(Does Django inherently get Starling's powers? Because Starling has a different physiology and they arent powers either. Maybe Django grows those organs while Starling is controlling him?)

(He doesn't inherently get his powers. That really wouldn't make sense given his physiology like you said hue. Also he doesn't inherently gain powers to begin with hue. If anything he can use the memory unit and grow those organs like you said and be able to use the abilities. If he wants to, Starling (AI) can take over his body so that they can switch up on tactics. So yeah there that. Oh and um he could summon the Starling (AI)? They do follow Django's orders of course hue. Of course the summons are only temporary)

(Starling's organs can have a grow-subeside basis because Starling has to wait 2 minutes for his organs to grow. He didn't naturally gain powers, he took Kirsty's blood and by genetic luck he gained her abilities. But I'm almost starting work so you can be the Starling AI yourself if you want. Just keep his personality and hate for Kirsty intact :) )

That name Owen's got the blood boiling. That name got Owen's anger growling. Harmony the person who burned into The Spectre mind, brought him to a point of exhaustion and pain he thought unimaginable. He didn't like her was the point. "Well I see you've had an upgrade since we last meet" The Spectre said in his dark bitter voice. "Do you remember who I am? Do you remember what you did?".

My light blue pupils turn dark blue "Your the man that I hurt during the fight" I say frowning "I'm sorry about what I did" my eyes go light blue again "want a milkshake?"
 
"Your asking me the dark protector of this city to go for a milkshake?" Owen was about to laugh it off. He didn't though. Maybe he felt sorry for her. Maybe it was Anella's influence. Maybe he just wanted a milkshake. "Sure why not, where we headed" The Spectre asked. "Also if I can ask what happened so you got the grim reaper look?". @Yappi
