The creature was rather amused as he floated there waiting for Pyro's response, but instead of that he saw Elprede float up to challenge him instead. Like Valkyrie, the little fox creature transformed into something new. It was quite the form, but not nearly as exciting or as intense as the power of the Super Saiyan he'd witnessed earlier. In fact it was rather underwhelming, so he merely sighed.


"Everyone wants a piece of the transformation action it seems." He said as he shrugged his shoulders.


"But no, little fox. I challenged your strongest warrior to combat... And she lost." He said calmly, giving Elprede a smile as he glanced at Valkyrie's fallen form.


"Even in this new form your power is leagues below mine." He said as he looked back to Elprede.


"However, I wouldn't be the warrior I am today if I wasn't wise to what you're doing now. You're challenging me because you know something. Something that you believe would tip the scales in your favor. Likely this is a technique of some sort. A technique to empower yourself manifold so that this new form is actually capable of at least doing some damage to my body so you can play hero for everyone..." He said as his previous smile vanished.


"I witnessed your enhanced movement speeds before, and it's no secret to anyone who knows what they're doing that when you can move at such speeds your impact force is multiplied many times over from what it would naturally be if you were at a standstill, or even just moving at much slower speeds by comparison. Why do you think I attacked you first? Did you think it was simply because you were closest to me or that you were the one doing most of the attacking when the battle began? If the answer to either of those two questions is "yes," how arrogant you are little fox." He said, frowning.


"I attacked you to remove a dishonorable stain upon this battlefield from taking the lives of any more of my men who fight their battles with honor. You move around faster than the eye can see, and yet you believe you're actually defeating them when you move that way? How shameful it must be for your comrades to have to watch you use this incredible speed to do your fighting while they fight their enemies face to face and using their natural speed and abilities as honorable warriors to get the job done. If my men die in honorable combat, I respect their loss and give them a proper burial on their home world... But when they're brought down by such filthy tactics as you attacking them faster than they can even react, it stains their honor and proves you yourself have none to speak of. It's sickening." He growled, taking a breath to calm himself down.


"I know what this form is meant for. You want to use it and its natural multiplier of your Ki to protect your otherwise naturally frail body from harming itself when it makes contact with mine, and you want to use your incredible speed to multiply your impact force because it's the only way you know of to have any hope of winning... That's not the method of a warrior. It's the method of a frightened child, no different than throwing dirt in your enemy's eyes and claiming victory when you strike them down because they're blind. There's no honor in winning if your power has to be enhanced to do so, and even less when you make such ready use of an underhanded tactic like using your incredible speed to do your attacking for you while your opponents can barely have time to even register what's happened before their time in this world is over." He said, placing his hands on his hips.


"Have you ever heard the human saying, "Never bring a knife to a gun fight?" Well I have another one for you: "If you've any honor, never bring a gun to a knife fight."... You're the gun. The weapon of a coward and someone who knows they're beaten before the fight even begins, so they have to rely on the precision and incredible speed of a projectile to win the battles they know they can't fight on their own... I am the one trying to have an honorable knife fight with another knife capable of facing me on equal footing." He said, his smile returning.


"I too have a method of powering up rapidly and at will you know. Had I wished it, I could have used it against your Super Saiyan friend down there and fought her on equal footing. In fact I could have taken a serious advantage because I can multiply my own power by a factor of ten using this technique which would have been more than enough to bring her down. But I chose not to. That's not how a warrior wins their battles. Even in this state I am more than capable of annihilating her in her base form, and this is my natural power level. Had she been nearly as powerful as the one floating next to you in her base form, I would not have used that technique to bring her down. I would have fought her fairly and with my own natural power against hers. But as I view the Super Saiyan form she took to be manipulated power instead of natural power, I decided that there was no dishonor in bringing her down a few pegs using that technique. If she can't fight me in her base form, she doesn't deserve to fight me at all. And neither do you." He said, then glancing to and pointing at Pyro.


"So, shall we commence? It's clear you're the only one with a natural power level which needs no enhancement to fight your battles while the rest of your motley crew puff themselves up with extraneous and flashy techniques. Whether this is out of pride or a sense of showmanship, I really don't care. Right now, you are the strongest among this group. So it is you I am now challenging. If you refuse, I will use the technique I spoke of earlier to multiply my power and wipe you all out with one final attack and end your misery. So choose wisely." He said.

[Shi no toki 2]

Wiping the sweat of his face Tenzo pulled his sister off the ground before going to take shower. He and his sister had been fighting for the past 20 minutes and they had decided to stop once they started to approach the destination. Quickly entering his room Tenzo took a quick shower before wearing his clothes and placing his sword on his back. He then walked to the cockpit to put some music on before closing his eyes waiting to arrive at his destination. A few minutes later his sister walked into the cockpit as well. She was wearing her usual combat attire(see cs).


He then glanced to her.


"We are here.”


Immediately after saying this the ship ceased light speed travel.


They were greeted then by the sight of a ship already in orbit. Currently there were a few people in the ship, but due to their power level Tenzo concluded that they weren’t the threat. However the power levels on the planet boggled him.


