Nearl simply giggled seeing Shaw's reaction as she observed the Zalak fix her headwear. For someone of her stature, Shaw was always handy to have around for her abilities, as well as company. As Shaw looked up to Nearl with a pout, the Kuranta held out her tongue for a few split seconds as she jokingly blew a raspberry (saying, not spraying) at the smaller individual.

"Very glad you're here along with us in this new place Shaw", The knight replies as she gently boops the nose of the Zalak with the finger of her free arm and hand, a happy grin as she does so. Saying she was happy to see other members of Rhodes Island around, was more than an understatement.

  Once the car had begun to move, Heather's bandits followed at a steady pace, and once the ride truly began to pick up, Ryuji, Claptrap and Grey would notice as Heather seemingly vanished from the truck, reappearing in her own vehicle so as to avoid being squished by the g-forces. She appeared in her vehicle having a profuse nosebleed, strangely dripping pink blood, one of the bandits helped her clean herself off.

Before everyone left, Jacket finally found a little pond. It seemed clean. He luckily found a rag, too, although it wasn't clean or sanitary. At least he would be somewhat clean. He dipped the rag in the pond and wiped the blood off his mask and his clothes. Majority of the blood came off but he was a little dirty. He didn't care. He went back to where Horror was and got his weapons and was set.

Jacket was next to Horror (if there was room?), quiet as always. He was definitely able to do extraction but a little change couldn't hurt. He looked at the landscape.

As they hit the hill and went through the air, Skye started laughing from the whole thing. From all the adrenaline the ride was giving her and being in a Technical that was driven by Vault Hunters, she was having fun.

Skye looked at the Typhlosion and shrugged her shoulders when he looked to her for help. She didn't know what he needed her help with, so she couldn't help him. "Zane, I have a name! It's Skye! Y'know, if I had to give your driving a score, it would have to be a ten out of ten! Also, try to hit some bandits on the way there! I gotta get some bandit stomachs for Dr. Zed and with how fast we're going, they'll explode!"

Reaching over to the side of the Technical by just a bit, she held out her right hand to catch any flying bandit parts. Of course, she would take her hand away if anything came to bite it off. "By the way, you guys got anything I can put the stomach's in up there?! Like a bag or an empty backpack or something?! I don't wanna get the floor of the Technical dirty!"

Shaw went cross-eyed as the kuranta saw fit to boop her on the nose. Her face scrunched up a bit, feeling that awful ticklish sensation where they made contact. She rubs the afflicted area with a gloved hand in an effort to make the tingling go away. As she does so, hearing Nearl's heartfelt words makes her more than a little embarrassed. She could feel the heat growing on her cheeks—thankfully covered up by her hand—and settled for a small nod and mumble of agreement.

After Dr. Zed speaks to him, Voss gradually picks himself up. As he does, Jacket says something to him before Voss has the opportunity to reply. It was a man wearing a chicken mask and was covered head to toe in blood but, of course, Voss is at a point where he just stops questioning the strange. He heeds Jacket's advice on not overexerting himself by slowly but surely bending his new knee. Eventually, Voss makes his way towards Zane's Technical, ever so slightly getting more used to his new leg. The sea captain sits in the back while Abbott ultimately claims the shotgun seat since Zane thought he should.

Abbott was beginning to seriously regret riding with Zane. The aggressive hill jumping Zane does have the little sailor terrifyingly gripping the inside of the Technical. He barely listens to what Zane is trying to tell them until he hears the Irishman point out another hill, which makes Abbott almost immediately exclaim, "NO! WAIT-" Naturally, Zane jumps the second hill anyways. Voss is uncomfortably trying to hang on in the back seats, too, but he's not as shook-up as Abbott currently is. Although, he does miss the times that there were just flat roads to drive across. At this point, he notes who is in the same vehicle as him. There's a girl, unbeknownst to him as Dani. There's Trevor from earlier, unfortunately, that made Voss cringe. There's some blue bear-looking creature which turned out to be Kendall. The only seemingly regular person there was Richtofen.

