She kept walking, not even flinching. A man came up. "Marissa is flatlining." Elya smiled. "Good. It's about time." Then she hurried off

 

[Alex Zephyr]

Heh. Someone knows what he's talking about.(in reference to Abaded) Damn it Elya. It's taking every fiber of my being not to smash you. I've got an idea. The fiend smashes his sword into the ground. Suddenly all the floor in front is frozen solid. Anyone walking on it is liable to slip.


Suddenly. "Gah,enough!" Regains control.


Reverting back to normal armor.

Elya stopped for a minute and got her balance, then carefully walked on. Hunters came in and brought up their guns. "Everyone in this room is to stay where they are! Move and these will instantly paralyze you. Temporarily."

 

[Alex Zephyr]

"I don't think so." Suddenly he skates pass them on his knees, and using his spear causes them to fall down.

 

[Adalynn_]

They try to shoot at him but miss, falling. They shout at each other and try to get up, following Alex closely.

I look around and heat up my feet. I dart toward Alex to assist in any way I can.

"Enough!" Blasts at the soldiers with varying results. I hope he gets the message.

(Not sure but gonna wing it.) Summons fire sword. In on Swift swipe I cut down the door letting us go through. Where are the others! I shouted.

(I think we are already in a hallway. Im currently being followed by guards with tazer like guns.You are presumably behind them as you would have just exited the room. Don't worry its already been broken remember?)

(Oh ok lol sorry) accurately throws fire/lava balls to melt guns. Summons flame atronach. I summond a familiar. We should be good, I don't think they are getting through that. Let's go find that girl you keep asking about.

 

[Alex Zephyr]

Hmm I guess he's not too bad. Respectfully reaches out hand. "Nice to meet you. I'm Alex"

Grabs hand stops and thinks I felt a weird feeling. I'm Myles... Do I know you?

 

[Alex Zephyr]

(ack you graved my hand ) Stops and thinks. " Hmm. Myles. I don't think so. You do seem familiar though."


Stares at him. ' I need your help. I need to save Marissa." Approaches room were others are unconscious. Seals the doorway with ice. "That'll keep them safe." Turns and looks at Myles "Alright lets find a security room or something"

Looks up hmm we could try the air duct if you want. Or we can look for wires. The security room might be close to the power room. Stares at Alex deeply I promise we will find her. On another note though, how did you go all demon on me. Can we all do that? I never thought of using my powers to the extent I could transform.

After the others had blasted their way out of the cell, Jake walked the other direction, away from the exit. He calmly strode through the halls, ignoring all sounds. When a hunter saw him and tried to call out, Jake just looked at them in the eyes. Their minds were weak. He was like a kid playing with playdoh. He convinced the hunters to ignore him and carry on with business. Sure, when there were multiple he had to throw a punch or two, but otherwise he was good.


Jake finally reached the security room. It was the one place he wanted to go, as it probably had proper plans to this place. He wanted to know what this place was, and how it operated. Through cameras, he saw the two on the ground level, talking. Hmm. They seemed to be after the room too. Well, they were his only allies. He turned on the PA for that area only and said through it "The security room is on the 4th floor, in the fourth hallway. Look for room number 476." Jake hoped that would help them.

 

[Alex Zephyr]

Shakes head. " The air duct would take too long. Following the wire's sounds like a good idea" Sighs. "Powers are like people they reflect who you are." Finds wire and begins to follow it. " Usually a person's powers are the same. Hell some peoples powers are weak. Magicians, hypnotists, and fortune tellers are some of the weaker supernaturals." Stops and stares seriously. " Some powers are too great. They make people fear us. " Continues moving. "The greatest kings of old had such powers. Its were they got their so called divine right to rule from. However, now science has taken the lead." Hesitates. " Look. The power I showed back there. It reflects part of my personality, but it also reflects exactly why people are afraid of us. At the end of the day if we lose control..."


Shivers " We really do become monsters." Still despite it all I can barely control myself. All my training and it still takes every fiber of my being. Every shred of my soul.

(Assuming Jake actually got through the ice wall) well I guess that means someone woke up and they found the room. We suck I guess lol.

Looks at Alex well looks like we gotta find an elevator or stairs. I dart forward and around the corner happened to be two guards walking towards us. I don't stop running. The rounded the corner as I slid under one of their legs. I quickly take them out without a mistake well that was fun. "Alex! Over here I found the stairs!"
