"I'd avoid the library really. I've been in there before she took refuge and I saw no holster in their. Check some of the other bedrooms perhaps?" He reached for a decent sized coffee cup and poured the boiled water into it. A few sips of the tea bag before ultimately letting it soak and the little string and tab resting on the side. He brought the rim to his nose and smiled as he inhaled the scent. He sipped the tea slowly, the temperature of the water welcoming to him. He figured Hunter would bolt off again so he was in no particular rush himself 

"Maybe its in my Casket.  Hows the tea? 


*as I walk out of the kitchen not thinking about him answering but eagerly waiting for it.  I go to check the casket where the holster is.  Holster named Noblesse. Noblesse has a stronger power than poltergeist and arch combined. He is the same abilities also.  Noblesse says hi and slides onto poltergeist. I then put noblesse on my hip.*

The forest had fallen silent. Deathly silent for night. It could only be due to the tidal wave that washed this clearing. So many lives must have been lost vacating the area around. Critters would scatter back in time, but for now they feared the area. And how could he blame them. He paused a moment resting his hand on a nearby tree and closed his eyes silently apologizing to the land for his mistakes. He squatted down to the mushed feet prints starting to take shape. This must have been that blood source. Standing back up and marching forward, determined to make amends for his misdeeds, the trail was the best path now revealed to follow, and thinking of what to say would be best. Would the person even forgive him?


The sun came and went a few times over, buts its dim glow through the trees started to be overwhelmed by the yellow light glowing from the trees. The man from the sky followed the impressions left in the forest ground to a point of curiosity that caught the same distraction as the person he's following probably had. 


A few branches blocked the main glow of light, and once they were moved the man was bathed in this pleasing glow. It came from a facial structure made of wood. It's beauty was unlike anything he had ever seen before. He found himself captivated, almost... enthralled, bewitched by its magnificence. He had walked towards the face and reached to touch it before pulling his hand back only to rest it on the cheek. 


The yellow light glowed brighter and brighter and consumed the mans form in its brilliance. It was blinding, and then it dimmed back to its normal illumination, but the man was gone

Are you fuc- "He can sense your evil intent. Do us all best and contain your irritation." A slumber wouldn't be too bad. Leave you to die. I can dig it how bout you? A nap? Is that your best solution? Because killing him is out of the question? ......I can get behind it. 


"I'll finally get some rest," Jasper mumbled under his breath. The two muttered faint replies and Jasper sipped the tea once more before putting it back down. He closed his eyes and smiled a bit, sighing at the relief of pressure in his head. Honey was a good choice. It had such a nice aroma. 


Jasper stretched his arms above his head and let out a heavy groan to match. "This is gonna be fun." Jasper kicked back on the counter and waited for Hunter to run back down. Figured the Holster must have been lost in some rummage in the room

Jacob watched in wonder at seeing Hunter race all around, it was hard to keep up with what he was doing," hey Hunter what's going on here?" Jacob asked as he tried to catch up with Hunter.

Derek had been wandering around for some time attempting to find a decent room for himself, but he couldn't help but read as he walked and then he continued to wander having gotten caught for a moment. Though when he came out of his enthralment he noticed a door on his left and decided to check out what this room would have to offer, he walked in and was greeted to a fairly large bed with a nightstand nearby,"This place is pretty nice, I like the looks of this. Well I call this room now." He said as he laid down on his new bed and continued with his books.


Rose headed to the building with Derek, when she entered Rose was immediately fascinated by just how big the place was. She ventured further and found a staircase that lead down and when she got to the bottom she was greeted to a large gym area filled with weights benches and mirrors, the room was so quiet it was deafening." Jesus just how big is this place." she said as she moved on the room across the gym, the room was pitch black with now light at all, once she moved further into the room light suddenly illuminated the room revealing magnificent armory full of every weapon possible as well as some weapons that she didn't think existed. She admired the tools of destruction that laid before her," well well well what do we have here, this place just keeps getting more interesting the long I stay here!" Rose noticed a large window a distance from all the weapons, when she went and looked through it she saw what she assumed was a practice area. All Rose could think of when she saw this was,' oh we're going to have so much fun here!'.

