Mmm...yes, I think so. If not, then two people could be a having a convo and go back and forth for 20 posts with each other.

I think if the person hasn't responded in 12 hours or so you can move on. Do you think that's too long?

Maybe. It might end up making people bored of the post and moving on to a more active one. Could ask the others what their opinion is? We could move on a little before that and the person that isn't there could make a detailed post of how they caught up.

That sounds pretty good. Maybe 6-8 hours then? I don't want to make it too short of a limit, because people do have stuff IRL that they could be busy with.