Voss and Abbott turn to Zane when he addresses his crew. Voss responds with, "Uh, could be better..." while Abbott only comes back with a whimper. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like Zane cares about any of their opinions as he simply tells FL4K over his radio-like device that everybody is fine. However, Voss wants to make sure Abbott is doing fine. He reaches over to Abbott's seat and pats him on the shoulders.

"You doin' okay, kiddo?" His voice could barely be heard over the excessive volume.

"Yeah, Voss. I'm fine."

Voss chuckles. "You don't seem like it. You're shaking like a sea-sick landlubber in the middle of the ocean! OH! That reminds me. Remember your first day at sea when-"

"Stop! Just don't even start..."

Voss laughed again. At this point, he noticed one more person in the back with him. It was a woman who introduced herself as Skye, and she wanted to get some bandit stomachs. Abbott thought that she was kidding until he saw her reach her hand out to catch the flying organs. Abbott audibly gagged, while Voss continued to chuckle in that back, this time directed at her.

"Ah, I'm 'fraid I don't have anything you could use. Hey, Abbott! Maybe we can use that broken guitar of yours! It'll finally have a use..."

"Absolutely not!" He clutched the instrument close to his chest while Voss giggled.

Dr. Zed's explanation was not reassuring in the least, but nevertheless Ryuji lightly tapped his goggles. "I'll not be blinding myself anytime soon with these on. Bandits? Psychos? Not so much, unless those masks of theirs give the right protection, which I pray they don't." In truth, Ryuji wasn't particularly looking forward to being operated on by Zed, anyway.

Ryuji was getting close to facepalming when his description of the Monokuma head only made Heather cuddle with it even more. /Guess I shouldn't be surprised... she does mess with corpses./ He thought.

Claptrap was next to hop into Salvador's Technical, and when he did, Ryuji turned to him. "Alright, Clap. When we get there, I'll need peace and quiet in order to set up my fireworks. Once I set them off, then you can go do... whatever. It's part of my plan, y'see. If it's another high-five you want, you'll get one if you can do that for me." Frankly, Ryuji was expecting the talkative robot to screw things up somehow, but even if worse came to worst, he could still make noise anyway.

When Elizabeth waved to Claptrap, Ryuji silently gave her a two-finger salute.

FL4K had also expressed a form of apology about what he had earlier said, and to that Ryuji gave a smirk and a thumbs-up. "Only the biggest, sir. We'll give 'em a show they won't forget... or remember, since their brains will be splattered all over the ground."

Grey had introduced himself, and so Ryuji turned his attention to him, next. "Yep, that was me, Grey. Matter of fact, it was also me that blew up dozens upon dozens of weirdos with a salvo of said fireworks. Made 'em all myself... except for the 'Amethyst Dragon'. That one was my old man's work. Maybe one day I'll be able to make something like those, myself. Until then..." Ryuji's gaze drifted over towards the moon and its Firehawk insignia. "I have... ideas of my own. Should've grabbed another sheet of paper from the meeting room when I had the chance."

Salvador had sped off in his Technical, and the ride was quite bumpy. With the constant swerving and the Gunzerker's desire to use virtually anything ramp-shaped as, well... a ramp, Ryuji had to put away his Torgue rifle and firmly clutch whatever was nearby to keep himself from falling out. "I think... urp... I'm good... for now." Ryuji said to Salvador when he mentioned wanting to pass his gun around and give everyone a turn at shooting Skags. Until then, Ryuji kept himself anchored down and shut his eyes to help stave off the impending nausea. Sure, Salvador was having fun, but...

Fluffington the Mighty snaps awake, looking more than a little spooked. She quickly calms herself, so that anyone who wasn't paying direct attention to her wouldn't notice. She wiggles a bit, finding that she is restrained and strapped to the Doctor. "Hey, what's the big idea? Lemme out!" She begins to wiggle against the bonds.

David smiled at Johnny's reaction, glad that the gratitude overshadowed the pain as with Lucky. He raised an eyebrow at the stash they mentioned, but waited patiently for the men to go get it and return. When he saw them, David felt something. It was Divine. Supreme. Godly. It drew him, the same Spirit that resided in him pulsing from these rocks. As soon as David placed his hand on the ore, his eyes flashed bright white and he saw...everything.