Suddenly outside the sky began to fill with clouds, and they began to swirl into a maelstrom and from the center a gigantic and earthshaking lighting bolt shot down at the earth and striking a very old and dust covered coffin.


Following the lightning was thunderclap so loud it could be heard by everyone in the camp. After the thunder there was nothing but silence in the world, the only sound that broke the deafness outside was the sound of the coffin slowly cracking. Little by little it began to crack more of the coffin with every passing second, when the cracking finally stopped a light began to shine through the cracks and without warning the coffin exploded sending a wave of energy so strong that it took out all lights in the camp followed by a sudden heaviness in the gravity as if 10 more pounds of pressure were added to it. After a short period of time the lights came back on almost as fast as they went off and the gravity returned to normal.


Amongst the wreckage of the coffin laid a man where the coffin originally was, he very slowly awoke. He tried to stand up but he had to ease himself for his bones felt as if they were made of stone, when he finally got to his feet he let out a deep breath enshrouded in smoke. The man cracked his neck and back to help relieve his stiffness after had done this his eyes changed and began to glow, he the examined his surroundings and noticed the he was on a hill in the woods that could overlook the whole area he saw buildings out in the distance so he set off towards them. On his way he stumbled upon another coffin in the woods that bared a striking resemblance to his coffin only this one was different while being the same, this coffin was overflowing with blood, so much so that it had streams of blood going down all sides of the coffin and onto the soil. Strangely enough the areas where the blood had reached the soil, flowers had sprouted and they appeared to be...roses. After being infatuated by this shocking sight before him it only served to strengthen his curiosity about this new world he was in and he was eager to know more and find out just who was in this coffin.

Alarms blaring, steam being pushed out of every metal tube. A computerized woman's voice joined the festivities


WARNING! MAIN ELECTRICAL POWER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED! SPECIMEN 67 HAS BEEN RELEASED! WARNING! MAIN ELECTRICAL POWER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED! SPECIMEN 67 HAS BEEN RELEASED! WARNING!


A loud crash that shook the walls to their core, followed by a calm whirling of the backup generator 


BACKUP GENERATORS ARE FULLY FUNCTIONAL. POWER HAS BEEN RESTORED. GOOD MORNING, ALEX. HOW ARE YOU FEELING?


Alex? Who the hell is Alex? 


Jesse was confused on just what the heck was going on. Where was he now? How has the face gotten him... here? With all this metal and systems around. He was wandering the dimly lit halls but it was all for naught. He was suddenly thrown in a whirl of darkness and noise when the power shot. And the long after was he thrown into the wall by the violent quake. He groaned and slowly rose back up in the calm. He heard the name, Alex it was. He wondered further to a set of blue-black doors. They had a foreign symbol brandishing and glowing. It was the same gentle yellow glow that he had found in the forest. As Jesse got closer to the doors they slid open on their own. 


"Hey, you there"


Jesse turned to the voice. This must have been Alex. And he seemed upset Jesse was here. He could see it on the man's face


"Excuse me but were you the one in the forest? With the.. wave of water?"


Jesse thought back to the crash that had guided him here. "Yeah... I was. How did you"


"I'd like to apologize for my part in that."


"It's... fine?"


Jesse was a bit confused on what that exactly means. But if it got him away from that voice... He turned back to the electric room and slowly wandered about. In the center was a giant orb with a split opening in the middle on the other side. Jesse walked around the orb to see this opened chamber. Inside were different wires dangling lifelessly and some strange fluid dripped out the bottom. This is where SPECIMEN 67 was. 





Jesse and the man walked around and down the stairs to a balcony they hadn't expected to be so high up. Only a flight or two. They peered over and down on the ground, crawling to wall of 7 pods, was a human figure. His fingers entered the pod and he slowly pulled himself inside for it to close around him 


GOOD MORNING, ALEX. HOW ARE YOU? 


