Not with staged powers like that. I have a few that provided visions when first attuned that contain hidden plot elements. For example, this armor used to belong to to the solar who is now the Bull of the North, who wants the armor back. Sometimes I use the visions to fill holes in the plot that the circle would never otherwise know. Most of the artifacts used in my game are tracked here.

had the same thought. now, some daiklaives, i suppose, would be just really nice weapons, while others would have been more magical and some rare ones *have you seen the stats for Mask of Winter's weapon?* would have been earthshattering with incredible abilities, dependent on the weilder's own power.


I think the trigger option is also a good idea that could be worked in...