After a few seconds, he let go of the ore, and though most of what he saw was gone, he felt a power surging through him that had never been before. He knew of only One Power that could be unlimited like that. He saw everything holy, and everything evil. A particular area of evil, specifically carnal rage.

He saw the Jade that encrusted the rabbit's heart, and was about to try and conduct a Break Down, but he stopped. What if he hurt his heart in the process? He looked at the legless being again, now seeing a clearer picture. The jade was everywhere. Everywhere. He was shocked it hadn't shut him down.

Just then, David had an idea. "Hey, Sir Lucky. I'll numb your leg nerves for you and put some new feet on there too." He envisioned rabbit feet and lower legs and brought the scrap forth from before, reshaping it into the desired shape. "This is going to hurt for a second."

He Grabbed Lucky's nerve endings - now able to do so from the surge of power from the ore - and numbed them using air pressure by pinching the nerves just right in his upper legs. He brought the legs over and used Break Down to meld some of the ingot with his new legs and artificial arms, sure to put the Holy material where it met the Jade in his ankles.

Once done, he cautioned the rabbit again. "This is going to hurt." He released the nerves. After the pain-induced tantrum that would bo doubt follow, David smiled. "You should be able to kick a tank clean through with those hoppers."



Not forgetting Johnny, David placed some of the ingot in his artificial arm as well, and put some in Abraham's gear. "Now, you two should be a couple superheroes. I'll take a piece of the ingot and the rest of the ore. Lucky," he tossed the rest of the ingot - which was most of it - to the rabbit, "All yours. Sell it, eat it, whatever."

Lucky was about to study the Eridium himself, but not only did David beat him to the punch, he demonstrated that Eridium did some weird shit to you on physical contact. The man froze up, while his eyes lost all color. "You all right?" Lucky furrowed a brow. "Are you a siren too, or something?" It would be a couple seconds before David showed life again, and his first thought seemed to be on Lucky.

"David, Laddie? What just happened?" Lucky backed away, trying to process David's thought, which he immediately acted upon, making new feet and intertwining the Eridium within them. He also did the same with Lucky's arms with swiftness and vigor. Umm...the rabbit didn't want to know what this purple rock was really capable of. "New feet? Uh, uh, that's okay, Laddie, I-HUAH! OH, FUCK!" Too late, David had him by the legs. "OWWWWW! JESUS CHRIST DATING A SPANIEL! FUCKING WHY!? JESUS CHRIST, IF YOU CAN HEAR ME OVER THE ROMANTIC SHOWTUNES, I WANNA SAY I'M SORRY FOR EVERY FUCKIN' THING I'VE DONE! EVERY SINGLE FUCKUP I MADE LED UP TO THIS MOMENT! FUCKING BITCHASS PRICKLEANUSED SON OF AN AIRSOFT RIFLE! NOW I KNOW WHAT A FUCKING SQUEAKY TOY FEELS LIKE IN THE MOUTH OF SOME DIPSHIT ASS MONGREL! Lucky heaved in and out when it was over. "J-Jesus...Next you'll tell me you want to make me a new eye, Laddie! I mean, you clearly enjoy attaching scrap to me-What the...?" Between the ends of his nubs and the tops of his new feet were a few tiny crumbs of jade. "The hell? It was only supposed to go around me heart..." He couple even pick a little bit of it off, like they were just scabs.

"Care to explain?" Lupé growled.

"I don't know. If the real me didn't tell him about this, then I wouldn't know, either." Mismakora replied.

"Lovebi--HEY!" She glares at him, but is interrupted by the next jump before she can say anything more, forced to hold onto her seat.


The Glaceon folds her 'arms' when Zane asks them to keep talking apparently to just get FL4K off his back. "No."

Julia looks up at the sky, not getting involved in the conversation.

There is a chance that you can escape if you struggle, but once that is done, the velocity and pressure will hurl you out of vehicle," Doctor explains to Fluffington, "I am doing this to prevent that."