The tsss of wires being pulled and a wince each time was the only reply. 


"Cyndi, right? Yeah Cyndi do me a small favor. Shhhhh. Just..just help me to my suit."


YOUR POD HAS BEEN OPENED

"Where is everyone? I am thankful for the accompanying electric pops that make me wonder.."

"That's not too surprising." Alex climbed up on the railing and inhaled deeply, hoping for the best this time. He let himself freefall forward and catch himself on the ground. The test is he lands with grace, but doesn't destroy the level below. He's yet to pass the first part. His body cracked on impact and pain flashed through his eyes. Pained he pulled himself to his opened pod. His fingertips getting inside gave him a burst of adrenaline to push him the final step. The pod closed around him and his suit attached itself to him. The attachment process was not without its own level of suffering. The wires and gears melded their way into his body to fully attach itself to him

As Hunter is running around looking for his holster he hears an unfamiliar voice.  


He looks at the being.  Seeing if he is at all dangerous. 


He thought to himself. "Well, Jasper is dangerous. But I still trust him.  But then again.  He seems trustworthy"


He looked at the being rushed off not trying to not be rude.  He looks in the casket and finds the holster.  


"YES! "


I run back saying to the being asking what was going on


"I was looking for my holster.  Found it.  Haha.  Now it's adventure time with Jasper"


I run into the kitchen holding the holster in excitement as if I just found a pup canine. 


"I found it jasper!  Now we can get started on our way to your sword"


I start to walk to a door


Opening it to a room


"Maybe I should let you lead since this isn't the door out"


Puzzled at the room since he could have sworn it was the exit

But it's size was startling. His eyes watched where it struck down and not too long after the thunderclap banged. It's force so strong the air was pushed back around him. The power shot out at once across the camp, the only light from the fire [/SIZE]


[SIZE= 14px]A deep growl followed the silence that only got louder and closer. The main entrance burst open and a full metal figure roared inside of the camp, shaking the windows in every cabin.[/SIZE]

Hunter noticed the power outage and continues to try to find the door to the exit.  His night vision was sort of active.  He could somewhat see in the pitch black.  But he would still bump into things.  


"Oops"


He then heard the voice. Something about a specimen. At this point he runs to jasper since he is very new to this world and a specimen escaping/released made him worry on if he was in danger.  He took out his sword and had it ready for if there was battle.  


"Hopefully there isn't a battle here"

A deep growl followed the silence that only got louder and closer. The main entrance burst open and a full metal figure roared inside of the camp, shaking the windows in every cabin.

He notices the main entrance burst open


"Finally! "


poltergeist notices the energy and shines to show it's sharpness.  


"Uh oh"


But noblesse notices a power that is very.  Hmmm.  Familiar and strong.  It leads him to the casket where.  The energy is heading.  


"I can deal with that thing later,  possibly.  Wait! Jasper!!"


He goes to run towards jasper to try and "Save him". 


Only to be lost and not be able to find his way.  


"Shit! "

Quickly the stranger rose from the fire and looked from the creature to the nearest cabin. When he looked back the monster was already charging, roaring. 


The blue energy from its chest cut whatever it touched, dragging a long line through the ground as it rampaged towards him. 


He bolted away and ran inside of the first building he could.


Jasper ignored the power outage and growling, opting to sip his tea and close his eyes instead. All until he heard the growling even louder and a door slam shut. "You lead him here didn't you?" His voice carried in the darkness


"I'm sorry but I had to get away"


"Your voice... its you again! Aye Lilly really didn't kill you cool! Happy yo-"


The monsters fist crashes through the entrance and it blindly reaches around to grab, ripping up the building of the NorthWest.


It roared once it noticed Hunter running across the field, running back to the building. The beast slammed his palm down in front of Hunter causing the angle of the beam to effortlessly glide across the ground leaving a devastating crack in its wake behind him

He runs up the hand all the way to his shoulder,  sitting there


"I really gotta get going.  Me and my...  Friend?  I think he's my friend.  I would say best friend since he's helping me and was the first to be nice as I came into this place.  You seem agitated. What's wrong buddy?  Jasper made tea.  It'll calm you big buddy. My favorite is chamomile. Father always made it for me"


Jumps off running in the opposite direction of jasper so he doesn't get hurt.  


