since genji shimada became mayor, every illegal actions stopped drastically. secret experiments conducted by the previous government has been freed, now going to an interview

sanfield's GDP has also drastically risen with the mayor stopping major corruption dealers and stopping illegal drug activities, according from only the first week genji shimada became mayor, sanfield has a feeling it will head to a brighter future

(her tail is lashing and if you were to look closely she has tears running down her cheek below the mask. if anyone has seen the cs this would be to do with the history involving her becoming an orphaned child and being adopted.)

suddenly medics would rush to the area with fire department teams rushing in, all of them unarmed and breaking up the fight completely. a medic would walk to the girl with a lightning bolt in her hand with a hazmat suit and said "miss, please calm down and come with us, we will provide medical assistance" while holding on her arm softly. firefighters would douse the fire created by the battle on trees, grass and etc while medics walk to injured guards and civillians and help them to strechers @Zedisback @NickTonCutter @MrEvilMexican

the hazmat guy would fall down, seemingly not breathing. suddenly a medic shouted "CODE RED, CODE RED!" with a team of medics and a docotr coming to the hazmat man, they ripped open the hazmat suit and the doctor touched his neck ".... no pulse, ready the defribillator, 500 amps" the doctor said, a medic then came with defribillators and a box which contains electricity "CLEAR" the doctor shouted as he shoved the defribillators to his chest but with on response "NO PULSE, RECHARGE IT!" @Abberakelaran @Zedisback

all the proceeding living guards, firefighters and medics would die in a flash, genji and the news reporters were far away but could see the blast. genji would then rush to the white house, snd see everything dead, crumbled and blood everywhere. genji would fall to his knees and look down, seeing everyone dead, he then took the arm of a guard which was blown off the body cried inside his helmet. @Zedisback @Abberakelaran @NickTonCutter

As Lightning landed she suddenly heard the massive woomph of an explosion behind her that flung her across the street where she slammed into a wall painfully although she managed to land on her feet only stumbling slightly. She turned around and stared horrified at the carnage unleashed by the explosion.

He said coughing up a little blood, it seemed that lightning hit him with full force he said glaring at her "If you ever talk about testing something on someone again I will find and kill you!" Anyone could tell he wasn't joking around as he limped off going away, as he walked he run into Hibiki he said "Can you get me home?" @Salex @Abberakelaran @YoungX
