I Missed You BxB RP

Alphonse watched his friend walk into his house. Unable to say anything, Al stood there helplessly. That question slapped him in the face.

'So it was fine for me to be upset as long as you didn't have to see it right?'

Jesus... No it wasn't alright. It was terrible. Alphonse should've grown a pair and explained everything to him. Instead, he left.

Alphonse realized that he was at his home now. It was like Ashton's, but a very light green. Once he walked in, he was greeted with silence. His German shepherd was sleeping in his bed, and his parents were gone, not really caring about Alphonse now that he was back.

He made his way up the stairs and stared at his ceiling as he plopped onto his bed. The green bedroom was filled with posters and multiple instruments and textbooks.

'I have fucked up tremendously,' Alphonse thought.

Once Ashton was in he stood there, at the front door for a very long time. His parents were probably already gone. Ashton leaned on the door, running a hand through his dirty blonde hair, (the color, it's not actually dirty) and sighed. Once he gathered enough strength he went to the kitchen to find a note and an envelope on the granite counter.

He read the note first,

"Ashton Snow Harperr,

I told you to be home before we left so I wouldn't have to write this down but oh well.

Anyways, Your father and I will be out of town for well.. most of the summer on several different business trips around the world.

We will send you post cards, pictures and things like that, we'll miss you!

We also will send you 200 dollars every two weeks for the bills and food (ect.)

We love you Ashton. "

Ash then looked in envelope and there was the first 200 dollars to start the summer off with. He shook his head and took out a 20 before he put the envelope with the rest of the money away in a drawer.

He then ran up the stairs into his room and closed the door lightly behind him. He sighed and sat down on his bed before he started to cry. He couldn't hold it in anymore. He had promised himself that he would just be happy if Alphonse ever came back but he never suspected that he'd just be this hurt. Yes, he was hurt after he realized that Alphy wasn't coming back but if felt different. He had cried back then too, and all he wanted was for him to come back but now he was more hurt than happy.

Ash sat there for a long time, knees to his chest as he cried, trying not to make any noise though he knew no one was home.

After an hour of pep talk, Alphonse grabbed his phone and Ashton's number. After 10 minutes of staring at his number, Alphonse finally texted Ashton.

Text: Hey, it's Alphonse.

"Gahhh!!" He screamed. "Why the hell is it so hard to talk to him?!" With his face red and his glasses a bit messed up on his face, Alphonse his his face in a pillow. He was all crunched up with his cellphone in hand.

After an half out Ashton had ran out of tears. He was currently in the shower, washing himself, his hair, and his face. His eyes were red and puffy and they were slowly starting to go back to normal.

He was out soon enough and he got dressed in a plain black t shirt and blue and black boxers. He took the twenty out of his pocket before he threw those clothes in the dirty clothes bin. He then went to go check his phone and he saw the text he'd actually waiting for.

Text: Hey, what's up?

Ashton smiled a little, drying his hair. There was always something about Alphy. Ashton could be pissed at him and he wouldn't be able to stay that way for long. Alphonse always had a way for making you happy even in your angriest or saddest times.

His dog, Ludwig, came up to Alphonse, trying to lick his face. "Ludwig—" Alphonse began, but his phone went off and that was all that mattered.

He smiled to himself, a small one, but it still counted. He pulled Ludwig to him and gave him a hug. "Haha he answered! Maybe I'm not that horrible." Ludwig kissed him in response. That's all he wanted to do.

Text: Just chilling with my new puppy, Ludwig. He licks EVERYTHING. What about you?

Al laid on his back and pulled his dog onto his chest. He felt like one of those girls he was practically forced to double date in London. They would always get excited when he texted them, even if it was on accident.

Ashton was super bored so he decided to listen to music. He put his ipod in the doc and turned it to shuffle. The first song was by

. He turned the volume up loud and sat in the middle of his room.
Yeah, his room was huge and it didn't go at all with the theme of the rest of the house and it was like this when they first moved in. He liked how it was different and stood out so, that was the room he got. Having a house this big was a privilege but it came with a lot of loneliness. He was pratically rich but his parents were working all the time so..

His phone went off and he grabbed his it and read the message, smiling he texted back.

Text: Home alone, listing to music. Bored asf :\

Out of boredom, Alphonse say at his piano, playing scales and bits and pieces of songs. Nothing too hard. Ludwig sat at his feet, chewing on one of his toys that was littered everywhere. He wanted something harder to play. Something that would take him long hours and sleepless nights to figure out. Everything was just too easy though.

His phone beeped, and he pounced onto his bed.

