Fantasy Infinite Dawn.

"Potions aren't the only thing I'm selling," Wanda said. "I happen to have a legendary sword that boosts both magic and defense. Since you seem interested in sword fighting, perhaps it would be a worthwhile investment." Wanda pulled out the sword, holding flat across her hands. "I do have payments plans available, if you are interested."

She looked towards Wanda. "A legendary sword? You managed to find another one of the hundred legendary swords?" She asked as she grabbed Kyuutaro and placed it back into the leather sheath.

"Define legendary," Wanda said. "If the definition is 'Sword with a unique ability,' then yes." Wanda shifted her hands, offering the warrior the sword. "General's Beacon glows a torch, except brighter. It is a literal beacon in the dark." Wanda cocked her head to the side slightly as she asked, "Interested? It comes with a nice defense boost."

"Oh. Then nevermind. I ment Legendary as in one of the hundred legendary swords that exists. Like Kyuutaro" She took out Kyuutaro out of the sheath and showed it to Wanda. "There's no copy that exists of Kyuutaro. It's one of a kind. Same goes for every other Legendary swords."

"Oh, that legendary. Yeah, this isn't one of those." Wanda shifted her stance, offering the sword to the mage. "It does boost magic as well. Maybe you'd like a back up weapon in case the enemies get to close for comfort? Or maybe you'd prefer to have your own weapon, in case you wanted to duel a warrior again?"

@Shog

Kuvo had been considering his options. Having his own sword would be nice just in case, though he hoped that would never be needed. Then again, just hoping for things to happen was not beneficial. Even if he didn't use ever use the sword, there was still the magical and defense bonus it provided. "I'd be willing to buy, depending on your price."

@NemoTheSurvivor

"Excellent!" Wanda exclaimed. "Now, based on the bonuses, as well as its unique ability, I'd say it's worth at least 2,000, but I'll let it go for 1,800. And before you say you can't afford it, there is another way you can pay for it, but it'd be cheaper if you paid in full now." Wanda held the sword in one hand while she extended her other in anticipation of payment.

Kuvo had been paid 1,000 for his last excursion, and looted an additional 235. This meant his payment from his last "job" would pay for 1,235 and leave 565 from his own personal stash. This would be pricy for sure, but he could pay for it. If the weapon was that good then it may be useful. Then again, he never planned on needing to use it for combat purposes. As a mid-to-long-ranged fighter this could prove to not be worth it in the end. He needed more information before he made a final decision. "I'd like to see the stats before I make my final decision."

@NemoTheSurvivor

"I wouldn't have it any other way," Wanda said, holding out the weapon. "Before you make your final decision, let me tell you about the Red Scarf Trading Company's Alternate Payment Program. You can pay somewhere in the range of half to three-quarters of the price, depending on the value of the weapon, and then a Red Scarf approved traveling merchant will accompany you on a dungeon adventure, where they will lay claim to enough treasure to cover the cost of the weapon, though you can negotiate what you want to keep. During the travels, should you decide the weapon is not right for you, you can instead opt to return the weapon instead. However, the Red Scarf Trading Company will not refund you the initial amount, and any transaction involving the weapon will again be held at full price. For the General's Beacon, you can buy into the program for a minimum of 1,000g, but the more you pay up front, the less you'll lose on the back end."

"Oh wait. Would you happen to have a Hypnosis Potion for sale? I don't really have much gold only around 100g, but i could try the other way of payment." She said as she opened up her inventory to take out her gold.

Wanda tapped her finger on her chin. "Well, I normally don't allow customers to use the APP on consumables." She shrugged. "Consumables aren't terribly expensive, and besides, it's kinda hard to return a used potion. But, if your friend here buys the sword, I'll throw in the potion for the standard rate of 180g. I won't change the buy in price, but he'll be buying the potion up front, owing 980 for the sword." Wanda turned to face the mage. "Of course, since you're the big spender here, it's your call."

@Shog @Yuuki Kagami

Kuvo examined the swords stats and tried to listen to the merchant spit out prices. The swords stats were pretty good. Good enough for him to buy. The touch perk was a good incentive as well. He was ready to buy the sword for 1,800g, but the potion conversation threw him off. He preferred his monetary interactions to be simple. This was not simple. He had trouble finding where the 980g fit into the formula.

"I'm not going to lie, you lost me," Kuvo confessed. "I'm willing to buy the sword for the 1,800g. I can help buy the potion as needed. You just need to pay me back sometime, Mitsumi. That said, do you ever plan on using this sword again?" He was referring to the iron sword she had lent him. "If not, then you should be able to sell it and have enough money for the potion."

Chase simple watched the transaction unfold in front of him, twin swords clanging beside him whenever he walked around. He was pacing around the group in a circle like a predator watching prey, making it seem like he was simply watching their perimeter for any spawning creatures that would approach them. As far as he was aware, there was nothing around them that looked dangerous.

His gaze continued to glance over at the group, mention of legendary swords peaking his interest. Also the fact that they were limited to a hundred. He was a treasure hunter after all, and that was something he was going to have to ask the girl after their current transaction.

(Sorry guys, I'm not sure what to write about during your business deal.)

"Paying in full is perfectly acceptable," Wanda said. "And I'll hand over the potion for 80G and the sword." It was a bit of a discount, but bleeding customers dry is never a sound business discussion. Noticing her companion pacing, Wanda called out, "Almost done!"

