Graham nodded as he opened the door. "It will."

-Reaver smiled and nodded before heading outside where Adrian was still struming s few cords but, other than that, he and the dogs were quiet - with the exception of a few sniffles here and there from Adrian. "Hey, Adee."

Adrian widened his eyes before drying them as he snuck in another sniffle. "Yo."

Graham sat down by Adrian, placing the snack and drink by Adrian as he looked up to the sky. "Nice day we're havin, don'tcha think?"

Adrian turned his half lidded eyes to the food and drink before looking to the sky, as well. No matter how much he tried hiding it, the evidence of the outpour was still present. "Bit chilly, but yeah."

"Y'like it chilly?" Graham asked as he looked over to Adrian.

Adrian shrugged. "Better than smouldering heat. Can wear a jacket and not get cooked." He smiled weakly.
Graham nodded, "anything else y'like about it? Maybe compare it to no sun and sun? Like for example. Pro for no sun is that it's a bit calmer and quiet. Kinda eerie but the good kind. Where it feels right not to really know why it feels so nice. Then y'got a sun where it's bright and cheerful and you feel like it's going to burst."

Adrian stared at Graham for a moment before lookimg back down to his guitar. ". . . Pro f'r chilly weather is the smell of winter's encroaching air, con is shoveling off the roof and getting yelled at by my wife f'r doing so. Uh. . ." Adrian bit his lip. "Another pro is, again, I don't get sunburn as much since the sun is farther away. Con is th' fockin' holidays."

Graham snickered, "of course you say the holidays. List the pros and cons of the holidays."

Adrian sighed and strummed once. "Pros; Kids and grandkids are happy, which makes everyone else happy. Alcohol. Food." He strummed a lower tone. "Cons; decorating. Cards. Setting up th' fockin' tree. Bad memories that ya can't bury no matter how many good ones y'make, the shiteton of paperwork I get that keeps me in the office until I get bombarded with people asking about the tree. Receiving gifts. Anxiety f'r shopping f'r everyone else. Noise. Sappiness. Sappiness. SAPPINESS."

Graham smiled, "interesting cons. Here's a pros to those cons. Decorating, you can do it with your kids and wife and your grandkids now and see their happy smiles on their faces. Setting up the tree with the kids again. Their happiness and it'll become a good memory. Bad memories may not be forgotten or replaced, but you can still make good memories and for a small moment. For that small moment, it makes you happy. Because you've gone sooooo far and so long into this world from nothing to having everything any guy could dream for. The shit ton of paperwork we'll help you with. I still remember some of it that i had with Dad. I can do it with you too. Anxiety for shopping leads to seeing everyone else so happy that they know that just you getting a gift for them means the world to them because that, my brother, takes a lot of courage. And as for the receiving gifts and sappiness you're just going to have to deal because you have a family that loves the hell out of you>"

Adrian squinted at Graham and sniffled as he strummed one more time. "I'll never understand yer high ability f'r a positive outlook."

Graham gasped, "you're so mean to me!"

-Adrian forced his face into a brief, pained smile before it dropped as he looked to the guitar. ". . . Sorry." He apologised, which caused Reaver to arch a brow.

-"Sorry f'r. . . bein' me, guess. Or. . . just bein' this." Adrian bit his lip quietly.
Graham hestiated befoe tossing his arm around Adrian's shoulder as he dragged him closer so he coudl hug him, "There's nothing about you that you should say sorry for. There's nothing about you that i'm sorry for."

Adrian widened his eyes as he was pulled into a hug, feeling the sting of returning tears as he stayed still and frowned to the sky. "And yet, I am. . ."

Graham shook his head before pinching his cheek. "Listen here and you listen good, you son of a bitch! You are my brother! You are more than blood, you are my soul! And there is nothing, and i mean NOTHING that will stop me from making sure that you are happy! So for the last fucking time, you didn't put yourself in this position! Hear me when I say that I will help you and you will not go to Shadowheim alone because you will rise into the fucking clouds whether you like it or not, y'hear me, Adrian Alaois!?"

Not only did Adrian silence himself to listen, but he also slapped Graham's hand away before turning and clinging to Graham as the outpour of emotion escaped his eyes in another raid, pouring down his cheeks as he sobbed. "Fuck you." Adrian whined, which really meant 'thank you' or 'I love you' in Adrian's confusing language.

The dogs reacted to the sobbing with whines before they fought to weasel their way in so they could lick Adrian's face, as dogs do.

Adrian then groaned from the dog breath, and pulled back from the hug once he regained himself enough to do so. "Gods end the humiliation already."

Graham shook his head, smiling. "Not a chance."

-Adrian whined and hugged the dogs while Reaver patted Adrian's head.

"'S from Val. And, really!? I've been askin' the gods t' stop with that stuff f'r me too, like tripping over my own feet. I think they think it makes us special." Reaver huffed and smiled a bit.

"In the head?" Adrian wiped his eyes again.