"90 million, what is going on here?” Shock could be seen all over his face.


"Well are we still going in there?” Adria asked with a look of worry written on her face.


"Yeh we are. Sebastian please prepare light speed travel and activate all weapons on the ship were going in."


After Tenzo uttered those words were the sound of the ship powering up could he heard. The whirring sound of machines and the clicking sound of the weapons could be heard as well. Flying past the other ship which was half the size of their ship, they entered the atmosphere of the planet.


As  they descended on the planet Sebastian zoomed in on the fights that were currently going on. Both of the twins would be surprised to see Valkyrie and Era as they were why they had been recalled from their vacation. They would be further surprised when the they felt the power levels of the two. This shocked them the most as the last time they had seen the two they were nowhere near this strong.


As they slowly descended from the sky they would watch as the unknown alien used his bio electric attack.


"Sebastian please record for further studies" Tenzo said in a serious voice.


The effieciency of that attack was to great.Both twins were silent as they watched all of this.


"I don’t think were any good here Tenzo."


"Well I'm no good but you could help them." Tenzo said while glancing at his sister.


"And how do you suppose I could help them, do remember thet max power level I have is 140,000."


"You could manipulate the ambient ki to manipulate some of his ki blast and distract him while he's fighting. And nobody would know it’s you since youre not using your own ki to fight and nobody except me knows that you can do that."


"Okay and what are you going to be doing?" Adria asked as she prepared to get of the ship.


"I am totally useless in this fight currently so I will be your get away driver if all this fails. Don't worry sis, I wont abandon you." He said in a teasing voice.


Sighing Adria grabbed her shield and sword before getting out of the ship, which was currently already at the battle field. Flying out she approched Era and the ucioncus Valkyrie.


“Valkeyie," She said with respect in her voice.


She had served under Valkeryie for 20 whole missions. She respected her stregth greatly but currently Adria was shocked since Valkyrie had gotten so much stronger. Though none of this shown on her face.


"Era it's been a while since our last fight huh?" A small smile appeared on her face as she spoke to Era.


She and Era had been assigned on the same team when they had enetered the force and she had been with them for more than half of all of the twins missions. They naturaly new each other quite well and Adria considered her to be a sister.


No matter what their response Adria would turn to watch Elprede try to fight the enemy. She would listen to the enemies speech with little reaction before being slightly suprised when he mentioned he could power up to a power level 10 times greater than his current power.


"What is up with all these crazy power levels?" A small frown would marred her face.


She looked at Era.


"We have a healing chamber we can use it to help her recover."


Tenzo


Tenzo watched all this from the space ship. Sighing slightly he leaned back in his chair trying to process how Era and Valkeryie had gotten so powerful. He would however stop his thoughts when he felt a familiar ki.


"Of course Fae is here as well."


An exsperated look could be seen on his face.


The twins and Fae had a rocky beginning as she was a high class Saiyan and hadn't really thought much of them. Though they had gained her recognition after showing their prowress eventually becoming friends. Putting his head into his hands, Tenzo muttered to himself.


"I'm definetly forcing an explanation out of them after this. Power levels over fifty million, just happening to be in the same place at the same time? I call bullshit."


(Lol I should probably get a laptop. I hope that I didnt take the relationships out of control. Sorry if this sucks. Writings fantasy things isn't my thing really. Started at this site to get into it)

 

[D. Rex]

The battlefield seemed to freeze. No. It did freeze. The enemy forces on her scouter, and those she could see ahead, stopped their attacks. Fae slowed down... and eventually stopped. Their leader was making a challenge. To Val.


It was when Val began to power up, that Fae got to see the majesty of the super saiyan. And it's power was frightening. It was a surreal feeling, seeing an actual legend come to life. Yet... what was more surreal... was what happened next. There was no time to take in what she was seeing, as the leader struck her. And Val fell... the golden hair dissappeared and she fell. 


Fae watched in horror. And not just because the strongest of them had fallen, or that a super saiyan was defeated in a single blow. But that Val could be dead. She couldn't even sense her energy.


Fae immediately blasted off towards Valkyrie. Out of the corner of her eye she saw someone else challenge the leader. She cringed as she saw it was Elprede.  Yet he too transformed. Something she had never seen before. With a power she could hardly believe a nephelem could achieve. Yet would it even be enough? It didn't matter. Not now. With Val fallen, their formation was unstable. And if he broke formation too, then any advantage they might have as a team could collapse. 


"Era!" She called into the radio on her scouter. "I will take care of Val and get her to safety. You get a handle on Elprede and salvage what is left of this formation of yours." She exclaimed shortly. "Without him, we will be hard pressed to retreat if Pyro fails."


Fae put all she could into hurrying to her fallen comrade. She landed beside Valkyrie and knelt by her side, quickly checking her pulse to make sure she was alive. "Val! Val!"

[D. Rex]

Fae looked up as she sensed the presence of two familiar energies. As Fae was checking Val, one of the one energies approached. Landing beside her. It was Adria. But now wasn't quite the time to exchange pleasantries or surprise. That would have to come later. Right now, they could help. Fae didn't know what was wrong, she didn't see any injury that could have caused this sort of effect. Perhaps some sort of nerve strike, like the kind Era was fond of or Elprede mentioned he could do.


