"Immu... HEY! No wonder my head felt weird—you were trying to play with my brain!" Valentina's face screwed up and she rubbed at her head. The mini headache disappeared almost immediately.
It seems the oddities weren't over yet. Valentina knew that the woman was off, no regular citizen, but she didn't expect her to have the lower half of a goddamn snake. She gasped, stepping back even more and tilting her head all the way up. While she wasn't thrilled with... the hellish development, she was somewhat surprised that the woman told her exactly what she wanted to know. Her hunch was correct; this lady was indeed up to no good!
"A third truth? Huh... So you're like a truth genie! All right." She paused for a moment. "Is it true that I'm pretty?" Of all the times to look for a potential ego stroke. "Or would that be impossible to answer, seeing as beauty is subjective?" Valentina seemed to be letting her guard down. "WAIT NO. Don't answer that. The real truth I want to know is... Am I pure of heart?"

Hibiki then takes his leaves and teleports back to where he was. In any case, he continues to walk forward through Sanfield. Perhaps he should try doing an act as a hero to see what it is like, but he wasn't really sure what to do. He has never tried to really be a hero or anything, but it couldn't really hurt to try. Then he gets this idea in his head and decides to use his electricity power too is advantage. Using the power of resources, he would request an acquaintance to build him a special suits of sorts. Using his gloves and ring, he would don a special "hero" persona to see what it's like. Of course there would be a voice modifier to make him sound like someone else. At his apartment, he would equip this suit and would be on the rooftop. No one would see him, and he preferred it that way. With the suit on, he would patrol through the city by rooftop. No one would need to see him anywhere. "Let's see what it's like to be a hero," Hibiki thinks to himself.

The dark laugh of The Spectre follows K.A.N.E as he plummets to the basement. It also gives Owen time to grab some cables. "Must of come apart when the big lug came through the wall" Owen mutters. A bit investigating shows Owen that these cables transmit power from the generators. Owen Smiles. e jumps down the hole. The Spectre lands on K.A.N.E's back. He instantly spots a crack on the robot, either from the fall or Boom. "Well my robotic friend a bit of a shock this wouldn't you say" Owen says as plunges the cable into the crack.

Hibiki, suited up under his armor, would be going from rooftop to rooftop. From there he would see if there was well crime to stop. It was foreign to Hibiki, the idea of him looking for crime to stop. At a high rooftop on a high building, he would look through the entire city seeing if he could find some crime to stop.

Holding onto a mad robot while it tries to shake you off is surprisingly difficult. Still as K.A.N.E falls to ground. The Spectre jumps off the mechanical monster. "Well that went about as well as can be expected" Owen mutters. Grabbing his phone he gives the police an 'anonymous tip' telling them to bring the super powered unit. He then thought. Maybe GLASS would show up. Oh well he still had to make sure this one went away. Climbing to the roof to wait to for the authorities to take K.A.N.E away. Up on the roof Owen sees someone in white armour. "Everyone have armour these days" Owen jokes to himself.

I am feeling generous however so I suppose I might answer that question. As to the purity of the human heart it is not the easiest thing for me to say. In simple terms no. In more complex terms you are pure of purpose. You are what you are and you behave as you believe you should. You seem to have a spark of human decency as well. As to purity of heart it is more a tragedy than a success. I met a man once several centuries ago. He asked the same question and I gave him the same answer. Unfortunately he was holy man and believed that anything less that true purity was a failing. He died broken and alone, having given up on his family to go on a pilgrimage. He met bandits but his purity was absolute. He kneeled to them and offered them his money. They took it and then they cut him down and left him to die alongside the road. As it happens I had placed my Mark upon him and felt it. I came to him and made him an offer. Give up on his purity, return to living as he had, and I would heal him. He refused saying that he would rather die pure and go to heaven. He died slowly and painfully of his wounds over the next several days, remaining pure and resolute. So to your question I say this. No you are not pure, but to be impure is to be as humanity should be. I suppose with this I should remember events of the past and give you that same gift." "Yes I am and I take your very new at this" Owen ask in the Spectre voice. Like with Boom, meeting new people in this business can often be a tricky, even one as seemingly nice as this armoured man. "Well you've just missed one, actually you could help me with moving this one" The Spectre says staying with the dark bitter voice. Going down the ladder again, he says. "Big mechanical exo suit kind of thing, took it down and now i-What the?" Owen stops himself as he sees the suit move and the dead body being exiled from it. And it was going so well.

Hibiki wasn't done just yet despite a huge slab of concrete being headed his way. Actually this seems sort of like the time he fought Terrana... In any case, he would put both palms forward and would begin charging up energy. Using both the pyrokinesis of Kuuga and his electricity, he would begin to fire off an instantaneous explosive blast filled with fire, electricity and energy. "Incinerate."