"Yeah, I noticed," Rocket would say to Dani with a slight tilt of his small head. When Skye pointed out how much money they would be getting for the bounty on Ribcage, Rocket merely shrugged, keeping his arms crossed. "Eh, it ain't like that money'll work back in my home." The raccoon mused aloud, his voice trailing off slightly. It seemed that he was deadset on getting home, at least. Rocket then watched as Price argued with the insane witch girl over her helping along with their little trip. He watched as Price then approached them, and when he made the little joke about kids, Rocket leaned back in his chair. "Yeah, they can be a real friggin' handful, can't they?" He asked, thoughts of none other than Groot entering his mind. Since the original Groot died in the fight against Ronan, Rocket had made it a point to raise his... offspring? Rocket didn't know what this current Groot was, but he didn't care. It was Groot, and a young one at that, and Rocket made sure to raise him as his own.

And then that Zora broad he'd met back when this shitshow started approached him. At this question, Rocket snarled for a moment, though instead of reacting with extreme anger, he simply turned back around, no longer looking at her. He instead fell back against the seat. "That makes me Rocket,"

"Ain't nothing like me, 'cept me." He said, thumbing to himself, still with the underlying slight snarl.

Before long, everyone was ushered out of the building in their respective Technicals. As they drove along, Rocket had plugged in some headphones to listen to his own tunes on their little drive, this specific song being a classic from one of Quill's "Awesome Mix(es)".



"There's a road I'd like to tell you about, lives in my home town
Lake Shore Drive the road is called and it'll take you up or down
From rags on up to riches fifteen minutes you can fly
Pretty blue lights along the way, help you right on by
And the blue lights shining with a heavenly grace, help you right on by..."

The lyrics to the upbeat song sang out in a low hum by the not-raccoon as he noticed other people shooting at random Skags and screaming. He couldn't make out what was being said, but that didn't matter to Rocket in all honesty. As the high beat played in his eardrums, he would fish out a few grenades and toss them along the road after unpinning them, each one eating the ground in succession with the music.

"And there ain't no road just like it
Anywhere I found
Running south on Lake Shore Drive heading into town
Just slippin' on by on LSD, Friday night trouble bound..."

As each grenade was tossed outside of his Technical, they would blow up mere moments later, sending Skags flying up into the air in the Technicals' wake. And all the while, Rocket was singing the words to the melancholic tune without a care in the world.

"Don't let go!" Tsukasa said happily as he accelerated the motorcycle where his destination would be is to go to someone's hideout as the others have already gone. Surprisingly, the motorcycle is the fastest that he had driven and he may have a feeling that Elizabeth was terrified from it as she isn't familiar with this machine that she is on.

He can feel his stomach being squeezed by Elizabeth from behind but that didn't bother him a bit. It took them approximately an hour to get to the hideout as he jumped over a ramp as he has to apologize to Elizabeth for it.

"Are you alright? Sorry about that! I just thought that we can have ourselves a little fun! But don't worry, you will get used to it!" He apologized. He waited for Elizabeth's response.

Tsukasa has no problem explaining it to Elizabeth. "Yes, but it has a lot of mechanical stuff in it and it is shaped like a bicycle. Trust me, you might get a hang of it. Would you like to ride one?" He asked as he wants Elizabeth to see what it looks like.

Tsukasa responded upon Minako's words. "I see. It is a good thing that you and I are alone together at the moment. That guy is an absolute jerk." He said angrily.

And then about the motorcycle. "Would you like to ride in it? There can only be two people but I am waiting to hear what Elizabeth has to say if she is interested in riding one." He said happily.

Lilith and Kirby

Wile Kirby and Lilith were riding on the bus a wolf comes over to Kirby, he looks a little worried about the wolf getting a little too close to him but luckily it didn't hurt him but licked his face instead, Kirby giggled in response. Lilith was watching the whole thing with a confused look "Well alright then, good thing nothing bad happened." Lilith was sitting by herself writing in her diary again, the contents were sightly less disturbing then they used to be but are still somewhat worrying.

Naoto nodded in agreement. "I see. Well, I think that we are almost there." He said as it seems like that they are halfway to the hideout. He then asked Anna about her hobbies.