"Very well. Your ship is closer. We'll take her there." Fae announced and gingerly picked up Valkyrie in her arms. 


Faeora powered up and prepared to fly. Era and Valkyrie were not the only ones who had powered up. Fae had too. Back then, the would have known her power level in only a mere few thousands, while they were leagues above her. Now, however, Fae's power reached over six hundred thousand. Though she was dwarfed by the other powers that be, it was still an unnatural leap in power.

Pyro sighed when Valkyrie came in and tried to fight the alien. But then he sooned smirked when the alien shut off Valkyries ki. Then ready to fly in and take on the alien again before Elprede came in and tried to challenge the alien. But Pyro's smirk grew bigger after the alien denied to fight him and dis him. "You heard the man, fox. I got him so how about you go help the dirty monkey while the grown ups take care of business." Pyro said shoving Elprede to the side. Once Elprede was out of the way, Pyro began sending another wave of punches at the aliens.


The alien began dodge attacks again but Pyro knew he would and missed it up his attacks by stabbing his tail at the alien. The alien was was caught off guard by this when Pyro's tail almost went through his side. But thanks to his natural armor Pyro's tail only left a mark on the armor.


The alien smiled  and took note about Pyro's tail. Then he grabbed Pyro's tail and then he started squeezing it. Pyro growled in pain before the alien then punched Pyro in the stomach and then kneed Pyro in the head. Pyro fell down a little in sky before catching himself. With a growl Pyro looked up at the alien and shouted "Black Death Cannon!". Then he fired his signature ki blast out of his palm at the alien.


The alien dodge the ki blast quickly. So Pyro decide to do it again... several times over. Pyro started launching several ki blasts at the alien. This started making the alien slightly worried as the amount of ki blast increased it became more and more difficult to dodge. Then finally he got hit by one and fell down from the sky a little. At this point  they were both at the same level. They now looked at each other and smirked. They were enjoying this and showed in the looks they were giving.

Elprede just had a little smirk on his face the entire time the alien had began ranting about him. Honor this, honor that... this fight wasn't about 'honor.' If he had even cared about honor in the slightest, he would not have even attempted this invasion. Killing innocents, slaughtering the elderly or children... there was no honor in that. This fight was not about honor, this fight was just him fueling his own arrogance and ego.


But when Pyro tried to shove him, all that occurred was Elprede dodging it without looking and flying back a few feet.


He then lowered himself to the ground landing next to Era. "If Pyro fails, there won't be any retreating." He said over the intercom. "It isn't as if I can just suddenly transport you all out of harms way. The most I could possibly do is buy you a minute or two."

[Retro-Grey]

Strom sat silently in his chair, situated before a desk in his study. His eyes were plastered to a piece of parchment inside of one of his journals, admiring the illustrations. Times like these, peaceful and quiet, were really what soothed the Saiyan. Between his training, Strom found comfort in studying. One of his favorite studies were of the ancestors of the Saiyans. A race called the Sijins. They were people of pride and true honor. They had built coliseums where they competed and the loser would be banished, and sure it wasn't a 'nice' thing, but both parties knew the consequences. The Sijins stories were glorious regardless.


"Astonishing isn't it..?" Strom asked no one in particular. The returned silence was warmly welcomed.


However, the silence was turned away soon after as Strom stood up, the chair screeching as it was pushed by his thighs. He stood tall in his training outfit, a dark purple sleeveless jumpsuit with white gloves and matching standard saiyan boots. He closed his journal with one hand and placed the small book on the desk before him. He turned and left the room, his boots clicked against the polished floor of his corridor.


Strom walked out of the corridor, then the building. He straightened out his gloves before placing his left hand on his right shoulder. He rolled his right arm around in it's socket as he left his home. Matahnn's sun had retreated in it's skyline, leaving behind the light of stars lightyears away and a three-quarter moon. Underneath the starry sky, Strom flew off over to where he usually trained: a barren plateau formation. 


Upon arrival, Strom had landed atop the tallest of the rock formations. He sat with his legs crossed and his hands clasped together. Strom focused his mind, controlling his ki. Slowly, he stood up, bringing his arms into the air and moving them outward in a semi-circular motion opposite to each other. His arms met at the wrists, and from there he pulled his hands back, channeling the ki into his palms.


"Heisoku Wave!" Strom yelled when the amount of energy felt sufficient enough to release. What came out was a a beautiful stream of whitish-blue light. The Heisoku Wave was one of the most powerful ki-based attacks Strom had ever seen, and lucky for him, he created it. The longer time it took to charge, the more damage the wave would do. Capable of leaving not-even a single trace of its target left. 


As the beam of ki dissipated into the night sky, Strom returned to his resting stance. He smirked slightly, he was getting better at handling the power of his own technique. Sooner or later, he'd be able to handle the Heisoku Wave with ease.

