Fantasy (IC) Ophiuchus Academy for the Supernaturally Gifted!

The teachers turned their attention to the first student off the bus. Recognizing him, the Headmistress smiled and gave a soft bow.

"Mr. Bob Simone, hello and welcome."

"If you think this place is nuts now, just wait until classes start. Trust me, it's gonna be a fun time."

The little professor spoke up, sitting on the stair railing.

As the rest of the students filed out the bus, the Headmisstress stepped forward with a warm smile.

"As Professor Curios said, welcome all to Ophiuchus Academy. I am Headmisstress Ophidia Astraea, at your servious. To answer your question, Miss Moon, we had sent the bus to bring you all here for mainly one reason. You see, the campus is shrouded in a powerful Mirage spell, which causes any outsiders to see nothing but a blank field. The bus is equipped with a special artifact that allows those within it to see what is truly here. That's why--"

The ombre forest nymph then stepped up, interupting the Headmisstress with a suspicious look.

"Eh, un momento, Señora Astraea...if the spell is up, how did one student get in sin keystone?"

"Ah...about that..."

A few of the teachers slowly turned their head to one demoness.

"Actually, I've ran out of charged crystals to keep the spell up, it's not active...hasn't been for like a week now. I just got the new crystals in, just haven't activated the spell."

The Headmisstress' eyes widen as she slightly tenses up. That meant that for a whole week, the school had been open for anything or anyone to just waltz in. And Alii had been silent the whole time, ordering the new crystals in secret. The Headmisstress slowly closed her eyes with a soft sigh before turning back to the students.

"My sincerest apologies, students, but I must take care of this. Professor Amaya, if you could please continue on. Professor Alii'Aolani, a word."

For a split second, the color seemed to drain from the demoness' face before she followed the Headmisstress back into the school. The little professor stood up on the railing.

"Alright, as the awkward tension thickens...I'm going to spare you guys from standing through the Headmistress' usual new student sermon and just go through a few things quickly. First off, my name is Amaya Aisushima, I'm both the Animancy and Astronomy teacher. If there's anything you want to know more about the school, I'm the one to come to! The lady about to be given the 3rd degree from the Headmistress is Alii'Aolani, the Black Magic and Combat teacher. If there's anything you want to know more about the people in the school...well, if you like gossip, she's the campus' resident gossip blogger. I'll just let the other teachers introduce themselves.

"Hola, soy Guadalupe, the Herbology Professor. I have no desire for students who do not have the patience o dedication to flora, so if you are in my class, know I have solamente high expectations."

"Greetings, children. I am Symphorine, Professor of Weaponized Music. If ever you are feeling upset, regardless of what it may be, please know my doors are always open to those who wish to ease their troubles, if only for a while."

"...Hi. I'm Hisoka Aisushima, the Supernatural Studies teacher...I'm also the one that you can come to if you're having academic problems in your classes. Come by whenever, if I'm not in the classroom, I'm definitely in my room in the Teachers House..."

Larius decided not to return to his classroom and stood with the rest of the teachers. He felt like laughing at Alii for being such an idiot but with Amaya and Roman giving their introductions he might as well give one. He waved one hand, as being the tallest person there at the moment.
"Names Larius Arthfael. Teacher of Blacksmith class and Alchemy. I expect any student of mine to know something on either subject but if I give you a nickname, suck it up, its what I'm calling ya for the rest of the year until I give a new one."
He said.

'Ooh! You're getting it now, man!' Roman thought to himself as he took another sip from his Cherry Potion. Soon enough, the other professors gave their introductions. So why not do it himself, too? As he finished drinking his Cherry Potion, he turned to the students once more. Thinking about it, the Headmistress only revealed his last name, no?

"As the Headmistress Astraea mentioned, I am Roman Curios. I teach about the basic fundamentals of Magic itself, Mana." Roman introduced, fiddling about with a half-filled bottle of cherry juice. "I also do a part of Alchemy class. Mainly Potions, so expect me to burst into Larius' class whenever I feel like it." He let out a cheek grin as he finished his introduction.

Risa only nodded as the introductions were said, however, Spencer was a bit curious about the teachers themselves; Especially Aisushimas. He feels as if he's one of them. The pink specter blob circled around each teacher as they did their introduction, eyeing them from head to toe but stopped in between Amaya and Hisoka. "Familiar...How familiar." he muttered in his garbled voice as he observed the two Itariterians, circling around them with a curious look. "What are you? What am I? Are we related?" He muttered continuously. Risa noticed this and tried to make him come back passively.

'S-Spencer! This is not the time!' Risa pleaded to Spencer, but he heed it no mind. He continued to circle around the two in search for answers as the curious soul his. 'D...Do you know them, Spencer?' she asked, and alas, Spencer gave a passing thought.

'I don't know. I don't know.' His thoughts resonate, 'but their souls! they feel like mine's! What are they? What are they?'

The Aisushimas' attention quickly went towards the little specter, Hisoka's usually sedated expression turning into one of shocked confusion. A soft icy-blue glow slowly came into view from Amaya's chest in the shape of a Valentine's heart, while Hisoka's crystal revealed itself as a red ring glowing between his shoulder blades. Amaya looked down at the glow before looking back at the small ghost.

