He put his hand lightly on chance's neck and squeezed him gently with his legs, clicking. He walked forward.

He rode back into the yard after the ride. He hopped off.

Tj was waiting at the barn for him "Nice riding you could use some lessons but it all good!" She said smiling

"Thanks!" He smiled.

"Come on let's lead the horses in then you can get going" she said with a smile

His expression darkened a bit, but he nodded. "Okay."

Shane nodded "We should ask now Tristan"

Tristan nodded. "Hey, what's that?" He pointed to Sam's arm. Sam glanced up. "What's what?"

TJ let he boys be and walked into the tack room


Shane lifted Sams sleeve a bit and touched the makeup covering the bruise "This"

"Oh." He chuckled, seemingly at himself. "I fell off a skateboard." He rolled his eyes.

 

[Tapadero]

"Then why did you cover it in makeup? expescily crappy make up like this?" Shane asked, he only knew the difference because at one point Tj tried some makeup and read books on it, he read them when she was done for her birthday gifts but Tj never wore what he bought

 

[SorrelColonel]

"Because we don't have makeup at my house except for this. My house is full of guys." He pulled his sleeve back down.

Shane sighed "Thats not what I asked, why did you hide it?'

He frowned and spoke in a softer tone. "Because I'm embarrassed. I've never been on a skateboard before and I wasn't great at it. So... Please don't tell anyone?"

Shane didnt belive his story but nodded "Alright"

Tristan patter him on the shoulder. "Maybe I can help you sometime." Sam smiled a bit and nodded. "Sure."

"Wanna lift?" TJ asked walking out

"No, I'll drive. Thanks though." He smiled. "That was fun."

"Good, glad you enjoyed you self, She said with a bright smile

He smiled. "I better go. See you." He walked off (Timeskip?)

(Yeah to weekend, when she sees him? And he's all cut up pretty badly hiding or soemthing?)
