This is how I love to make my characters. :D It would be fun to have her like this.
 
Yeah, just sort of how I imagine her. It's mainly because blonde girls in movies and books and such are often portrayed as sweet and goofy, at least, in the movies and such that I've seen. And some pictures just look plain sweet and innocent and such, you know.
 
And by naive for the lighter side- angel.. I'm going to use this scene as an example xD

I like the last ones I found, because the blonde girl looks like she could be either really sweet or really... Dangerous xD Haha! Let's think of names; then we're going to have to brainstorm... The humans O_O
But for naming the angels... O_O Should we go for like... Bible names? Or just bizarre foreign names like Misha- Russian name meaning 'Who is Like God?' that is a diminutive form of Michael (which is the name of an angel.) But, it's only used as a male name in Russia; but I don't think we're bringing Russia into this xDDD


and I think Lilith was one of the fallen FEMALE angels who was like a demon; I think it means 'Of the night.'


Or if you wanted to be ironic you could take the name Ciara, which means dark-haired in Irish (I think? I'm positive it does.)

I know a couple bible names for girls, namely one since my name is in the bible. But I can also find names that mean certain things. Lotus and Velia are two girl names that mean things along the lines of secret. That's why I thought that they would be good for her, because she is secretive. Also, Lotus flowers are pretty and Lostus sounds like a cool name xD . And then there's Naomi, which means pleasant and beautiful in Hebrew, which is also in the bible.


(Just a warning; I tend to forget apostrophes, or type them like this Ièm.)
 
Hah! But I'm talking that kind of naive :wink: and I really like the name Misha (it's not just cause of Misha Collins, I swear!) It's also cause I was going to use 'Michael' (then I was all... Can I find a different name like that?) Even though it is a 'Star Wars' Name (it has Arabic origin) Leila means 'Dark Beauty, born at night.'


Leah means 'Weary/Delicate/Sad-Eyed.' Or you could get weird and go for a trickster like the Japanese multi-tailed spirit fox "Kitsune." (Just so both their names are adorable xD ) Or something like Marzia; that means strong and war-like. (It's Italian with Latin roots)
 
Give me 5 or less minutes and I should be able to find 20 or more names that have awesome meanings.

I dunno, I just looked at all of the meanings and stuff. I found male names similar to Micheal(So you don't have to use Misha, and defend yourself every time someone sees it, xD ). I think Leilah or Camille would be cool, I'm still thinkinggg.
 
I like Misha :3 it's such a cute name. Yeah I like those two! Or you could use (this is my name btw) Lucille; which is bringer of light. That kinda mirrors Lucifer (bringer of light also)
 
I'll use Leilah or Delilah because both sort of hold memories for me. Plus I use Lucille a lot in some stories of mine. I like to use different names. :)

Now, as for people... :/ now this is the challenging part.


We could have two brothers be the main guys who need protection, then an older guy who is experienced and knows more about the mobs than them, and maybe a woman of sorts thrown in. She could either be someone's GF/Wife/Fiancée or just a colleague. Hmm... :I

Nirvana, I noticed that in your recent roleplaying posts you seem to post a paragraph at most. I was just wondering if you'd be willing to double, or triple that amount with this roleplay when it starts up? Because, especially in the beginning, I tend to write a lot; and I prefer to have partners who can match that writing and desire to send the plot forward.


Samuributterfly, you haven't been posting much on this thread recently (although Nirvana and I have been 'spamming' this thread with character development ideas. I haven't seen you post any real replies to any RP threads yet, so I cannot really judge your abilities; but are you a literate-roleplayer? Also, would you like to help develop the human characters now? Nirvana and I have established the two angels, and we really need to get moving with the character development of the humans before we RP them. Since it is a bit of a mafia-esque story, they are doing very dangerous business; and it may be interesting if our 'villains' to the villains that are the people, could be an opposing 'gang' except they are demons who possessed people. Then it could evolve into more than just mob vs. mob and become angels/people vs. demons. If you didn't see the previous post, I was thinking that it would be interesting to have two brothers in the 'family business' carrying on their father's name in the mafia business, an old friend of the father leading them through thick and thin in the mob wars, and maybe a woman; either a GF/Fiancee/or something that gives her a main role in it. Or, if we were wanting to step even more out of the box, she could be a tomboyish chick who acts like 'one of the boys' and has that 'badass' vibe. It all depends on how we're going with this, and with so many possibilities I want some input. (From you too Nirvana!)

