Brendan nodded to Genji. "I have an introduction for this discussion. We'll get down to it quickly." Brendan smiled.
Brendan then turned to face the masses, his face finally revealed to the public in the flesh. "Citizens of Sanfield! This is Captain Brendan Cardinal of GLASS, as you all probably know. I welcome each and every one of you to the first annual GLASS Hospitality Faire in Sanfield's history!" Brendan paused as the crowd cheered, most with excitement and some with anger. "Now, I'm not one to give speeches, but I do have a few words to address your concerns." Brendan began pacing, the microphone was seemingly unneeded as his voice was being projected from the carrier. "You are probably all wondering what the presence of GLASS will impact your lives. For one, it will definitely be a safer life. You are no longer to live under the fear and oppression of superhuman criminals. You are no longer to live under the insecurities of certain police forces that have failed to contain said superhumans. Now, GLASS is in this meeting to come to terms with the mayor of Sanfield, Genji Shimada!" The crowd began to cheer, most of them with excitement. Brendan walked off stage and ushered Genji to go talk.

I turned to Harmony and nodded subtly. I then began to scan the masses for any signs of trouble. I also began staring through people for citizens with weapons that could be a potential threat to GLASS armor. The only sign so far was none. Nobody was armed at all, save for a few with commercial weapons. I then turned and looked around for any suspicious characters. None of which were present, most civilians were attentive. I did notice two figures, a guy and a girl walking behind the entire scene. Huh, they reminded me of Grey and Neopolitan in the weirdest way. Not possible, Grey wouldn't keep his head down like that. Wait...nevermind. They left.

Brendan pulled open even more seats for the officials at the table. He then took a seat himself. Leaning to Harmony and Kirsty, he spoke quietly. "There are various snipers and heavy weaponry men around here trying to overthrow both GLASS and Sanfield. I want you two to go and eliminate all of them." Brendan then turned back and pulled out a topic list. "Now, the first issue that comes in question is the amount of authority my officers get to enforce compared to a policeman or a political figure. Do you have any input on that, Genji?" Brendan pushed the paper to the middle of the table, and it lit up the topic list onto the television.

I tore a sewer hatch off the ground and blocked both bullets before jumping to the top of the building and throwing one sniper from one building into the other. 2 down, who knows how many to go...

Lightning saw an odd gathering by the white house and flew down to a nearby building listening in carefully with her superhuman senses. Pink Raven went about things with decidedly less subtlety, and crashed to the ground right next to where the two men sat. She walked up to the table and asked the human in a suit, "So you run GLASS? I have always been curious as to what sort of person ran the agency. Are you particularly combat capable?" @JPax42

Super-Hero\Villain name: Pink Raven.
Gender: Female
Age: 26
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral. Inclined to be good.
Appearance: She is seven and a half feet tall, and proportionate. She has long black hair and pink metal wings. Her eyes are a black-gold shatter. She generally wears all pink spandex.
Personality: She is always cheerful, and wants to fight anyone she meets to learn their strength. However she is easily distracted from this by flirtation or pretty people.
Backstory: She was a professional fighter who ran across and older man being beat up by a young mugger. She beat up the mugger, and helped the old man to the hospital, but he was dying. He was a powerful wizard however and placed an enchantment on her with the last of his life force that gave her powers. She now wanders about fighting, or flirting with anyone she meets. She has no inclination towards evil and will stop killers if she runs across them. Thieves she cares less about, although you do not want to steal from someone she likes. She has on occasion helped the heroes, but only after being given a good fight and then asked.
Powers: She is stronger, and faster than normal humans by a great deal. She is very nearly invulnerable, and can fly with her wings. She is not truly invulnerable but instead she is entirely hyper dense. This means her skin, flesh, and bones are extremely thick, and very difficult to damage. Additionally she has an extremely fast regeneration, and can regenerate from any single part of her. She is fast enough to run across water, and strong enough to punch through about five feet of steel. She can extend her healing abilities to other people to heal them but she is without them as long as she does this.
Equipment: She wears a spandex costume that shares her regeneration, and that has the approximate durability of iron. She also wears gauntlets that make her punches even stronger and protect her hands. These can also generate explosions that she is protected from.
Extra: I know she is a bit OP but what I was going for is a neutral character that just goes around and interacts(fights) with random people. She will oppose villains only when she sees them killing people, and is otherwise neutral. Her main weakness in her fights is that she is easily distracted by pretty people. If she winds up actually opposing and working as a hero I will come up with an elemental kryptonite style weakness, probably a gemstone. Finally she does not kill anyone and will in fact heal defeated opponents.

It toke a while looking through the city CCTV files but he found it. The video of Harmony killing the police offices. The title was his favourite part. 'GLASS'S new Sub commander'. In an hour it was on the web. The detective chuckled. It might no of been a good idea to upload it from his apartment. Time however was of the essence. Still the plan wasn't done yet. He jumped back out the window to the rooftop. Dashing back across the rooftops.

It removes certain types of matter from the universe. A lot of authorities do not want GLASS to use said weaponry, but it does involve taking out targets quicker. What do you think?" Brendan smiled.

I grabbed one sniper and jumped up several hundred meters, throwing him and delivering a punch so that he'd crash into another heavily armored troop. I landed next to Harmony and wiped my hands. "Ok, there's something I need to check out. You take care of the rest of the mercs, I'll handle this." I noticed someone dashing across the rooftops. Quickly, I jumped next to him and followed him, quickly noticing who it was. "Mr. Wright!"