Text: Well... Do you wanna hang out or something?

—The End for Writing Rabbit—

Ashton was currently just on his phone, playing stupid games, on social networks and things like that. He was super bored and was debating just going to sleep. His hair was still a bit wet but it wasn't too bad.

His phone vibrated in his hands and he clicked on the text before reading it. Once he read it it felt a small surge of happiness or excitement.

Text: Sure, come over and big your dog!

He honestly wanted to see the puppy, he loved animals but he definitely was a dog person.

Alphonse bounced up and picked up Ludwig after reading the text message. "Time to see a special human being, my dear puppy!" The puppy barked in response, it's head cocked to the side.

Once Ludwig was on his black, leather leash, they jogged, well for Ludwig that was a run, to Ashton's house that was only a couple of houses away.

Alphonse was at the door, unsure on wether to knock or just go straight in. When they were kids, doors didn't matter to them. They would go straight in and their parents wouldn't bat an eye.

Alphonse decided to assume that times hadn't changed so much, and walked straight in. He stopped in front of Ashton's door and knocked. "Ash?"

—The End for Writing Rabbit—

Ashton yawned sort of excited for his best friend to be coming over. Ashton's room was pretty much the same except for a few things like he had high reading level books on his shelfs than he did when he was in 8th grade and he had different posters in his room and just little things like that.

He forgot something, he wasn't wearing pants. He laughed a little at himself and went and put on a pair of royal blue jeans and just black ankle socks. The next song that came on what by

.
The music could probably be heard from outside of his door now but the music wasn't too loud, meaning he could still hear everything. "I'm too lazy to get up!" he said from inside his room, meaning Alphy could come in.

Sighing, Al went through the door, making his way over to Ash's bed to set down Ludwig. He then laid on the floor, like all of the years before, and looked around. "Not a lot has changed, huh?"

Ludwig bounded over to Ashton as he tried to sniff, and possible lick, everything. His tail wagged as he barked and jumped on Ashton. "At least Lud likes you," Al smiled.

—The End for Writing Rabbit—

Ashton looked back at Alph as he walked in then went o finish what he was doing quickly on his phone. Ash stood up and closed the door that Al had left open then he went and sat back where he had been sitting next to his best friend. "Nope." Ash smiled a little.

He thought the puppy was adorable and fell back, laying on his back when the puppy jumped on him and began to lick him. He started to laugh and tried to get the puppy off of him. Once he was able to breathe again he wiped off his face then said, "You changed a little though. Like, you're taller, you have an accent.. like um.. an English accent but you're still a dork."

Ashton giggled a little and the song switched again.

Al smiled, slightly sad. "Yeah, my accent..." He looked over at Ashton, his purplish-blue eyes shining under his glasses. "I uh.. Went to London. My parents shipped me there, because they thought school here was too easy..."

Alphonse continued to look at his friend, too scared to look away. "Uh, Ash... I can stop, if you want me to."

—The End for Writing Rabbit—

Ashton's smile slowly faded as Alphonse said that. He looked down for a moment before he looked straight forward again. He was silent for a moment before he swallowed hard and shook his head, "No um... How was it there?" he asked, forcing a smile on his sad face.

"Well," he said hesitantly. "It was fun, but lonely. The few friends I had were boring, always talking about our studies and gossip. I always wished you were there."

It was true. Whenever he'd be out and about, he wished Ashton was seeing it with him. When Alphonse was feeling upset, or even crying, he would wish that his best friend was there so they were both happy.

"I could have showed you so many things... And we wouldn't be going through all of this awkwardness." Alphonse reached over and twirled a small piece of Ashton's hair. A small smile appeared on Al's face.

—The End for Writing Rabbit—

Ashton was looking down in his lap, were his hands were. A light shade of pink dusted his cheeks from Alphonse saying that he had been wishing that he was there. He wasn't sure if Al realized how much that actually meant to Ash.

He realized something, he was wearing short sleeves, meaning the scars on the inner wrist. He suddenly felt really self conscious. Ashton moved his arms so that nothing was showing.

Ash flinched at Alphy's touch because he wasn't really expecting it. His cheeks were suddenly a darer shade of pink so he did something he did a lot when they were younger and Ashton got embarrassed. He took Alphonse's glasses so that way he couldn't exactly see him so embarrassed. Ashton then put the glasses on his own face.

Alphonse smiled and chuckled. "Why so embarrassed?" He got up carefully, trying not to hurt someone. He reached out to Ash and wrapped his arms around his waist. "I'll lift you up and spin you if I don't get my glasses back."