I can at least double it, depending on how many characters I have, I also did this for more of a challenge. I'll do my best at writing several more paragraphs and such too. :)
 
Good! :big grin: So after (is it Delilah or Leliah?) your angel, what do you think would be a good human? Because, if things work out right and us three RP together- Everyone could have two characters. So we had six overall; Two angels and four humans. (We could have more and extras thrown in; but I'm talking main characters)
 
(Leliah) And for my human, I'd like to try RPing as sort of a younger and a bit mischievous male. I'm gonna start to look for names soon, but I'm thinking along the lines of a name like Harley or something like that. I just gotta find my list of odd names. ^^
 
Haha! Do you like my two brothers idea? They could be kinda funny quirky names. I actually had an OC I never got to use who was named Eugene and his middle name was Finely; So he was called Finn, and no one but his family knew his real name was Eugene. Due to his tough persona (although he was a bit childish because he was young and reckless and headstrong) he was embarrassed by a geeky name like Eugene and insisted he be known as Finn.


But I was searching through and thinking about names for boys. There's old-fashioned names I adore- Like Theodore (nicknamed Teddy or Ted), Benedict (called Ben or Benny), Arthur, Percival (nicknamed Percy), or even something like Graham. Then there's more modern names like Jesse, Anthony (Tony), Adam, Louis, or (I should probably go on those baby name sites now! xD )


I was thinking about being either one of the younger boys, an older man, or a girl; who is a bit of a tough cookie. She could have a strange name like Billie (which I thought was kind've cute; since it's a nickname for a girly name like Willow. Or she could just prefer to be called it) Then there's nice names like Claire, but then again; she could be called some sort of boyish name. I'd kind've see if there was a woman involved with these dangerous mobster men, she'd probably be a tough cookie.


I'm pretty good at playing older 'badass' people though, and it would be fun to be the guy who everyone goes to; or could know more than other people. I think that if we are going with this one, this older guy would probably know a lot more about angels than the others- and like strange things that come in handy.


But being one of the boys would be fun :oops: IDK!
 
She could be named Antonia, or Toni, which is my name in Spanish class. :big grin: And the brothers idea would be cool! Plus, I may miss something that you said because often when I read long things, my mind starts whirring in the middle and I sorta skim the rest. I'm getting better at not doing that now, though xD . Or, it could be a nice, sweet, innocent name like Lily maybe, or Lavender, Jessabelle, Rose, Heather, Poppy, or something deceptive like that. And then, she's the 'badass' girl that you won't mess with if she is even close to a gun or something that would hurt you.


And as for the brothers, if Samuributterfly decides to back out or something, then I could play both or whatever. I have 2 brothers that are both demonic little demon children, so it could be pretty simple. As for names though, maybe one would be named, for example, Harley. Then the other would be named, for example, Theodore and doesn't have a nickname; it's just the over the top fancy name.
 
I have a little brother, and I'd love to play one if I could! Haha! I actually like that- She could be Antonia, called Toni; and be one tough cookie. I'd imagine her to be (regardless of the name we end up choosing; I would think it'd be cute if it was boyish; Like Billie or Toni) I think we already gave a deceiving name to the Dark Angel; Leliah. It'd be a pretty intense story if she got hooked into the business, sort of going from a more innocent mob criminal to a full out hellbringer; like you could have some dramatic scene with this woman shaving her hair off and adopting a darker persona as she spirals deeper into the business. (I am just evil to OCs aren't I?)


I really like nicknames for my characters :confused: I don't know why! Haha! For some reason when people say Harley, I always think of the Harley Quinn! (and my username) XDDD I'm kind've thinking more and more, and if I play a boy I think I'll go with the Eugene Finely thing; because that's adorable :tongue:
 
Okay, and the dramatic scene would be hilarious :tongue:. And my OC's are often pretty evil too... Like me! And of course you can play one of the brothers... You sound almost as dumb as one of my brothers. And they're pretty hard to match in that category. Who's Harley Quinn too, I never heard of him/her.
