Drink up boys, Its maddeningly good
He had stood outside of the door for about five minutes ,and had he had his way he probably would have stood out there for the rest of the breifing. He wasn't a soldier though and he wasn't sure which was more impolite, after a few mintues of pacing he finally walked into the room. He looked around, it didn't take a genius to figure out that he had just walked in on something. Everyone stood around looking back at one woman from their various postions around the room.
Thinking fast he decided that moving silently in and sitting down was the best course of action. However he forgot a couple of very key components, one the door had the worst scratching metal sound he had ever heard, it sounded like he was trying to rip rusted metal of the side of an air craft carrier. Secondly he was the biggest guy here, if it wasn't by height he outclassed them in weight, the effect was only increased by the dark red beard which he had been cultivating on his face fell it reached down past the bottom of his face.
Regardless he moved as queitly as allowed by a man who kept a sledgehammer and a set of tools amongst his equipment. Leaning against a wall a bit from everyone else, he wasn't shy by any means, but this team was a dream come true. He didn't feel like appearing like a prick first day on the job. He looked around the room taking a personal stock of all of his new teammates, they seemed a mix of angry, pridestruck, and unreadable. He felt a pang of fimilarity, the group he had served with before, or atleast the soldiers had been very similar. He relaxed a bit more at the realization. He had already placed the inhumans within the group, and with a cursory knowledge of each of the natural traits associated with each of them he really didnt mind. Not that the guy who had just basically tip toed up to the second farthest unoccupied corner from everyone and leaned back was asked or even though his option mattered.