Era was finally starting to get control of herself after suffering the pain from the Spirit Link with Elprede when she saw the face of an old friend appear next to her.


"Adria..." She said with a forced smile.


She forced herself to her feet, holding her stomach with her right hand.


"Good to see you," she said as she let out a breath.


She then tapped her Scouter.


"Fae, bring Valkyrie to my position. I have an idea." She said.


She then looked to Adria.


"Adria, stay by my side for a while all right? We're all going to retreat to a safer distance and give Pyro his space to do battle with that thing. About all we can do now is watch and wait. If Pyro loses then Val is our only hope. But after suffering an attack from the Bio-Electric Ki Disruption technique, she'll be unable to access her Ki for at least ten to fifteen minutes. We likely don't have that long before this battle is over." She said, turning to Elprede.


"Care to sit tight?" She asked.


Elprede returned to his natural state, crossing his arms.


"Not really, but you're the boss. You lead, I'll follow." He said.


Era nodded and floated into the air.


"Let's go you two." She said.

Pyro and the alien looked at each other for a few more moments before Pyro charged at the alien once again. Pyro made a quick turn as he did so he could slam his tail into the alien. The alien easily dodged the attack and fired ki beams from his horns at Pyro. Pyro not having the time to dodge and in being at such close range got launched away and started falling down. Pyro was able to catch himself and started flying. He felt his stomach and found he was bleeding now because the blast manged to penetrate his natural armor.

"Well that hurt..." Pyro said annoyed. He also disliked that we was now under the alien again. Sense his regular attacks were being easily dodge and it seemed only his barrage of ki blasts were able to hit him. Through it did take a large amount of ki each time he did it. But with the large amount of ki Pyro has he could do it, only even for a little bit. With that in mind Pyro began launching several ki blast at the alien.

Alien watch this and began trying to dodge the ki blast. The ki blast came in no said pattern. This randomness with the steadiness of the ki blast coming made hard to completely dodge all the blast. The alien kept getting hit at least once with every wave of ki blast coming at him. This kept going on for a few minutes until Pyro had to stop to catch his breath. When the ki blast stopped the Alien charged in quickly and launched Pyro into the ground with a big punch.

The alien had several marks all over him with a small amount of blood in a few spots. But Pyro is even worse condition being firmly planted into the ground with a few growls in pain. Pyro blasted slowly picked himself off the ground and looked up the Alien who was hovering him. It was time for round two...

[D. Rex]

Fae adjusted Valkyrie in her arms so she could bring up a hand to touch the scouter. "Fine. But Val isn't in any state to be next to this battle. She took a hard blow to the head upon landing." The shorter saiyan responded. Val seemed stable. She had a pulse, and the bleeding wasn't so profuse to be worried about. Fae hoped the injury was only skin deep. She looked up into the sky as Pyro and the enemy leader blitzed across the sky. She really hoped Pyro could handle this... even if Val woke up, there was no guarantee she wouldn't be significantly addled.

Fae powered up, her green aura surrounded her and she shot off into the sky. Taken precaution to go around the battlezone, and keeping an eye open in case of rogue ki blasts. She wouldn't last long if she got caught in the crossfire, not while holding Val.

She sped towards Era, Adria, and Elprede. She would catch up with them shortly.

Era nodded as she heard Fae in her Scouter.

"Okay, good."

She looked to Adria.

"Let's get moving." She said.

She then sped away making sure Adria could keep up as she led her to a location a good distance away from the battlefield. Fae arrived shortly thereafter, setting Valkyrie down on Era's request.

"Okay... Here we go." She whispered.

She placed her hand over Valkyrie's chest, just above the heart, and closed her eyes. She sat cross-legged with her shoulders relaxed and her body as calm as she could make it. As she sat there, her hand started glowing and illuminated Valkyrie's body beneath it.

She sent small pulses of her own Ki through Valkyrie, and began feeling out her Ki pathways as she'd done with Elprede when they first met. Slowly she saw a mental picture of Valkyrie's Ki pathways and drew it out into the air above her body. It looked like a Ki-based nervous system with the rough outline of Valkyrie's body floating above her. Visibly everyone could see that the Ki grew thinner and weaker as it went further away from her heart. And what was worse was that the Ki Core, at the base of the skull around the central nervous system, was flickering and struggling to remain active.

Era slowly opened her eyes, keeping her focus on maintaining this Ki-image of Valkyrie's Ki pathways.

"This is what's going on inside Val right now." She said to herself.

She analyzed it a moment and then let go of the image causing it to dissipate into nothing as she let out a breath and stood up.

"All right then." She said quietly as she looked to Fae and Adria.

"Unfortunately there's nothing we can do right now. Her Ki Core will recover in due time. I've been hit by this kind of technique once before and it wore off after around twenty or thirty minutes. Until it wears off Valkyrie won't be able to fly, use Ki attacks, or power up to protect herself, so we need to keep her body safe from harm. If you see any stray Ki blasts coming from Pyro or that creature heading this way, either cover Valkyrie from the concussion wave upon its detonation on a surface or get Valkyrie out of here. Understood?" She asked.