"What are your hobbies? I know that my only hobbies are just pro wrestling but I also like to watch television whenever I have nothing to do." He said.

Kendall glances at Doctor warily. "Uh... is that supposed to be supportive?" he asks before almost getting thrown off by another bump in the road. He lands with a grunt on his rear. "Ugh."



Grey's eyes go wide as Heather disappears. "Wh- hey! Where'd that creepy girl go?"

Salvador notices the many trucks following him. With a grin, he takes back his rifle and holds it out the window.



"IT LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE BANDITS FOLLOWING US! LET US FIRE SOME WARNING SHOTS, FUNNY MAN WITH THE GOGGLES AND WEIRD HAIR!" he screams at Ryuji and then blast a whole magazine above the heads of the trailing trucks. None of the bullets are aimed directly at them, at least, so any misunderstandings would be quickly resolved before you get to the compound.



Grey, from the back, leans over and away from all the flying lead. "Is this even safe to do?!"



Horror once again laughs and waggles his rear end excitedly, pressing himself up against Jacket and firing his rifle in the air with his tendril just after Rocket begins tossing grenades willy nilly. With all this noise, you have to wonder how many Bandits haven't closed in on you yet. Maybe hearing loud engines and gunshots in the night is common here.

Zane, without looking back at Skye, answers her, "Put the smaller stomachs inside o' the bigger stomachs, lass! Or ask FL4K to carry 'em for ya!"

"I would not object to collecting more human organs. Or any organs, for that matter."

The crazy Irish driver then looks over at Abbott. "You alright there, boyo? Ya' look like you're about to toss up everythin' ya've ever eaten. You don't have to go out the window if ya' want, we're probably just gonna blow this pile o' shite sky high after we're done anyway. AND SPEAKIN' O' BLOWIN' UP!"

Zane soars over another hill, causing Kendall to nearly fly out. Again. "bweh" he says as he hits his head against the wall of the truck bed.

"That weird furry thing's got the right idea!" Axton cheers and tosses his own grenade out the window, which explodes and turns a group of divebombing Rakk into mush. "Score four for the Commando! Yaaaah! Yaaaah! Oh, Axton, you're so cool and handsome!" he tells himself in an exaggeratedly high-pitched voice.


Ten minutes of risky bad driving later, and you see a large stronghold come up far in the distance.



"Alright, looks like we've arrived at our target! Time to get this op started!" Axton announces through his own ECHO Device on his hip, an announcement heard on the other ECHO Devices his fellow Vault Hunters are carrying. Zane and Salvador brake abruptly, most likely throwing you forward, while Axton and FL4K come to smoother stops.

"That's some poor weight transfer," Kendall says as he catches his fall with a paw.



Grey, on the other hand, bonks his head as he's flung into the back window. "Ugh... where did these guys learn to drive..."

"Continuing in Technicals would draw too much attention to the extraction and lookout teams. Both of us will continue on foot," FL4K announces. "The distraction team shall continue to advance in their Technicals. May your roars be loud and your claws sharp."

The robot and his older friend get out of their Technicals. Horror jumps out as well, having decided to be on the lookout team.



Zane smiles at all of you. "Ready to have some fun?"

"Good luck out there," Axton adds. "Remember, keep comms open." He turns back to his Technical. "Ryuji, get those fireworks ready. Everyone else, weapons hot. Let's blow these bastards to hell." Axton reaches down and takes his folded turret from his hip, rubbing it rather sensually. "You ready to kick some ass, baby?" He throws it onto the flatbed in the back. "Missus comin' your way!" Right as it lands, it quickly unfolds into a full-sized turret in the middle of all of you in his truck.



Kendall turns to Julia. "Guildmaster, could you set up the mental link for us again?"

"Like that weird feckin' thing Lilith used to do? You're not gonna be catchin' me in any weird positions in my memories, are ya'? Ohhh, I'd feel bad for ya' if you did..."

A rifle identical to Salvador's one appears by the Gunzerker's lap in the same manner Ellie had made the Technicals. What was it called? Digistructing?

