I spun around rapidly to get the water off myself. I then realized that my actual clothes shattered. "It's going to be so awkward if I walk in there with my midriff exposed so..." I ran through a tent and came out wearing a GLASS Subcommander jumpsuit. "Alright let's go!" I ran down to the police perimeter and walked up to Ben, past Brendan. "Yeah, he's way too drunk."

He would come back for him later, and he would put on the suit. Then he would teleport to a nearby building, and would begin his action. He notices that the suit from last time is responsible, and would approach him with the voice modifier and face-camo turned on. "Cease and desist. I'm afraid your gonna have to pay for your crimes," he says in his best hero persona.

"Your resignation as a criminal," he says cleverly as he then quickly charges up on electricity. With his body covered in electricity, he would immediately zip past the suit and would launch a devastating lightning-charged kick at the backside of the suit. This time he would hope to cause less damage as Genji suggested. Ironically Genji was most likely bluffing that it was Hibiki, but it doesn't matter right now.