"Well this is starting to get less fun..." Pyro said rubbing off some blood off his arm. ...This is getting bad... I'm not sure how much more I can take... I need to do something finish this... Pyro thought to himself slowly looking around. Before he could think of something the alien began his payback by shooting ki blast from his horns down at Pyro. Pyro started running into cover behind a rock. Quickly afterwards the alien charged in at Pyro. As he neared the rock, the rock was launched into him, thanks to Pyro firing a low powered ki blast into it. The rock crashed into the alien and he got knocked backed and stunted for a second.

Pyro then charged in himself and slammed his tail into the alien, crashing him into the ground. Then Pyro kept going, punching the alien with several punches, further putting the alien in the ground. Then the alien caught one of the punches and started squeezing tightly onto Pyro fist. He then started to slowly get up as squeezed Pyro fist and started pushing him down. Soon the alien was standing over Pyro, who was now kneeling on the ground. Then the alien started punching Pyro as Pyro punched him.

After a few moments of that, Pyro then was throw across the battle field. Pyro groaned as his hit the ground. He had several bruises on him now as well as many cuts on him as well. ...I need to finish this... now... Pyro thought to himself as he got back up. He stumbled slightly as he made his stance as started trying to figure out how to finish this fight before getting finished himself.

Era watched the fight from a distance while helping to keep Valkyrie's unconscious form safe from harm with the others. Thankfully only one or two blasts came anywhere near them, so it wasn't that difficult to keep her safe.

As she watched the fight, or at least what her eyes were able to pick up, she noticed that the creature had a particular pattern of attacks whenever it came in close.

She flicked the button on her Scouter to contact Pyro.

"Pyro, listen closely for a sec. That creature's attacks are following a pattern. It's always coming at you with its right side first, and when it attacks with its left side it seems to wince slightly. I think you've damaged its left shoulder blade. Focus your attacks on the left side of its body and you should be able to break its arm before long which will bring his power down sharply and let you finish it off." She suggested.

She only hoped that her suggestion would be heeded.

Faeora frowned at the ki image. All the more reason they could be screwed here. "We don't have that long. If he is not disabled soon, then Pyro runs the risk of meeting the same fate." She said soberly.

She looked to Era, and then to Adria. "I will watch Valkyrie. I'm confident I can hold out here. Era, you are more valuable elsewhere. Adria, be careful. Things here are dicey to say the least." She said to them.

Okay... Faeora wasn't too thrilled that she just volunteered herself for this, but... she was the apt choice right now.

Fae took a deep breath and centered herself as she stood in front of Valkyrie. Watching the battle, and preparing herself in case she needed to act.

Strom could sense a presence entering the atmosphere. This alone was not unusual. It, however, was a familiar one. A friend. One that had been gone for almost half a year now. Yet... it was returning weaker than before. Slightly fainter. But he still knew it well. Faero Faerari.

Faero was one of the high elites. And one who was justified to have that title. He was the prodigy of the Faerari clan. Calm and disciplined, well spoken and highly competent. As well among the Saiyans who valued brains as well as brawn. As such, he enjoyed the company of scholars. Studying with them and consulting them. One such being Strom, who he considered one of his trusted friends. One that Faero even went as far as to call his advisor. It was in no small part from Faero that the Faerari family donated to helping further the saiyan library.

Yet, Faero was sent off on a mission some time ago, along with his younger sister on a defense mission. However, communication between them was silenced some time ago. But here it was... his return. Strom could be able to see the ship entering, and as luck would have it... Landing at the city close by. Then again, that should of no surprise as the Faerari family held a good presence here.

It wasn't hard to miss Faero's ki. Strom knew it like the back of his hand. Faero was an old friend, and a very reliable Saiyan. There wasn't a single thing Strom couldn't trust that man with. Things didn't seem right though. Faero's ki was fainter than it was before leaving. It worried Strom greatly. Without further hesitation, Strom took off toward his home. After he arrived, Strom hurried inside. He spared as much time as he could dressing himself in his armor. He decided that the shoulder pads would not be missed, and rushed out.

Minutes later, Strom landed inside the city Faero had arrived in. Sensing for his friend's ki. Faero was found by Strom quickly, who couldn't help but inspect his friend for possible injuries.

"Faero, what news have you got?", Strom bustled. His hands laid on his hips as he waited for an answer.

Whenever someone Strom knew returned, he made a habit of asking of what they saw on their mission. The same usual answers left Strom devoid of the excitement he so desperately craved. Lately, Strom hadn't been able to head out on a mission. Which in turn bummed him out. But now Strom had Faero's accounts to look forward to. Strom's face held an obvious mixed look of worry and excitement.

Pyro was breathing heavily as he listened to Era talk over the scouter and smirked when she finished talking. Pryo plan was clear, finish off the aliens left side and then finished him completely. Pyro then charged at the alien, he was making seem like he was going to attack his right. Then at the last second he slammed his tail into the aliens left arm. The aliens looked in pay as the tail hit his arm. Then before he could recover Pyro shot a ki blast close up on the alien's arm. The alien then yelled some weird language as his arm was broken in multiple places.

