"He was or rather still is I imagine a brutal serial killer, both The Spectre and Owen Wright took him down" Owen dower toned voice became even bleaker. "As Owen I tracked him down, you see he likes to be brutal with his victims and like his victims to be good people, some kind of statement though I'm not sure" The detective sighed lighting a cig. "I figure he would go after a man who helped raise millions for charity and I was right, but lucky for that man The Spectre was watching over him" Owen said taking a drag of his cig, blowing the smoke away from Anella. "I was angrier in those days, I though I beat him to a bloody pulp and threw his body face first through a glass window, it scared his face" Owen said with a sigh. He wasn't proud of it. "He survived got put away for life, well suppose to be but now he's out again, and hes run off to Hasterville" @JPax42

Anella's eyes widened at the words of Hasterville. She lived in a hospital in Hasterville. It was basically Pripyat after Kirsty destroyed Energenetics. The hospital shut down and Anella was forced into the wilderness. "I-I can't g-go to Hasterville. I'm sorry I just can't...and it's not just cause this guy..." She curled up on the couch.

"Well don't worry because you're not going, I am as singular" Owen said getting up from his chair. Owen had been to Hasterville before as both a detective and a vigilante. Neither was too pleasant. Still he had to go, Darkmore could, no would kill again if he got out into the wider world. Probably why he went to Hasterville, trying to get out of town. Away from The Spectre. He wouldn't escape. Still Hasterville was hell on earth. As a detective Owen wasn't even allowed in and had to yell before he got in. As The Spectre he end up with a broken arm. So not the greatest holiday destination. @JPax42

Anella sighed with relief. "Good luck Owen..." She went up to him and hugged him. "Stay safe." Anella knew the horrors of Hasterville. She saw what the Energenetics radiation did to fresh skin and it was horrifying. It was basically safe because of the two Hasterville Streakers. At that time when Anella was about 4, the Streakers were 9 and 10 respectively. They were treated like vigilantes amongst citizens while the rest treated them like criminal aliens. Anyhow, she was scared. "And...if you run into anyone cool that's great."

"Get OFF OF ME!" Lara screamed, punching and hitting at a guy who was on top of her with a gun. She tried to flip up to her hands and away but that didn't work as the guy was far too heavy. Suddenly, her eyes began to glow and a small beam of heat hit the guy on the head. The guy screamed and Lara was able to kick him off and began to sprint away. Too fast, wait, slow down. She slowed down and saw the mafia cars. 'Shit...' Lara ran towards and alley and leapt for it. Before she fell, she grabbed the side of the building and cartwheeled into the alley, out of sight. Lara breathed a sigh of relief and clutched her eyes, resting.

My perception would slow as I pull out my duel colts. I ricochet the shot off a metal plate into the guns mechanism about 5 times before he can notice before throwing a grenade at them and a smoke bomb at my feet. I move to new cover as I pull my rifle out.

Roman noticed. Time for him to live up to his namesake. He created a shockwave with his foot as soon as the grenade was about to land, sending it flying back towards Yang's direction. The grenade exploded through the smoke as Roman pulled out two of the four barreled weapons. "You have one chance to get out. This is Mafia territory. You are being unreasonable."


@Yappi (Accelerated perception is basically bullet time it doesn't make the character unnoticeable. It does give dexterety though so it's good for a sniper, eh?)

Owen smiled saying "I always am aren't I" before going of to his room to change in his Spectre gear. He made sure to pop on of those anti radiation drugs he had 'borrow' from the police force. He took some with him just to be sure. He also brought some night vision goggles, Hasterville gets almost pitch black a times. "Perhaps I will find some, now take care of yourself and I do have my phone so call me if need be" The Spectre said before sitting down to focus. To get there took almost an hour with multiple teleport needed, Hasterville was out of range at first. Still The Spectre made it and a dark chill crawled up his spin. @JPax42

Clark would be at his run down apartment in Hasterville. "Seems today just got a bit darker than usual... Well I better get out there," he said as he put on his father's attire with the helmet and when outside. Hasterville is a dangerous place, so Clark is always on his guard. It was when he spotted a few gang members picking on some families who can't defend for themselves. With swift gusto he took all of them out without having to exert himself, and would kill them in secret. "Another few taken out... How long before Hasterville can become safe again?" With that Clark began to move around in secret from building to building.

Lara's eyes narrowed as she saw the Mafia run away. The sniper and the mafia gang leader went to a standoff in front of her and she was surprised. She was interrupted by the sound of necks snapping and she turned her yellow-orange gaze to Clark. "Aah!"

Clark, feeling surprised, looked behind to see a girl. He would take out his special handgun and pointed it at her. "Freeze! Don't you think of moving. Now tell me who you are and what you're doing here." His eyes were serious, and he could just pull the trigger at any moment. The silence of Hasterville swept through the city as the atmosphere became tense.

I detonate the C4 and I slowly climb to the ground. I put my rifle up and walk across the foggy streets, having a tight grip on my gun. I see a man hold up a women. I sigh and walk to the man "Sir, why would you hurt a lady like that?"

She rocked against the building, looking into the man's helmet. "W-Who are you?" Lara's head turned to the sniper. Things just went south.