"Yo.  Boy. Over here. "

The monster watched Hunters bold and roared in his face when he sat. He slammed his other hand into his shoulder, but the human hopped off. 


The beam cut through the top of the NorthWestern building as he spun around towards Hunter 


The beast swung his chisel sized dagger against the incoming sword, slapping it down to the ground with a violent shimmer crash. It was a wonder the blade didn't crack. It roared again and grabbed one of the various chains around himself and swung it like a lasso towards Hunter to grab and pull him into the path of the beam

Jasper looked up the faint blue light that had cut across half the ceiling in wonder. It groaning of the building did put a bit of worry in him. 


"Come on it's not safe!" The man urged Jasper, rushing back outside and leaving him to his fate 


Jasper looked around the dark empty kitchen once more before bolting out himself. The building began to collapse in on itself due to its support being cut. Jasper looked up to the creature and marveled. It roared back down to him and the others. He scrambled around, dodging its slamming fist as best he could.


"Hunter look out!" He yelled just as the beast flung itslasso to Hunter

"This Bitch.  I thought you looked cool and cute.  But Nahhhh. Wanting to through a chain at me.  Listen.  I ain't kinky.  But I appreciate the offer."


He slides down avoiding the chain lasso and grabbing the sword.  


"I really don't want to kill you."


He jumps to the side slashing at its chest.  Thinking it would at least weaken a little bit.  But he knew it would probably only agrivate the beast.  


So he went onto his other shoulder.  This time slashing at his neck and then slashing the back of his neck as he goes down his back.  The sword placed at the spinal cord all the way down.  


Of course. He didn't expect huge damage. But he expected to give them some time for them to run.


"Jasper.  Just run for it.  I probably got this."


He stood there looking at jasper with a faint smile.  As if he knew something was gonna happen to him.

Jade tried to hold on to anything that seemed stable as her room rocked from all the booming noise. Various vials crashes to the ground, precious liquids she never knew lost. Their spots on the selves had labels in a foreign swirling language. Jade crawled under the table of her alter and station and waited the rocking out. Only a moment of silence before what sounded like an... animal of some kind outside. But she had never heard a deep breath gurgling growl from any animal like that before. Her room was dimly glowing from the alter and station, the concoctions mixing and glowing on the floor next to her. She quickly scooted away from the mess but she hadn't caught some of it has spilled on her dress. It touched her thigh as she moved and she quickly flinched, bouncing and hitting her head on the desk under 


Bang! "Did that just.." Lilly was staying hidden in the SouthEastern building. That... thing hadn't noticed her and she damn well liked it. But.. something was in the wall too! She screamed and fell back into the opposite wall


THUD! Jade felt a slam against the wall behind her and she gasped, quickly covering her mouth and scooting away. She had forgotten about the spillage and pressed her hand directly inside of it, slipping and falling back and landing in the pile. It burned her as more and more of it collected, soaking into her skin. She screamed and scrambled out of the pile, but so much of it had already made its way inside of her system.


RIGHT WHERE she landed, a scream replied in her ear. She screamed again and ran down the hallway a moment before stopping.


"Wait a moment... why am I running? I should be FIGHTING! YEAH!! Let's go find something to bash that fuckers face in!!" Lilly bolted the other way, running back deeper inside of the house rather than out. She came to a door, aha! 


Foiled when the knob didn't turn. She groaned and ran farther. 


