. Maybe we should get matching collars for the pets!" Poe laughed and squeezed Donna tighter. "I'm sure you'd look like such a doll in a co-"


"Stop it, I'm not a pet," Donna growled, eyes narrowing and she glared at the demon. "And you may be in charge but I'm not your slave. Now get off of me before-"


"Before what? You are mine, do not forget that," Poe hissed, grabbing Donna's chin roughly and forcing her to look her in the face. "Do not talk back to me. I am your master, understood?"


"When Hell freezes over," Donna hissed.

Silvia looked at Donna with sympathy. "Ooh, matching collars would be a great idea! What are your thoughts on red? Or green?" Asclius asked excitedly. "You're not putting a collar on me!" Silvia protested, but Asclius put his finger on her lips. "Now hush. A collar and leash would be a good idea. We could get creative with it." he laughed, then looked at the other demon. "I'm Asclius. I'm a type of Shadow Demon"

"I like the sound of red. Maybe a red-violet?" Poe suggested with a smile, all while discreetly digging her nails into Donna's bicep. She swallowed her whimper and instead gritted her teeth, refusing to give Poe the satisfaction of seeing her showing pain. She then nodded her head to the other demon. "Asclius? I am Poe, a demon of madness and torture and, occasionally, a demon of epic poetry. Edgar Allen Poe was my favorite victim, he even had my name as his!"

"Very nice! And I like your palate selection." Asclius grinned. "Let go..." Silvia mewled. Asclius moaned. "Oh, baby." he smiled, then grazed his lips on Silvia's neck. "Just you wait...in a manner of time before I can do anything and everything." he purred, then looked to Poe. "What are your plans? Or do you not share?"

After about half an hour, Alice was called in by her doctor for her check-up. In spite of all her vivid dreams and nightmares, her baby seemed to be healthy and well. Overall, she has been having a healthy pregnancy, which made her happy. According to the doctor, having nightmares and vivid dreams was a normal thing in pregnancy, but waking up screaming was not. It also seemed that Alice had a strong bond with her baby, which was good, because the baby recognized her voice. After an ultrasound, checking the baby's heartbeats and such, Alice left the Doctor's office both satisfied and happy. Now she was waiting for the bus again.


Izanami decided to keep out of sight and wondered off for a bit, wondering if there was place where other demons hung out while not around their humans.

"I like you already!" Poe chirped. She pondered his question. "Plans? Hm... My current plans are to now invite you to my-"


"It's mine, not yours!"


"-apartment so we can continue our conversation. I don't care much about the public's opinion, but I wouldn't like my pet to be carted off for fighting an invisible force. Care to join me? Your human is of course invited." Poe gestured towards the door and beamed, only taking a moment to glance towards the other participants of the store. There weren't many people present, but then again only some were Pacted.

The Bus Ride to her Therapist did not take very long. Traffic was not as bad as it normally would be. It was also very difficult for Alice to be driving because her stomach would be touching the Steering Wheel and she didn't want to harm the baby. Upon getting off the bus to go to her Therapy Session, she felt a chill going past her. Perhaps it was just her. Upon getting to the waiting room to wait for her session, she sat down on the couch quietly. When she relaxed, she felt her baby kicking. In return, she looked down and cradled her belly. She then grabbed a pillow to rest her head on, thinking about taking a nap while waiting for her turn for Therapy. She laid down on the couch, with her knees partially bent, as the couch was a bit smaller then others. When resting her head on one arm, she rested the other on her belly to calm her baby, mainly because she was getting tired and didn't want her princess to be kicking every other minute. Because no one was there, she deemed it safe to talk to the baby, but kept it on a volume where only she could hear. "Okay, Mommy needs to rest, so no kicking." She then closed her eyes.

Blaize sighed as he stared at the apartment complex from the outside. He shook his head and walked to the door, Azy and Kez moved to the side where Azazul begun climbing up on the wall to the fifth floor or the last floor before the roof.


Blaize unlocked his apartment door and walked in. "Okay.. I really didn't expect you two to go bat-s--t-insane like that." "Sorry, Bright." Said Kez as he opened the window and went through, Azazul himself stayed outside. "Come on in Azazul, you already made enough holes in the ceiling that I don't care anymore." Azy sighed and crawled into the apartment. "You really need to -" "Shut up Azy, you two need to heal after your punch out fighting.. I'll be taking a breather away from you two morons."


"But, Bright! What if you get att-"


"Shut it Azy, you know I can't do jack-s--t with how my face looks like and your gaping chest."