Running for his life, Vess was mentally kicking himself in the ass. As he was mapping out a newly discovered mountain dungeon, He got lost. The Irony, A cartographer getting lost. He was supposed to know every path, every loot spawn, every damn trap. and now here he is, Running for his life from trap activated monsters in a cave he fell into. As the cave wound and wound, Vess noticed it was getting lighter, An exit! breaking into the howling winds of the open mountains, Vess realized too late of the cliff before him. "OH Fuck!" He screamed, trying to stop to no avail. Going over the side, Vess reached into one of his pockets to pull out a transportation stone he set in a quick slot. Oh god I hope this works. He prayed as he extended his hand and screamed 'Meridian Falls!" crushing the stone in his hands, A bright light engulfed him. when he opened his eyes, He no longer saw the stinging white snow of the dungeon, but was now greeted with the beautiful sight of a waterfall and a river with a small pond directly below him.

Screaming as he fell into the pond, Vess surfaced thrashing around like a mad man. "I'm alive! Eat that Howling Pass dungeon!"

He triumphantly yelled but stopped when he noticed the small party near.

"Well I don't really need the iron sword since I have kyuutaro, And I do have another sword, a diamond one, I could trade in those 2 for the hypnosis potion"
She said as she summoned the diamond sword and showed it to wanda

Wanda heard a scream, though she decided to let Ace check it out while she finished up the transactions. The mage was still hesitant about the sword, so Wanda turned towards the warrior. "Deal," she said, taking both weapons. She pulled out the potion, as well as some currency. "Here's the 230g for the weapons, payed for with 1 hypnosis potion and 50g. Pleasure doing business with you, uh-" Wanda pursed her lips as she thought for a second. "I don't believe we've been properly introduced."

@Shog @Yuuki Kagami

"Well, now that that's done that simplifies things," Kuvo said. "I'll take the sword." He heard the screaming and wanted to check it out, but still has business here. "And my name is Kuvo."

(Sorry for the delay and crappy reply)

(Eh, at least you are replying and keeping the conversation going forwards. Better than nothing.)

Wanda confirmed the second trade as she said, "Wanda, of the Red Scarf Trading Company. It's been a pleasure doing business, Kuvo." Noticing Kuvo seemed antsy about the scream earlier, she added, "Why don't we go check on Ace and see if he found out who was yelling."

@Shog @Yuuki Kagami

Kuvo nodded, taking the sword after transferring the proper number of Gs to Wanda. "It was a pleasure." He then left the two to find Ace and the source of the noise. He ran after him for a short distance, but didn't see either of them. He used Arcane Sight for a moment and looked around. He saw two figures a ways off down the river. He cut off the ability and ran towards them. He stopped at the edge of the waterfall and activated Arcane Sight once more. He still saw one figure down below, but the other was gone. He was just about to shut down his power when he saw a faint outline of a person. He had never seen a cloaked person with Arcane Sight before, but this must be what it's like.

Kuvo considered his options. He could probably survive the fall to the pond, but what about getting back? He did have a partner now, after all. The decision was made for him as a monster approached him from behind and, though the process of attacking, pushed Kuvo off the cliff. His landing in the water wasn't graceful and he lost a few health points. After resurfacing, he made his way to shore. Both of them definitely knew he was here now.

"Oh. Thanks."
She got the hypnosis potion and took it out of her inventory.

She started drinking it, the pink liquid quickly draining out of the bottle.

She took the bottle out of her mouth and wiped the liquid off her mouth.

She opened her eyes and they were blank.

"That was refreshing."

Her face held no emotion.

"I wonder where that scream came from...."

She went to investigate and looked to the pond.

"Oh. Someone fell down there."

Wanda traveled with the warrior, who's name she still did not know, to catch up to the others. When the two of them finally caught up to Kuvo, a monster had started to charge the mage. Before Wanda could react, the monster rammed Kuvo off the ledge. Smiling as the mage fell into the pond down below, Wanda pierced the monster with her spear. After collecting the loot, she heard the warrior talk, though she certainly sounded different than before. "Hello down there!" Wanda called out. She placed a timed ladder on the side of the cliff, giving everyone a way to regroup. When she reached the bottom, she asked the new arrival, "Are you okay? Maybe you could use some healing items?" @Commissar Darman

wading to the shore, Vess just sat on the grass as he opened his map. He just let out a long whistle as he went over everything he discovered from his last expedition. "oh the cartographers Guild is gonna love this find. Even though hes not a part of the Cartographers Guild, Vess interacts with them quite often since they usually pay the best and won't try to swindle you out a few coins when it comes to newly mapped areas. As he was going over a few areas, naming a few spots really to make his mark. A loud splash. Jumping to his feet, Vess swung his spear from his back and prepared for a fight. instead, he was greeted by a girl from atop the cliff while some poor soul in robes floated in the pond. "Hello!" He shouted back and waited for them to descend via ladder. leaning on his spear, Vess declined the womans offer. "nah, I've got plenty." Standing there, not really sure as what he should do now. "So, Did my little fall interrupt something?"

(sorry for the delay,work)

Kuvo spent only a moment drying his cloths, kn0wing they'd dry off soon enough. The damage he'd taken wasn't significant, but enough to cause him to heal himself with his only self-healing spell. As he did so, he walked over to the guy with a map. "Sorry for the, uh, abrupt entrance. I came to see what the screaming was and happened to be pushed off of the cliff. from your composure I presume you are unharmed."

He turned to see the others coming towards him and the man with the map. "So if you don't mind me asking, what was all the screaming about? And what's your name?"