Turning the hall she came to two more doors, one on the left wall and one on the right. She ran to the on the right first and flung it open with enthusiasm when it turned. A bathroom


She slammed the door shut and went a few paces to the other door. Locked 


She screamed to herself, grabbing her hair and furiously scratching her head. Another go 


She ran a ways and turned right down the next hall. At the end of the hall was a single door. Her eyes practically shimmer and she ran to the door. Her hand gripped the knob with precision and turned rapidly with anger. And to her surprise it responded. She pulled the door and nothing happened. She pushed. Nothing. She twisted the knob the other way, push, pull, nothing. Getting frustrated she twisted the knob back and forth rapidly. The door clicked and the knob immediately stopped in place, her hand slightly twisting forcing her to drop her grip against the friction. The door creeked and pulled inwards, pink and purple smoke pouring out of the room the more the door opened. Lilly found herself getting very dizzy and very... sleepy. She blinked once, or she thought she did, and her mind shut down, her body falling forward. She planted on the ground, a bruise definitely forming, and just laid there. An audible tick of a clock and she was yanked into the room by her hair, dragged on the floor, and the door slammed shut, clicking once more


JADE SCREAMED and peeled and scratched relentlessly at her face and arms. The more and more vigorously she rubbed, however, the more excited her nerves became. She had thrown them into a state of hyperactive shock and they fired in response. Her body felt as though every touch was both a mixture of euphoria and agony. Her clothes began to her and she ripped and tore the fabric from her body. She felt as though everything were on fire, yet as if her nerve endings were somehow...blooming. She couldn't scream anymore, she could barely move. Her muscles tensed and she collapsed, locked. The glow of the mixture seemed so.... alluring. She forced a hand forward and it was like the pile moved miles away. She struggled attempted to pull herself forward along the ground. Every time she moved her body was screaming much louder than the roars outside. Her mind was an eruption of various hormones and chemicals that only fueled the foreign compound inside her system. Her heart had a flutter in it. She felt a cool warm at the tips of her fingers that soothed them. She scooted more and her hand fell in the pile, up to her wrists. Her body felt minimally better on contact. 


Jade scrambled all her remaining free strength to only chest forward to the pile. The pain began to subside and she laid there, soaking it inside of her. The mixture was actually seeping inside of her pours, her bloodstream, soaking up inside of her as if she were a napkin dropped on a spillage. She felt a sense of... peace

He jumps to the side slashing at its chest.  Thinking it would at least weaken a little bit.  But he knew it would probably only agrivate the beast.  


So he went onto his other shoulder.  This time slashing at his neck and then slashing the back of his neck as he goes down his back.  The sword placed at the spinal cord all the way down.  


Of course. He didn't expect huge damage. But he expected to give them some time for them to run.


"Jasper.  Just run for it.  I probably got this."


He stood there looking at jasper with a faint smile.  As if he knew something was gonna happen to him.  

The monster growled at its failed attempted and yanked the chain back, letting it go and fly backwards but flick back to his body. He reared back and roared out to the sky in agony that shook the walls of buildings, the giant fire pit being blowing a bit but continuing its burning. The chest piece cracked and more energy poured out. Now there were three shooting straight out. One angled upwards, one down left, and one down right. It fell to its knees in pain giving Hunter perfect opportunity to climb up the monster, but his slashes were for not against the metal material of his body. 


Sparks flew from the slide down the monsters spine, these shimmers landing in the fire and causing it to burn highly, turning a gentle light blue. 


The monster bellowed again and twisted back to grab Hunter, the beams: grazing the tops of the buildings and the two lower ones like lasers along the ground. 


Jasper dove over one of the laser beams, narrowing missing being burned, and tumbled. He noticed that when Hunter slashed the chest cracked, but only sparks from all the other strikes. He used the distraction to run around the monster's line of sight and try to find some sort of weapon like materials. 


He spoted the monster's weapon on the ground. It was large and cumbersome, like a giant oversized piece of metal should be, but it was all he had. 


Jasper lifted the metal as high as he could, taking his time to get a secure grip while Hunter distracted it. Once he was sure he charged the monster, the tip as high as he could get it. 


The beast turned back and Jasper plunged its dagger into its chest. The beast fell to both knees and beams of energy poured out like a blooming flower around the intrusion. It hollered all of its might and Jasper rushed back to avoid it. 


"Try to break the chest piece!"