The alien backed up a little and looked at Pyro with a look of anger. Then fired ki laser from his horns and tail at Pyro. Pyro dodge the horn lasers but got hit by the tail's laser and it went straight through his side. Pyro growled in pain as he held his side. "It's about time we ends this..." Pyro said to alien holding his side.

"I agree. This has been a well fought battle, but now it's time for you to die!" The alien said charging his ki in his horns and tail. Pyro charged his ki on his hand as well.

"Black Death Cannon!" Pyro yelled as he and the alien fired their ki beams at each other. The ki beams clashed and started pushing against each other. The alien ki beam seemed to pushing Pyro ki back more and started getting closer to him. Pyro growled as he was being pushed. Then he got a risky but good idea. Pyro stopped ki beam for a second and quickly got out of the way of the beams set by the alien. The beams hit his side slightly but it was worth it because Pyro quickly charged his ki as fired again at the alien as he was still recovering ki from the last blast he shot. Pyro's blast went straight through the alien's mid section, leaving a huge hole.

The alien looked at the hole before passing out and falling backwards. Pyro breathed heavily as he smirked. "Good fight." Pyro said before walking over to a rock and started trying to rest. Pyro looked at his wounds and sighed. "I guess I have few days in the healing chambers coming up"

Era watched the battle with Pyro and the creature play out with a hint of nervousness. Pyro's battle was not as clean as she'd have liked, and when he took the laser through the side that made her worry even more about the possible outcome. However as the battle progressed and Pyro at last emerged victorious, she breathed a sigh of relief.

True to his word, the alien's comrades all retreated to their ships and began ascending into the vastness of space in retreat. Not a single one attacked them.

"That's a first." Era mumbled.

Most of their enemies weren't this honorable. Perhaps there was some level of respect between true warriors in the universe after all. At least they wouldn't have to worry about a huge battle anymore.

Era got her Scouter up and contacted those on board Pyro's ship telling them to prepare the Rejuvenation Chamber for Pyro's arrival as he would be in need of at least a full day inside with a wound like that. Thankfully for him Frost Demon's had even better healing factors than Saiyans did, so it wouldn't take too long.

She then hoisted Valkyrie's body up over her shoulder and looked over towards the C'thilians who were slowly starting to gather outside now that the threat was not a factor.

"Let's get Valkyrie and Pyro back to the ship and then come greet our allies. I know one of their interpreters, so it shouldn't be too difficult to start communications once we find him." She called over the Scouter.

“Very well. Your ship is closer. We'll take her there." Faero announced and gingerly picked up valkeryie in his arms.

Adria nodded,she knew she was going to be of little use to the battle so there was no need to stay and become a nuisance for her Allies and friends.Shaking her head slightly Adria prepared to head to the ship but was surprised again as Fae powered up.When they had last met Adria had been leagues ahead of him but now the situation seemed to have changed.

Adria quickly pulled herself out of her stupor and was prepared to leave when she heard her name being called.Turning to face Era who had shakenly gotten to her feat,Adria stopped herself from leaving.

She watched as Era pulled herself up from the ground and held her stomach "Good to see you,".

"Good to see you"Adria replied as she quickly approached Era,who looked extremely tired and weak.Once Adria reached her side she watched as Era tapped her scouter communicating with Fae,telling him to come back.She then turned towards Adria and began to tell her that the basically the only thing they could do was sit and wait.
Something that Adria disagreed with but she didn’t truly know what was going on and stayed put.

While Era and The silver fox had there quick conversation,Adria was communicting with her brother through and earpiece.
Tenzo please start up the healing chambers and prepare for light speed travel.

Light speed travel sis?You know what’s going to happen to this planet and the ship if we go lightspeed in the atmosphere right?

We are abviously not going to be travelling at light speed within the atmosphere,but if just incase something happens I want to have a possible option of Escape no matter how slim.

Turning her focus away from the voice of her brother she quickly followed Era. She nodded to Fae as she arrived and put Val infront of Era.Adria watched Era silently she created an outline of Val's ki pathways above her body,while listening to Era’s explanation.She nodded as Era finished her explanation before gripping her shield tightly and standing in front of val in a defensive manner, shield infront of her.She knew she wasn’t going to do much but she could at least try.

Surprisingly however after a long battle the Frost demon won and the Enemies retreated.Once the Enemies left Adria pulled herself out of her stance and watched as the ships flew away.In her mind she was mulling over everything that had just happenend.She then waited as her brother flew in with the ship.


We should probably get Val healed up quickly,then get of this planet once were done.She turned addressing Era who was currently speaking into her scouter.​

The Pirates back on the ship were watching Pyro's whole fight back on the ship. They were on the edge of their seats and were scared of the outcome of the fight. Some even passed out when Pyro was getting punched into the ground. But when Pyro broke the aliens arm and soon after killing him the crew cheered in the ship. Cheers and yelling could be heard from outside of the ship easily. Then they got the message from Era to prep the rejuvenation chamber. The crew paused there celebration and quickly rushed to get the chamber ready. A group of them hurried out to do what they could in the field and to bring Pyro back.