"FINE! You little -sshole."


Blaize shook his head. "There's food for you two, don't.." Blaize rolled his eyes. "Don't destroy the apartment."


He turned on the spot and made his way to the bathroom, were he kept his medical supplies. "P-ss.. I just punched through a demons armored body."


He wrapped the bandage around his hand. "Well, then again he deserved it." Blaize said as he walked out again. "You two stay put! If I don't see you at the apartment when I get back, I am going to murder both of you." He said without waiting for them to answer back.


Blaize walked out of his room and locked it. Although they are in there, leaving this unlocked would still be bad if anyone that isn't pacted comes around. Blaize returned to the street. "Humh.. Well, where to now?" He said with a small smile and continued in a random direction.

"No, we really shou-" "Of course we'll come! Thank you for your invitation." Asclius nodded happily, planting his hand over Silvia's mouth. Silvia glared at him and bit his finger. "Oh, you know that doesn't hurt." The demon sighed, but smiled. "But it's cute that you try." he then looked to Poe and the girl. "Shall we leave now?"

"Fantastic. Yes, follow me. Careful that your pet doesn't get lost," Poe chirped, pulling Donna towards the door. She growled but didn't resist, knowing it would end badly if she did. Poe waited for the other two by the door and then began to walk off towards the apartment.


"What are you doing?" Donna hissed.


"Making friends. Something you wouldn't know about. Friends are people who actually like you," Poe sneered. Donna flinched and fought the urge to just turn and walk away. It wasn't her choice after all.

Sebastian woke up, a little sore. After taking a bath and eating he called out to Tempest. "Hey Tempest, want to go out today?" He asked. Tempest, the Demon of Storm and Tragedy, appeared beside him. "Why if that is what you wish, master." Tempest answered, grinning. Calling Sebastian "master" has been an inside joke for both of them. Unlike the other demons and humans who have a pact together, Tempest and Sebastian have mutual respect for each other. "I told you to stop calling me that." Sebastian said, smiling at him. They went outside for a walk, not really having a destination. After awhile, they saw two women with demons. "It isn't everyday I get to see another demon, want to go talk to them?" Tempest asked, wanting the companionship of one of his kind, at least for the time being. "Sure, might as well." Sebastian said, heading over to the two.

Courtney had answered the call of Nature after awhile of waiting, and when she returned a woman was laying on the couch she had been sitting on earlier. She saw the bump of her stomach and smiled a bit. Phil waved at her from an arm chair and she walked over.


"When'd she get here?"


"Practically the second you left for the bathroom. Which took forever by the way. What, did you fall in?" He teased. She rolled her eyes.


"The bathroom down the hall has a temperamental faucet. Didn't have the patience to fuss with it. I had to go up a floor to find a different bathroom."


"You're so picky."


"You're so annoying. Shush, I don't want to accidentally wake her up," Courtney said in a scolding tone. She then seated herself on his lap and sighed.

A couple minutes later, Alice did end up awakening. Although it wasn't a rude one, she didn't need that much sleep because she got her eleven hours, which was almost half the day even though she did go to bed early the previous night. She ended up waking to see another woman in the room. She probably came when Alice was sleeping. However, she did assume that Courtney got there before her. She rested both hands under her belly. To her dismay, her baby was very active, day or night, which does, at times, make it harder for her sleep or even take a nap.


Izanami came into the room a little later by phasing through the door. However, it wasn't to bother Alice, but because she sensed another demon nearby and wanted to make sure that he or she wouldn't harm Alice. Although Alice herself can hear demons speaking, she didn't care much for it and tended to ignore it because she was more concerned for her baby then supernatural entities. When she saw Phil, she greeted him. "Oh, hi, how's it goin'? Its good to finally see another demon."

Silvia followed Asclius dutifully as she let out a heavy sigh. Fan---ckingtastic. she thought. "Oh, this is going to be so nice." Asclius smiled at Silvia. "A demon who thinks like me and actually wants to invite ME somewhere." his smile turned into a sneer. "Shut up." Silvia spat. "You're the worst, you know that?" "Ah ah. At least I don't harm you physically. No, I wouldn't dare hurt a hair on your pretty little head." the shadow demon purred. "Not yet." They followed Poe and Donna for a while.

Sebastian saw the two women going away, their demons following them. "We better hurry up." Tempest said, there is urgency in his voice. Sebastian understands the source of this urgency. As much as Tempest cares for Sebastian, He still wants to interact with his own kind. Not wanting to let him down, Sebastian nodded at him and he started to run. "Hey! Wait up!" Sebastian shouted, hoping to catch their attention.