Jesse and the man looked over the edge and watched the figure crawl inside of the pod. It closed around him and he some mumbled noises could be heard coming from inside 


"Should we do anything?"


"He seems fine"


Jeeeeeeesssssseeee A deep raspy voice said in his head. Jesse slammed his palm to his forehead in an attempt to shut the noise out. 


"Hey.. you okay?" 


"I'm fine."


"You're not fine." The man looked around for something to cover this boy with. The cold had to be getting to him.


"Why do you care anyways? You don't even know me."


"You don't have to know someone to want to do right by them. But you're right, my name's Sebastian. What's yours?"


"Jesse" He replied. He wasn't sure if they should be rummaging around while that guy was... out but he seemed recontained. Jesse found a folded up lab coat in one of the drawers and slipped it on, closing it around himself. 


"What do you think you're doing?"


Alex winced and griped against the machines whirls. The tachyon particles were forcing his body to regrow and regenerate and he could feel the replacement of his bones.

Uh oh! It appears data for the fourth energy source has been corrupted. Readings show all Energy is maximized, so maybe you'll figure it out for yourself.


The doors slid open and Alex stepped out, clenching his fingers and watching the energy pour and sparking off him. Before he could further enjoy his suit, he heard rats pillaging the upstairs. 


"What do you think you're doing?"


Jesse jumped up and glided to the top thanks to the suit and landed to confront the pests. To his surprise they were... people. One had a white and pure glow to him, the other a dark slithering evil. Before he could confront them his scanners gave alert of a monsterous force 10 klicks north. 6 miles. 


"No time to chat gotta bolt!" 


Alex took off to run and accelerated too quickly directly into the center pod he came out of. He groaned and picked himself up, trying again. His take off led to another crash. Followed by another. And another. 


He was getting father and deeper into the facility, and his crashes were farther and farther apart, until there was finally nothing but the previous sounds of the the steam and whirling electronics. 


Jesse and Sebastian looked to each other and then hurried after Alex. He seemed to know the exit from here

Jacob escaped out of the building before it collapsed, when he got outside he noticed Jasper and a stranger were fighting a giant monster. They seemed to be doing well, but Jacob knew that he had to help in some way. He looked around to scavenge anything to use as decent weapon for the time being, Jacob looked threw the wreckage of the building and found a large piece of metal that had a sharp jagged edge to it." this should be fine for now, TAKE THIS YOU UGLY MOTHERFUCKER!" Jacob then rush towards the beast and plunged the metal into the opening that Jasper made opening the wound even more.


Derek swiftly jumped up when he heard all the commotion outside, he looked through the window in his room and he saw Jacob and a stranger fighting a monster in the middle of camp. As fast as he could Derek ran down the the stairs looking for anything that could be a useful weapon, he check everywhere he could eventually making his way to the lower level of the building. 


It was at this moment that Derek ran into Rose just as she was leaving a room," Rose! No time to explain I need you to help me find weapons fast!" "I know exactly what your looking for." Rose took Derek's hand and lead him to the armory," take your pick on what you think we need, do it fast we probably don't have much time." Rose then quickly grabbed a couple swords while Derek grabbed a large great sword and a great hammer," Alright I think this should be at least enough to hold it back for the most part, let's go!" Derek and Rose then swiftly exited the build and we're greeted to the sight of the beast seemingly on it last legs and was in prime position to be dealt with, Derek yelled to Jacob," HEY TAKE THIS!" as Derek ran towards them he tossed Jacob the great hammer and the two struck the beast at the same time, Jacob smashed both of the wedges in the beasts chest with the hammer while Derek took his great sword and stabbed the beast straight through the top of its head. Both letting out overwhelming blood chilling War cry's as they hoped to have finished the beast.

Monsterous cries echoed for miles. So many attacks plunged to its core caused the beast to rise with anger. Five beams cascaded from the chest like a laser light show. He cocked his head back and unleashed a devastating cry that slightly blew Jacob and Jasper back. Though, the cries seemed to unphase Jacob. The monster punched the ground, missing where he was by a moment and causing the five beams to drag along the ground and cross other crevasses it made prior. 