"That's...how did...h-how did an Itaritenian child's released soul get here on Earth...?"

Hisoka stepped forward to stand beside his sister, looking dead at Spencer.

"A better question would be...how did an Itaritenian child's soul become imprinted on a human child, Amaya..."

Amaya looked up and over at Risa.

"Er...this is probably a weird time to ask this, and a weird question to ask at all, but...how did you meet this soul? This little guy...he's from my home planet...one of you is going to have to explain what the situation is here, because if he's here, that kind of concerns me that there may be others from our home here, and it's not necessarily a good thing..."

Oliver opened the door to outside, to see the students and the teachers. The tall Irish Satyr smiled, "Hello everyone! I'm Oliver Thorn, or Mr. Thorn. Nice to meet you all." He said, glancing about the students.

"That's...how did...h-how did an Itaritenian child's released soul get here on Earth...?"

"I-ta-ri-te-ni-an?" Spencer tilted it's body as the Itaritenian siblings mentioned the name. "Is that what I am? What you are?" the questions keep piling up, this time, his body glowing pink. He couldn't remember much ever since Risa's mother summoned him. If he had an identity, he would love to know who he was. Risa was tense from all this. She didn't know that Spencer was once an Alien! She doubt that her mother knew this, too. Is it really okay to reveal the truth?

'Come on, Ri! Say it! Say it!' Spencer pleaded through their telepathic connection. 'I want to know, too!' I want to know, too!'

"You were...I mean, Spencer was summoned by my mother." Risa started, a bit wary of what'll happen next. "It's tradition that our parents will have us summon our familiars; Using some ashes of the cremated ones. I didn't know how did Spencer had Itaritenian soul mixed in him..." Risa explained, shaking a bit. "I'm sorry if it bothers you..."

Amaya listened and weighed Risa's explanation, frowning softly in thought.

"Wait...so...Spencer...had died, and as per your custom, your mother ressurected him as a ghost? I want to ask how your mom knew how to resurrect an Itaritenian spirit, but...kind of don't want to know."

Hisoka cleared his throat before speaking up.

"I am mildly concerned...but I suppose that we could deal with the situation at a later time..."

As the other teachers remained silent, a couple had turned to look at the newly appeared teacher. Guadalupe gently fanning herself as she glanced over.

"Nice of you to join us, Señor Thorn. ¿Donde has estado? Where have you been?"

"Uhhh..." Oliver didn't exactly say anything.
Flashback!:
Oliver had to use the bathroom, the fast food he had gotten or so what the humans had called it was getting to him. Upon entering the bathroom he was immediately confused.
"HOW DO I USE THESE THINGS?!" Was the only thing he could say about the toilets and whole bathroom. So he did what anyone else would've done, he put seeds around the bathroom and grew plants inside of it. The stalls now being covered in grass and moss, for easier use. And to better the environment.
This time:
"Oh ya know... just... out and about..." He said with a nervous laugh.

Guadalupe narrowed her eyes, suspicious of the Irish satyr's response. She then sighed and shook her head.

"I have my doubts about that...pero I don't really want to know. Judging by your face, it is nothing good."

Amaya glanced over at the large satyr once he walked in.

"Hey, big guy. Since you were still in there, didja catch anything of the lecture Astraea was supposedly giving 'Aolani? I so wish I could be a fly on the wall and hear what was being said..."

"Sorry, nothing Aisu." He said, having his own nickname for her! Nicknames galore was happening. "And you probably don- I mean what're you talking about?"

"Sorry, nothing Aisu." Hesaid, having his own nickname for her! Nicknames galore was happening. "And you probably don- I mean what're you talking about?"

"Oh nothing much...Speaking of which..." Roman answered as he turned to Amaya, walking closer to her as if he needed to ask something. "What are we supposed to do now? Give a tour of the campus or something?" He whispered, a drop of sweat visible on his cheek combined with his confused look. It was his second year of teaching, after all. And guess who' overselpt on his first day when he started?

"So I'm an alien?! Cool!" Spencer said in a cheerful tone, his voice was still garbled as usual. "Why didn't you tell me earlier, Ri?"

"Um...Well..." Risa was visibly flustered, but Spencer merely laughed.

"Ahaha! Don't bother!" Spencer let out a cheeky grin, turning to the new teacher who emerged from the campus. "Oh! Who's this, who's this--" As Spencer was about to zoom it, it's tail remained in place, causing it to bounce back to Risa's shoulder.

"It's Mr.Thorn..." Risa answered, looking at Spencer once more. "Look, I think we shouldn't cause them any more trouble."

"Aw! No fun!" Spencer pouted, puffing it's non-existent cheeks.

After a brief disappointed pout at Oliver not hearing the lecture, Amaya quickly turned her attention to Roman and sighs softly.

"Well...we'd have to. This place is kinda big, and we've already got a few students that get lost in here as it is, don't really wanna increase the number of constant wanderers. Though...maybe we could have it be up to them? We have some human students here, and it's kinda late. Some of them are probably tired from having to sitting on the bus for so long. We could have the tour in the morning before classes."

As his sister spoke, Hisoka watched Spencer in action, seemingly in thought. How could a child from his world manage to end up here? And more so...does this mean there are others like him stuck here?