Donna fought the urge to hiss at Poe, and gave Silvia a sympathetic look. She felt bad for having Poe drag her into this situation. And then suddenly someone called out to them. Donna whipped around despite Poe's steely grip on her arm and saw a young man running up to them. A large demon followed and Donna gulped. Hopefully the human is in charge. Holy s--- that thing is terrifyingly huge...


"Oh look, more friends," Poe sneered. "Pathetic. The slave is in charge."


"Poe, for once just shut the f--- up, you judgmental b----," Donna stated calmly, giving a fierce glare. After stating such, and after a sharp gasp from Poe, Donna turned to the guy. "Hey."

"Hey!" Sebastian said, catching up with you. "I'm sorry to be bothering you. It's just that it's not everyday you get to see other humans with demons you know." Sebastian said, smiling at the two. Tempest cleared his throat "Sebastian, you're being rude." He said, smiling at them. "My name is Tempest, Demon of Storm and Tragedy. And this rude fellow is Sebastian." He said, smiling a little. Sebastian blushed a little, embarrassed that he didn't even say his name. "And what are your names?" He asked, to both the women and the demons.

Asclius sneered at this demon. It was obvious that he was not in control and had no desire to be. Silvia gave these two a gentle smile. "My name is Silvia." she said, scaling the demon. She was intimidated by his size. "Tempest, huh? Nice name. I am Asclius, Demon of Shadows." Asclius said, keeping his firm grip on Silvia's shoulders as he loomed above her. "This darling little flower here is my pet; my pride and joy." There was a mocking undertone to his voice.

Courtney looked up as the woman awoke, and mentally kicked herself and Phil.


"Oh jeez, I'm sorry. Did w- I wake you?" She asked. She wasn't sure if this woman was Pacted or not but chances are she was. Phil did give a confirming nod when she glanced to him. And, after all, a demon did walk in.


Phil beamed at her. "Another demon! Fantastic!" He patted Courtney's side and she stood so he could, and he walked over to the demon while extending his hand. "I am Philatanus, lord of desire. You are?"

Donna nodded meekly to Sebastian and Tempest. She was almost jealous of the way this boy was in control, and how he was stuck with a demon who despite his appearance was kind and gentlemanly. Donna sighed. She was technically the one in charge of Poe. But through abuse and threats, Poe kept her on a leash. It was unfair, but it was life.


"I'm Donna," She introduced, smiling slightly. Or at least, attempting to smile slightly. Poe sneered again.


"I'm Poe, demon of torture and insanity, and occasionally epic poetry," She said proudly. She scowled at Tempest and tightened her grip on Donna as if to keep her from getting any ideas of overruling her.

"Nice to meet you Silvia." He said, smiling as he took your hand and kissed it. "Nice to meet you as well, Donna." He said, kissing your hand as well. "Nice to meet you too, Asclius and Poe." Sebastian said, bowing to them. "Nice meeting you two ladies. You don't need to be afraid of me." Tempest said, smiling gently at both of them. "Asclius, Poe, nice to finally meet other demons." He said, grinning widely.

Asclius hissed aggressively at Sebastian, jerking Silvia back. "Hands and lips off! She's mine!" he snarled. "Asclius, please. Be nice. It was just a gesture, a polite one at that." Silvia spoke up. Asclius ignored her. "Silvia is a jewel among humans; so beautiful and pure..." Asclius lowed, salivating slightly. "I'm lucky that I snatched her up when I did." he sounded triumphant. Silvia rolled her eyes. "I'm sorry about him." she told Sebastian and Tempest. "He's aggressively possessive..."

"Oh no, its fine." Ashley replied. Although she was aware that Izanami was in the room, she didn't really mind much because she did make a pact with the dark demonic spirit. However, Ashley was unable to see Phil, but she could sense his prescence as well. Although it didn't scare her all too much, she was semi-happy that Izanami now had someone of her kind to talk to.


"I'm Izanami, the Demon Nurse." She introduced herself to the other demon and shook his hand.

"Don't you dare lay a hand on him!" Tempest shouted, standing protectively in front of me, his hands cackling with electricity. Sebastian put a hand on his shoulder. "No, you don't have to do that." He said, going to Silvia. "Don't worry, you don't need to explain, I understand him. Why, if I had a lady as beautiful as you are, I won't even let other guys look at him." He said, smiling charmingly at Silvia, ignoring Asclius's death stare.