"GAHAHAHA! I WILL ENJOY SEEING THE BANDITS CRY!"

"The extraction team will go once the distraction is in motion. Our Buzzards will follow soon after we capture the one named Ribcage," FL4K declares.



"Let our hunt begin."

Zane, Salvador, and those of you on the distraction team speed off at full throttle. Steele's Holdout, with its poorly constructed fences, wooden barriers, walls lined with Bandit guards, and its enormous, albeit rather lopsided, sadly constructed arena forged from tons of scrap metal, comes closer and closer into view. Back at the base, Megumin would be left mostly alone. Y'know, maybe it was a better idea to stay here. Those Technicals were jumping all over the place. The Vault Hunters were probably trying to kill everyone in the team or something. At least the Crimson Raiders are made up of ex-soldiers who probably know about what they're doing. Right? So there really doesn't have to be any dange-

"VE TH'UUN Ö... TH'VE'Ä..." says a deep, guttural voice that comes from behind the explosion-obsessed girl. Behind her is a man-sized fish on two legs with a guitar strapped to his back and a revolver in his hand. Most importantly, it's not pointed at her... not presently at least.

"Did you just put Eridium in our gear...?" the soldier asks in wonderment. "Oh, hell yes. I'm pretty sure my stuff counts as E-Tech now! Hahah!" He raises his gun in the air. "You know how much I could sell this for?! Aw, but- damn, this is gonna be way more powerful now! Why would I ever wanna sell this?!"

Johnny flexes his arm. "I reckon I could punch a hole in a wall with this now, son! Ya've done us both a lot." He glances between everyone. "Just be careful 'bout staying close to Eridium, ya' hear? I'm hopin' I can take this arm off and put it back on, 'cause livin' next to Eridium means probably goin' crazy. Like, Psycho crazy."

"Yeah. Be careful. Eridium can work wonders, but don't get too attached to it," Abraham warns. "But... damn, we really owe you both our lives now."

"He said it! I feel like I'm twenty again! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAW!" He swings his arm at his house's wall, which unfortunately blows a hole in it and leaves the roof to collapse. "...ah, hell. I'll get that fixed later."

"Honestly, with these Eridium upgrades, I think one of us can stay behind. It'd be nice to get out of this dump, but I'll stay here if I need to. It's my hometown, anyway."

Johnny and Abraham look at you.

"So, if you ever wanna go back with your team... one of us'll go with you."

O-Oh my gosh...! I think I did it..." Falcon opens fire again and kills another bandit "Oh my gosh! I think I did it again!" Falcon continues to open fire at whatever bandits he sees. He smiles wide from the excitement "Never in my life did I think I would enjoy mass murder!" Falcon laughs manically

  “Alright, there should be a small base nearby that we could use as our temporary home. If what the map here says isn't outdated then I doubt there's a too much raiders for me to take care of.”
  
  I spoke, my hands now holding up an unfolded <<map>> as I looked at a circle with "15 of us" written in it. The <<map>> in question was acquired from one of the fallen raiders I had killed earlier during the invasion earlier on, and rather conveniently enough, it has some details on which base those raiders are at and approximately how many of them are there in each base. It also happened to have a mapping of some areas that Exia and I had not discovered yet, so this could be handy. Although I'm not exactly sure how accurate the map's details truly is, to be frank. A similar doubt that Exia shares as we flew closer to our destination.
  
  “Kirito, your search skill isn't sufficient to allow you to check the numbers for yourself, and if what the layout of the base suggests to us is accurate, they could see me the moment I am near the settlement. The area doesn't look well spread enough that I could provide cover fire safely either, are you sure you want to take them on you own?”
  
  Exia was not exactly wrong to question my decision, I'll admit. Fifteen against one would not have been an issue if I was at a higher level with better defenses, which I wasn't. For all I know I could just walk right into the middle of their shootout unintentionally and be turned into a lead-filled fleshy pancake. However, I really couldn't sleep inside the cockpit without feeling my head bumping onto any parts of the terminal while Exia avoids whatever "wildlife" there are in the wilderness that came to bug us. I'm not exactly feeling confident to go back to the town I had helped defended earlier either. Plus, taking settlement in the raider base could potentially mean getting something worthwhile for free to help fend for myself should I be seperated from Exia, not to mention also level up at that so I could raise my stats for better survival. I admitted regret not taking and selling some of the weapons available for cash though. Folding the map as I kept it away in my hyperspace storage, I nodded.
  