Alphonse couldn't help but giggle. It was like time didn't have an effect on them. Al got prepared to lift up Ashton if he had to, but then remembered something. "Hey, remember that name you used to call me?" Al was squinting at Ashton, trying to make out his features. "Alphy, was it?"

—The End for Writing Rabbit—

Ashton blushed more and chewed his bottom lip. He forgot what kind of affect Alphonse had on him. There was something about the older boy that made Ashton never want to leave his side... again that is. "HEY!" Ashton laughed. "I bet you can't even lift me up anymore, I'm too fat."

Ashton prepared himself for getting spun, Ash always got super dizzy.. like abnormally dizzy. Ashton laughed, "Alphy, Al, Alph, Alpha, Asshole, Dork..." Ashton named a bunch of nicknames he had once called Alphonse. It was funny because Ashton was squinting as well, he couldn't see with these glasses on.

"You're not fat, you're super skinny. I can feel your bones even though my arms are only around your waist." He gave Ash a smile.

"I don't really remember Alpha, but asshole, Alphy, which is my favorite, and dork are fresh in my memory." Alphonse then lifted up Ashton, prepared to spin him slowly. "Alright, Ash. I'm giving you one more chance."

Alphonse started to walk around Ashton's room, his face a dark pink. "I-I don't think I've come up with very many nicknames for you." Just having this conversation while holding Ashton made his face go from pink to red.

—The End for Writing Rabbit—

"Alpha died out if 1st grade." Ashton giggled a little when he was lifted up, he wrapped his legs around Alphonse's waist and his arms went around his neck.

Ashton shrugged at that and took off Alphy's glasses and smiled slightly at the blush on his cheeks but it made Ash blush as well. He then put Alphy's glasses back on him so they didn't run into anything.

"To be honest, I thought you would have been more surprised than you were to find out I was gay." Ashton brought up a new subject.

"Well to be honest, I was surprised, but I guess..." He said, smiling sweetly at Ashton. "I guess it just maybe seemed obvious? Or that it just doesn't bug me. I mean, it's just one part of you."

Alphonse sat down on Ashton's bed, his arms still around his waist. "The only thing that bugs me about the whole gay thing is that I feel like a jerk if I were to ask you how sexy I am on a scale from 1 to 10." Alphonse smiled. His fingers were gently tapping Ashton's back as he chuckled.

'Get the hint," Alphonse pleaded in his mind.

—The End for Writing Rabbit—

Ashton swore in his mind he was gonna die. Alphonse's smiles could literally give someone a heart attack. He licked his lips before Ashton shrugged, "Yeah, I guess.."

He now was sitting on Alphy's lap. Yep, Ashton felt as if he was on the road to getting a heart attack if things like this continued. He furrowed his eye brows a bit. He opened his mouth as if he was going to say something but he then closed it. That happened one more time before he actually spoke, "Was there a hint there? Because I didn't get it if there was." Ashton laughed a little, his cheeks red and his green eyes sparkled with happiness.

"Mm... Maybe. I'm not sure." Alphonse yawned, his face looking drowsy, then rested his head on Ashton's shoulder. "So, Mr. Harperr, I have another question."

He yawned again, and Ludwig jumped onto the bed to nuzzle up beside them. He liked to cuddle. "Should I keep the accent, or should I try to go all American again?" Alphonse opened his eyes and tried to look up at Ashton. Alphonse didn't know if he couldn't hear it, but his heart was going crazy.

—The End for Writing Rabbit—

Ashton was a little confused by that. 'How do you not know.... Does this mean he could be..' Ashton was exploring the options when something caught him off gaurd. Alph was breathing on his neck when he spoke which made all the hairs on the back of his neck stand up.

Ashton stared straight ahead. He didn't have very many..., how should i say this.., turn ons, but this was one of them. He shook the feeling, this was his best friend that he hadn't seen in years! He swallowed hard, "U-um.... I don't care. I do like your accent now though, it's..." Ashton trailed off. "i don't know, I like it." he laughed a little.

"It'd be cool if you had one. Super sexy~." Alphonse purred, mostly to himself. His fingers were making small circles on Ashton's back. He yawned again, his sleeping schedule still out of order, and nuzzled Ash's neck.

"You know, when I was in London, some of the people I hung out with forced me to go on double dates with random girls." Alphonse looked up at Ashton again, too tired to care that he was being sloppy in his thoughts. He wanted to tell Ashton his true feelings, but that seemed too urgent. Alphonse just got back a week ago, and just met up with Ashton today!

"I didn't like any of those girls. Girls aren't interesting, you know? Guys are much more... Vibrant, in my eyes."