Pyro began walking over to Era and the others. He stumbling here and there as he held the hole in his side to try it from bleeding to much. "Those C'thilians better be paying me back for this. I took a beaten and if it was for nothing, I'll blow them and the planet up..." Pyro said breathing heavily.

Era regarded Pyro with a rather exasperated expression and sigh before rolling her eyes and looking over at Elprede who was seated quietly nearby on a boulder watching the conversation.

"El, do you mind getting in touch with their representative?"

Elprede gave a wave of his hand and bolted off in, as usual, rather dramatic fashion to find their representative so that discussions and possible negotiations could begin.

Meanwhile, Era took a glance over at Adria and Valkyrie.

"Agreed. If that blow to the head was as bad as it looked then she'll need at least a thorough medical checkup. I'll get her back to the ship's medical wing. You guys track down the C'thilian's representative with Elprede and see what exactly they know about their situation." She said.

She then picked up Valkyrie and flew off towards Pyro's ship leaving the others to find the C'thilian rep and see what was going on.

I sent Era and Val away to give me breathing room to remain out of action until my work issue is sorted out.

The rep's name is Si'kti Run, and he will be speaking to Jasmine through Elprede and talking about this group of intergalactic bounty hunters called Omnizwart, which was revealed to them by their attackers so they'd know who it was who wiped them out and took them to their grave. Thankfully they didn't have to suffer that fate, but it sure scared the crap out of them. Jasmine can translate what is said which sounds like a bunch of gibberish to everyone else.)

Elprede searched high and low at a rapid pace before finally locating the contact Era had told him about. Jasmine was able to translate his name badge and read it as Si'kti Run, and his official title among the C'thilians was that of interpreter and an extraterrestrial communications officer. In this case, everyone in Elprede's group qualified.

"Jasmine, if you would?"

"Of course. One moment please." She requested.

A few seconds later Jasmine began conversing with Si'kti, and was able to convince him that the danger had passed and that the all-clear could safely be sounded. Si'kti relayed the information to his colleagues who gave the all-clear, and the C'thilians began to slowly come out of hiding.

They weren't very pretty to look at. They walked bipedally but had very cockroach-like features including long whip-like antennae, six long lanky limbs (two of which functioned as legs while the others functioned as arms), a dense carapace on their backs, and very insectoid mouths with mandibles and feelers on either side. All in all they were rather repulsive, but Elprede had learned long ago to look past this and see their use as a race with unsurpassable knowledge of technology far exceeding even that of the Nephelem.

Elprede sent his coordinates to everyone else, calling them to his side.

"I found Era's contact. Jasmine's negotiating with him right now based on what I can make out. Get some of Pyro's men here so they can tend to Pyro's demands for some form of payment lest he make good on his threat to destroy this world. We can't afford his temper losing us these valuable allies." He relayed.

Some of Pyro's crew finally made it to him and began mending his wounds as best they could before getting to the ship. "That was amazing fight captain, we never had a doubt you would win." a crew member said bandaging his wounds.

"I prefer you don't lie about that fight. I could of easily died if made anymore mistakes then I did..." Pyro said giving sigh. Then he slow began getting up. Then Elprede's message came in. After listening to the message Pyro used his scouter and called his first mate on the ship. "Go to those coordinates Elprede gave and negotiate on my behalf, got it?" Pyro said holding his side.

"Of course Pyro, I'll be their shortly" The first mate said before leaving the ship and heading to Elprede as fast as he could. At the same time Pyro with the help of his crew members began flying back to the ship. The first mate made it to the coordinates a few minutes later. "Mr.Elprede, I assume these are the C'thilians?" The first mate said looking the bug people over. "Well I guess it best to cut to the chase, Pyro want upgrades for the gravity chamber, engines, and computer system. He also wants a personal A.I. to control the ship, a A.I. that only follows his and those wants to orders." The first mate stated like it was simple.

Elprede blinked and rolled his eyes.

"Got that Jasmine?" He asked.

"Got it boss."

She relayed Pyro's demands to Si'kti Run, who was more than a little hesitant given the way it sounded like Pyro was demanding what he wanted "or else." Jasmine was able to calm him down though, and tried giving a few more in-depth details as to exactly what he wanted.

He wanted the gravity chamber upgraded so that it could surpass 100x gravity. He wanted upgrades to the ship's engines so it could at the very least travel at light speed on its own, and possible an upgrade to the warp engine so that it fired up faster. After the Nephelem introduced warp tech, the C'thilians studied it and improved upon it in every way making their own warp drives superior to those of the Nephelem. So an upgraded warp drive would be a much needed bonus. And finally he wanted a new AI which could keep Jasmine out of the computer system on board the ship ensuring that Pyro, and only Pyro, would command what went on inside.

Si'kti Run contemplated the demands and, after a brief conversation with a few of his associates nearby, he determined it was simple enough to upgrade the ship's engines and warp drive, which could be done simply by replacing the components over the course of a day or so. But the AI would require several weeks to work on since the ship they had currently wasn't designed for it, and this wasn't something you could just replace like an engine. They'd basically have to strip the ship down to its most basic parts and rebuild it from scratch to make it physically large enough, and its interior walls thick enough, to support the kind of tech and internal network systems necessary for an AI.

