Masaru looked from Adrian and then to Dei before back to Adrian. "Do you need anything from me at all?"

"Possible backup?" Adrian stated, sighing. "Unless y'can somehow tell me what the shadows whisper is untrue."

((What a name for a self help book.))

Masaru waved the last one off, "i ain't good. I can just read auras, not a medium. And yeah, down whenever you are."

Masaru waved the last one off, "i ain't good. I can just read auras, not a medium. And yeah, down whenever you are."

Adrian stared at the shadows that whole time, glaring somewhat to them as his lacking heart sank and he sighed, closing his eyes with a silent, schizophrenia based growl. ". . . Just remain free the next few days. You and Dipper both since he wants to go."

Dei-Loki set the empty bowl down with a whine. "Too many noodleeeee." He then glanced towards the shadows and pointed. "OI! Ease up on the slander!"

Adrian exhaled. "If there was ever a time that I doubted y' lacked Dire Devil blood, that just proved yer a fullblood." He then squinted to the shadows. "I am not a newblood! I've always been a Dire Devil, now I'm just bound t' Shadowheim!" Adrian growled low, then sighed softly as Zuzana gently stroked his hair.

Masaru looked back to see nothing before looking to Adrian, "y'want any help with that, y'should go for Devus. He's use to how the underworld works in all different dimensions. Whatever spell, meaning, or just info on a hell y'need, he most likely has."

Adrian huffed and then nodded. "Aaah, I got enough memory from the stupid Order meetings." Adrian leaned back. "I know how t' deal with this, I'm just not looking forward to it." He stated while Dei-Loki moved to get up.

Masaru let go of Dei as he nodded, "fair enough. just know, i'm here for you, Adrian."

Masaru sighed, "so . . . y'excited for it at all?"

Adrian shrugged, a so-so gesture to follow. "The lineage itself disgusts me, but at the same token doing this puts me in my element, y'know?" He pulled off a grin, gently moving Dipper's bowl so Dipper could head off to the bathroom easier, which is what he did once he could while yelling 'too many noodle!'

Masaru smiled, "you'll be great at it that's for sure." He then looked to his mate before looking back to Adrian, "how did you become the normal one? Did the kids just take all your weirdness when y'had them and now they have it?"

Adrian watched Dei-Loki go as well before looking to Masaru and snorting playfully. "Me? Normal? Y'haven't been around me nearly as much as y'think ya have." He snickered. "Not a single thing normal in this family. Think that's why I fit in so well."

Masaru smirked, "maybe so, but you don't make me wonder what goes on inside your head."

"Probably because our thoughts are eerily similar." Adrian snorted, then coughed in regret before sighing gently. "Shame that might change in the future. But I guess that's best f'r a Dire Devil." He shrugged.

Masaru gave a short bark of a laughter, "that's what you think! No matter how far in the mind you will go, i'll always be ahead. You've been raised by a good mother who taught you the rights and wrongs of life. You're doing good so far and y'won't falter. I know it because that's you."

Adrian hissed at that whole statement, namely the mention of his mother as he fixed the blanket that wrapped around the sick demon boi named Adee. "'f I didn't go t'rough what I did t'day, I'd agree wit' yeh." He shook his head as his accent thickened briefly, finishing off his soup.

Masaru looked over to him, "no matter how far you go, we are the same, Adrian. You're not alone in this. YEs, i might have a different curse than yours but i know what it's like to feel terrified of being lost. I was this close to being my father with the Nogitsune curse, after all. So, i know what you're going through and i'm promising you right now, you will not falter."

Adrian gave a silent nod, gently handing his empty bowl to Zuzana who'd smile. "You're way too stubborn to fall down the wrong path, anyways." She brought the bowls to the kitchen, continuing to talk. "Besides, even if you enter your darkest days, not a single member of this family is going to let you falter, anyways."

"Confusing bunch, you all are." Adrian snickered.

"At least we're not the Brady Bunch-- oooOOh stomach stahp." Dei-Loki whined, staggering back to the couch.

Masaru looked to him, "he's right and i told you to go sleep in the bedroom already."

Masaru looked to him, "he's right and i told you to go sleep in the bedroom already."

Dei-Loki crawled back into the fluffy blankets on Masaru's lap while pouting. "But then I could die and no one would knoowww until it's too laaaaate."

((STOP BEING ME.))

(XD jesus)
Masaru smirked, holding him, "you're the biggest drama queen i have ever met."

Masaru pinched his cheek, "you're never alone. But if you get the kids sick, you'll be the one to sleep on the couch until they get better." Masaru gave a sweet smile from the threat.

((. . .
I am so sorry Masaru.))

Dei-Loki paused at that, tearing up with a broken puppy whine as he looked up at Masaru. "Wh. . . what?. ."

((AAAAAAAAAH))