When Jacob managed to slam his hammer into it, the metallic shards pierced out the back of the beast, causing it to roar once more and begin to fall back as Derek plunged his blade into its chest. Resistance was found going upwards, but the final strike served to make the chest piece fracture and glow brightly, and for the monster to render back in agony. Its volume grew exponentially until finally the beast exploded

Jasper, Hunter, Derek, and Jacob were scattered back and away by this explosion. The blue cloud of energy engulfed the camp and its source fell to its knees before falling forward. The top half of its body had been blown off upwards and into twisted metal, though the lower body was still intact. Its head had blown off and fallen into the depths of the baby blue Fire Pit


The miasma of energy faded away slowly, power returning to the camp. Jasper, Derek, and Hunter's rings were all glowing for a short time while surrounded by the mystic cloud. Jacob and Rose were having a very... different experience. But as it faded away so did the shimmer from their rings. 


Jasper braced himself for what has about to happen. Others had taken a notice to its weakness as well and immediately jumped to it. Jasper covered his face when the monster yelled at him and Jacob, his feet dragging against the dirt tying to resist the magnitude of his strike. Jasper ducked while a beam cut overhead and he hopped back when Jacob and Derek used this against itself. What he wasn't prepared for, however, was the explosion that followed. He was blasted back to the South Eastern cabin and his back was slammed into the doors knocking the wind out of him and dropping him on his chest. Jasper laid there groaning for a moment before he just listened to the sounds of both the camp power turning back on and the soft crackle of the fire. Jasper tried to raise himself up and noticed his rings were... bright. As if light had been captured inside of them as usual, but permanently. They were.. glowing. But only for a few seconds and they dimmed back to normal. He stared at his hands, turning them over a few times before accepting that maybe he was just imagining it. 


He stood up and looked around to the wreckage. Minor rebuilding to the other structures, but the NorthWestern building was lost. He counted all the groaning moving bodies he saw. Everyone outside had been accounted for. They had done it. They survived.


Jasper jeered his happiness and pride quickly, pounding the air and yelling we did it, congratulating everyone

The no-longer-purple stranger did as the darkness does: take to the shadows and observe. Someone had to be able to account for events in case everyone died. He watched hidden in the shadows of the small lower part of trees. They were like flies swarming around a tall person. But they were making some headway. The man watched as the energy cut into his home and crushed it. He wondered if there was some reason Energy seemed to be contained and shooting out, rather than flowing through the beast as it should


Someone had a sword. And he used it well. The creatures secrets were soon revealed and more beams came. Jasper sure finished it off with that hunk of metal. The stranger watched the beast fall to its knees, but refused to die. And to Jasper's aid were... He wasn't sure on either of their names actually. 


Such fluidity in teamwork and combat. The stranger wondered if they shared some prior connection, having slept through their fight entrance and all. 


The final strike, another blade plunged into its chest. He wondered if possibly plunging items inside of its unstable energy source would be dangerous, but the following explosion answered his question well enough. He was a safe enough distance to only have been blown with a wave of air from the explosion but not far enough away to be safe from the effects of the unstable energy 


Without the protection of the Horsemen's rings, the UE destabilized the containment of his inner power. While the cloud remained the strangers' eyes were glowing a deep violet purple. He could feel a freezing emptiness spreading inside himself, followed by a blindness. The screams back like a light switch. He fell to his knees, unleashing a yell that released a purple fire from his gut that poured from his mouth and eyes like blow torches of flame. As the cloud passes, so did the fire that cooled away, and the screams that silenced themselves, and the color fading from his eyes once more. His sight slowly returned, refocusing on what was in front of him. He was on his knees in the brush. He blinked a few times slowly and rose up, getting out of the safety zone and going to rejoin the others

The blast had blown Jacob and Derek backwards making a V from the monster's point. 


Jacob crashed back into the rubble of the NW building, landing painfully but safely on some exposed drywall and woods. 


