(ok i think i'll make a more revised version of the plot later but im so tired and asdghk
The town of Woodfall (random name idk) was very peaceful. Then, the government finds out that there are special individuals who have supernatural-like powers. The head of the government, Roy Sanders (another random name but the last name could be relevant hint wink) orders the execution of all ability-users, for some mysterious reason.
(ok so like Gilbert had an idea to build the plot along the way so yeah that's good let's do that).
(Another thing, I'll roleplay the guards and most of the NPCs?)

Personality: A generally sarcastic and snarky person who tries her best not to get involved with anything beyond her work and store discounts.
Back story/Background Info:
Akari grew up the oldest of two siblings, and took care of them as their parents were almost always away working. When she was seventeen, all three of them were involved in a shooting, leading to the almost permanent dislocation of her left soldier, the death of one of her brothers, and the disability of the other (he drinks a lot, we don't talk to him). It was around that time that she decided to work as a detective and developed her odd ability. She ends up very successful in that line of work, and is usually overwhelmed by the amount of cases that come in.
Magic Abilities(1 minimum and 3 maximum): She has the ability to view the final moments of any corpse she touches with her left hand.

Name: Kylen Winters
Age: 15
Species: Human
Gender: Male
Personality: Kylen is a an independent and shy person. He is always nervous around other people, and will often stammer in a conversation with lesser-known people/strangers. Kylen is quiet and sensitive. He tends to avoid conversations, though, and will isolate himself from others he is not very familiar with. If you get to know him and understand him well enough, then he will open up. Around people he highly trusts/familiar with, he will stick by their side as much as possible. Kylen is actually a very friendly and kind fellow.
Back story/Background Info(I might revise this later yeah): Kylen lived in Woodfall peacefully, before being kidnapped and taken outside to town. the kidnappers tell him they've killed his parents, and they tell him they need to kill him for having powers. Kylen is very confused and runs, kidnappers chasing him. He trips, the kidnappers catch up to them, and in panic, kylen raises his hand and yells "stop!" but then he shoots powerful frost into the bandits, almost as if it was a mini blizzard, and kills them. he is overwhelmed and escapes. Later, he look at his reflection in the water and finds out his eyes have changed the color to a frost-like blue, and his hair became a silvery-white(because he awoke his powers) He is bewildered and panics. He realizes that this is just the truth, and he has no parents to go back to. Now he secretly lurks around the town in disguise, hiding from government officials. (Kinda like an outlaw

Magic Abilities(1 minimum and 3 maximum): Kylen has the ability to shoot out frost from palms, which can freeze water. He can also pick up ice (more like levitating kinda), but since he is a bit weak in this ability, he can only pick up small ice chunks, and not huge boulders.

1) His body temperature gets unusually cold, and his skin is freezing to the touch. sometimes when he walks, he freezes the ground (covers it in frost).
2) Kylen dislikes his ability, and is resentful in himself. He hates harming innocent people, which is kinda hard not to do when you're literally a walking blizzard.

Personality: Yukki may look like a weak looking girl, but she is rather strong, very quick on her feet, and active. Description: When her and her sister Akki's loving home were burned down to ashes and their parents hunted down by vampire hunters they were forced to run away from their hometown. They found a little house in the middle of the forest to hide from hunters. She was always afraid of people to find out that she's a vampire so she pretends to be a human at day time and by night time she is a blood thirsty vampire. She wants vampires to get along with humans and live in peace, but for now she has to pretend til that happens living alone with her sister as the only person to accept her