The gravity chamber was another story altogether. The C'thilians could upgrade the gravity chamber, but Si'kti Run advised against it. The strain of intense gravity on the body, he revealed, caused lasting side effects if used too often. These side-effects included, among many other things, stunted physical bodily function such as one's heart beating slower than it should from getting used to the heavier gravity and having to work harder to pump the blood against the gravity. This effect could last for several days to a week or possibly even longer, making the user much more tired much more easily as well as bouts of dizziness, light headedness, nausea, etc. And if this happened too often, the change could become permanent making the user forever weaker than they were before.

So to that end he offered to give the ship a completely different training environment which promised better and more healthy results for all concerned parties.

The room in question would take up roughly 1/5 the interior space of the ship, hence the need to make the ship larger in conjunction with the AI. But it promised a generous return on investment. The walls were coated with charged particles which were in opposition to those of Ki, meaning they were Ki-Repellant/Resistant and could not be damaged by Ki as the Ki blasts would be nullified the instant they touched the walls. They would only take damage if you physically struck them, but with the walls made of the hardest known metal in the universe, even with their unbelievable power, they'd find making so much as a scratch exceedingly difficult. When Jasmine asked about Valkyrie's Super Saiyan form, Si'kti Run shook his head saying even she would barely make a scratch despite her power in said form.

The room would have a fixed 10x gravity setting, as at their level 10x gravity would not risk their health or safety. As well their bodies were likely so used to it by now that 10x would not feel like anything at all, but the fact that it didn't feel like anything meant nothing. Their bodies were still fighting 10x gravity to function, which was more than enough to see results even if it didn't feel like it at first. Anything beyond that was overkill and unnecessary and would yield diminishing returns.

And finally the room was going to be fitted with a new atmosphere modification program which could add or remove any major gases found in any atmospheric environment, add or remove density to an existing environmental setting to supercharge the effects, or even turn the room into a vacuum. By controlling the atmosphere to one which their bodies were best suited for, they'd get the best training results. For the Saiyans, duplicating the atmosphere of Metahnn would yield the greatest results as it was the atmosphere their bodies were designed to handle. Couple that with the 10x gravity setting and it would be the rough equivalent of training at 100x gravity without all the negative consequences that came with such a chamber. For Pyro and Elprede, it was the same. By duplicating the atmosphere of their home world and training at 10x gravity, they'd see much better and more healthy results than forcing their bodies to endure the torture of a gravity chamber cranked up to 100x or higher.

Jasmine considered all of this and then relayed the information to Pyro via their new Scouters.

It'd be interesting to see what he had to say about all of this, as she wasn't sure he wanted his ship altered that much or fitted with something that wasn't a gravity chamber. For all his arrogance he'd likely argue that his body could handle the gravity and demand the chamber instead of this newer environment Si'kti Run was promising. But they'd wait and see.

The remnants of his crew had already left the ship and the landing bay. Faero had stayed behind to deal with the landing authorities. It hadn't taken long... as a matter of fact, Faero was turning away from them as Strom saw him.

Faero looked quite the worse for wear, even though he had plenty of time to heal, he carried fresh scars. While he was not wearing much armor to speak of... he wore a white half cape that draped over his left shoulder. Covering the most notable change of all. His left arm was gone. As if ripped from his shoulder. Yet even then, he carried himself with the same air of pride befitting that of a high elite.

Despite this, he managed to give his friend a small smile as he approached. Though at the immediate question, his smile faded as his face adopted a more serious tone. "The mission was barely a success. We were attacked by Darkhoods. Many of my team didnt make it. But we had help, thankfully. There is more." He looked around, before focusing back on Strom. "News best shared in private." He said in a low voice.

"I will need to speak with my father soon. He is returning within the hour. And it is requested I report the King before sundown." He informed Strom. "But I am glad to see you here, and well, my friend. We have something very important to talk about. Matters that I may need your help with."

Pyro soon made it back to the ship were the ships doctor was waiting for him. The doctor was doing some patching up on the wounds Pyro had as they waited for a report on how the negotiations were going. "After the negotiations are done, you are going in the chamber immediately, doctors orders" the doctor said as she did her work.

Then Pyro's scouter was on the table next to him and on speaker so him and the doctor could hear. When Jasmine related the information about what C'thilians could do and the time it would take. He was fine with it taking a few weeks to get an A.I. system into his ship, through it was annoying. When the matter of the new training system and how bad using to much gravity multiplication would be bad, Pyro sighed and looked at the doctor. "Doc is that true..." Pyro said knowing that the negative effects of the gravity chamber wasn't in his field of expertise.

"Yes, over use of gravity chamber can have the bad effects they talked about, and possibly more. I think the new chamber they talked about would be both better for training and your health, captain." The doctor stated.

Pyro sighed and went with what the doctor said. "It all sounds fine. We'll just have to wait here for the upgrades to be done" Pyro said.