The UE surrounded him and fill his lungs. His heart beat powerfully, much more heavily than normal. His eyes turned a jet white. He was pushed forward by the pain he felt in his back. His shoulders cracked and pushed forward, but as the cloud passed they cracked and pushed back, and his eyes and heart began to relax once more 


The cloud pushed Rose back into the house and filled her lungs causing her to convulse and thrash appropriately. Her heart was beating rapidly, almost erratically. Her eyes shot a blood red and her nails excruciatingly grew from under her skin. She clawed the floor, carving it up, and her teeth sharpened like knives, her tongue catching and getting cut and lightly bleeding. Her eyes fluttered a moment and her heart started to slow its rhythm. Her teeth and nails returned back to their normal sizes, and her transformation left the only evidence they weren't just in the mind

As the blast pushed hunter, he made way to a building so he wouldn't get hurt.  He saw jasper fly to the south direction. Hunter ran towards him to make sure he was OK.  


"JASPER!  JASPER!  ARE YOU OK??? "


He noticed Jasper's ring light and his ring light up as well but quickly fade.  He questioned what was happening to the rings. We're they getting effected by the energy?  Were they special to be effected by energy? So many questions were running through his head.  


He was trying to make sure jasper was alright.  As he could tell the rest weren't as badly hurt.  He heard a loud scream.  


"Was I wrong? "


He was questioning if someone got hurt and he passed it off.  Jasper grabbed his sword, made sure jasper was alright before making way to the scream to see if there was another beast. 


"Jasper,  this is a weird ass place"


He could feel energy still.  But different from the beast.  It was like energy of his but way powerful.  He noticed 2 beings standing on top of a building.  Like shadows.  And then they quickly vanished.  


"Who are they? Did they send the beast? "

Jasper turned to the screams as well. Not too far away the stranger came from the bushes and was walking towards them. "Was that you?"


He muttered a yes in response and turned to see who 'they' are. 


Both Jasper and the stranger looked in Hunters general line of sight but saw nothing. "I don't know but they're gone now. Hey thanks for getting me out of the building man. I don't think we caught your name before you passed out."


"Decimus. Decimus Nogaletta. Don't mention it. You guys did well destroying this... thing." Decimus walked over to the fallen contraption followed by Jasper 


Jasper walked along the hunk of metal and nodded proudly at their handiwork. "Think we can smelt him down and make some weapons for ourselves? If we're being attacked we might as well defend ourselves with their own products.


Anyone know how to smelt or weapon crafting? We have.... icy blue fire to work with"


Decimus shook his head and start to suggest asking when Jasper burst it out himself 


"Yooooo Hunter. Do you know how to smelt down giant hunks of metal and make weapon crafting? Just a hypothetical I'm tossin out"

Might I suggest you stop crashing into so many trees?


"Don't you think I know that?!" Alex picked himself up from his latest failed attempt and sat against the tree. His suit opened up like a cacoon detaching itself from his body. There were holes all along his arms but he didn't really care.


The crisis has been averted, Alex James: Armor Raider. Would you like to head back or continue forward?


"We'll still check it out. There might be survivors." Alex's head perked back up after awhile when he heard some crunching of fallen leaves and branches. "What do you want?"


Jesse and Sebastian stopped walked up for a moment but decided to reveal themselves. "We were coming to see what the problem is and see if we can help"


"What would help would be figuring out how to keep up with my feet."


"May I suggest something? Looking ahead rather than trying to keep up. Your feet will take off regardlessly. Try making your mind avoid the collision instead."


Alex thought about that for a moment and leaned back. Huh.. who'd'vd guessed, he thought. He sighed and leaned back into the suit, letting it close back around his body and wincing once again. The suit powered itself up and Alex stood. Swinging his arms down. In an instant he took off with a woosh. A pause of forest silence and another woosh the other way blowing their clothes. A longer pause before another woosh back, but this time he smacked into a tree not too many steps away. The tree creeked a moment before falling over, Alex still embedded inside of it. Jesse and Sebastian walked over to him and shook their heads. 


"Let's just walk there"


"Ditto.." Alex coughed out
