But for this test, you can do it however you want." Brendan stood at the control panel and opened the door to the test chamber.

They though about it before reforming, 2 smiled as he looked up. "Ok, chief, wait I only have speed and strength, how can put out a fire?" He said getting into the chamber, his eyes glow blue and red as he studied his surroundings.

The captain himself, if he sees your message significant enough, will contact you in one of many ways." The officer began directing more people up and down the building, cleaning it up completely. "Any questions?"

Bullet walked around the city armed to the teeth, as he ran into another armored person he said in a deep low tone gravelly voice "Do you know where the gangs of this city like to stay around?" He asked the male glaring at him "Don't think about lying to me and wasting my time." Crossing his arms waiting for him to answer. @YoungX

Hibiki, under the suit, wouldn't really want to avoid a confrontation right now as he was fatigued. "Just look for the downtown area of Sanfield... thats where most of the gangs hang out." Thank goodness he had a voice modifier or else if he saw him again as Hibiki it wouldn't be good.Zedisback said:

2 thought about it, he took a deep breath with his eyes turning blue. He started to run until he was able to run on the walls, he went faster and faster, trying to remove fuel for the fires. He held his breath using one hand so he didn't breath out.

At this point, Hibiki would recover a bit but still this would be ludicrous by standard. Couldn't the man see that he was fatigued to a fault? Still he wasn't in any position to really say no as he seems to be intent on killing criminals. The only thing he could really do was nod back and would just follow. He hoped that he could at least recover by the time this was over. Still why was this man being so forceful? Perhaps he would find out if he were to investigate, but it's really not of a concern at the moment.Zedisback said:

"Alright." As I ran towards Genji, everything slowed down to the point I could see the water vapor in the air. I quickly located one of his major weaknesses. While he was cybernetic and his perception was also fast, he lacked the coordination a human body possessed with its mind. I had this one advantage over his metallic body, and I used it to slide past his sword and wrap an arm around his robotic neck, pulling him down.

He looked back at him saying "I trust you have a gun, boy." Bullet said it like he expected others to be just as armed as him, not even taking in mind that some people like to take criminals in, just taking a look at the other armored male thinking he was out to kill evildoers like he was without even asking "Boy, you follow my orders got it, or you will be punished, this isn't a game." As he walked waiting for him to speak now. @YoungX

2 went faster and faster until he completely vanished from the human eye. He kept appearing in and out before stopping after a minute. He fell to the ground before getting back up, he gasped for air and looked back at Brendan, giving a weak wave.

"A game? Life is never a game," he say to him as he follows. "Also I have no need for guns." This man seemed to take crime hunting extremely seriously, but to force him to participate seems reckless. Whatever the case, he wanted to get this over with, and would want to head back to his apartment. The good news is that he is slowly recovering back to normal, so he would at least be able to fight normally.Zedisback said:

"Boy, one day, you'll learn that we are the law." He looked back at the boy "I don't know about you, but I have powers my suit is nothing more than armor." Looking around "We are the hands of justice, you may be the one who stops the crime, but I'm the executioner others only solve problems, for a short time, I fix them for good." Looking around seeing if they had got to where there yet. @YoungX

I felt the back of the sword on my arm, condensing so it wouldn't cut me. It made a nice metallic 'ting' against my skin as he tried to make me fall. I landed on one arm, holding my entire weight up with it, and simply wrapped myself around him and kicked him from the back downwards. "Brendan told me to go easy." I was still able to talk fluently after all this, standing on his back and sticking my tongue out. I could condense myself right now and hold him down like a paperweight but I remained my normal density as I walked up and down his body mockingly.

The fire had gone completely out. Brendan rushed into the chamber and lifted 2 to his feet. Brendan was surprisingly strong for a human without superpowers. "Hey, great job." Brendan handed him a GLASS water bottle. "I've noticed when you run, you get dehydrated far too quickly. Now, speed isn't much of my area of expertise but there are some things we can do to prevent you boiling up all that water. Take a rest break, enjoy the chamber. Kirsty will be back...momentarily. I'm really surprised she's still at it with Genji."