  “I don't really have much of a choice so far, and if your guess is true, us staying in civilizations could lead to potential <<Mobile Suit>> attacks on the innocents.”
  
  Those two MSs, <<Lagowe>> and <<Hildolfr>>, were clearly out for our blood when we first fought these two. Luckily there weren't any more Mobile Suits in the vicinity, not to mention that Exia's <<Optical Camouflage>> allowed it to conceal itself effectively when we weren't looking for a fight. However, just to be sure, we had decided that it would be best to sleep outside and away from any settlements with civilians in it in case our enemies' radar leaves them to the last position we were both detected at. Losing the raider base won't be that huge of a problem since there were more bases that I could take on for shelter. In front of me, a window soon popped up, revealing a zoomed in visual of what seems to be a small cargo base that hadn't been looked after for a long time - No surprise since we're in some wasteland that seems to be after "The End of the World" had occured - with a few raiders strolling about. Not a lot of defenses there, luckily for me.
  
  “Exia, get ready to land somewhere nearby the base, I'll get there on foot now.”
  
  “Understood. Tread carefully Kirito.”

  Sliding down Exia's outstretched arm, I slowly made my way towards the base. One of the raiders stood guard by the entrance, not really paying attention to his surroundings even though he was supposed to be attentive for any intruders. Not that I mind however, as I was able to get close to unleash <<Vertical>> on him, leaving him sliced in half while dropping what seems to be a few grenades and some throwing knives for me to use. Awfully convenient, I might add, since it helps a lot for me to combat against them.
  
  “Alright...time to take them down!”
  
  Unsheathing the <<Eludicator>>, I rushed into the base, ready for a battle.

Jacket tried to pet Horror with his taped up hands, but decided it was for the best if he didn't. Who knows if that flame can actually burn him. He kept quiet and didn't shoot until they were at their destination.
When they were arriving, Jacket looked at Steele's Hideout. Without even thinking, he grabbed his buzz axe and SMG and jumped out the Technical.
He rolled along the desert, speaking to himself, but obviously no one was around to hear him. "oopoopoopoop-" After rolling several times while getting dusty and hurt, he stopped nearby the Hideout but not too close to be seen. Jacket got up and brushed his clothes. He was definitely hurt a little, but what's a little pain? He looked at the Technical that left him. He was alone again, but not for long. He'd meet up with the distraction crew soon enough.

After a short while of resting, he set off for Steele's Hideout.

The entire ride over to where they needed to get to, she held onto Decade tightly. This was her first time and she had the understandable fear of falling over if she let go. She didn't want to fall over and end up in a wide open space in a completely new place, she'd immediately be lost and probably die within five seconds.

When they got there after going over a hill, she got off once they stopped. Her hands were shaking a little from the ride, which was probably due to adrenaline from the ride. "I'm fine, thank you for asking. And it's fine, that was... surprisingly fun." Hopefully she would get used to it as it reminded her of riding the rails with a Hookshot back home.

It was then that the lookout Technical got to where they were, followed by the other two Technical's. As soon as Minako got out, she went over to her and stayed close to her, listening to the plan. If she didn't, she'd stay next to Decade.

Once that happened and distraction went to where they needed to be, she went back to the people on lookout.

Hearing someone suggest a broken guitar, she looked over to the guy that had the accent. "I may just take you up on that offer!" It was the best she could do at the moment, but then Zane gave her a suggestion. And seeing how the one that owned the broken guitar seemed to not enjoy the idea, she'd have to go with Zane on this.

"That's... actually a pretty good idea! The kid with the broken guitar doesn't seem like he'd let me use it, so I'll just have to do that instead of the guitar!" As they would eventually run over unfortunate bandits that were shot and that fell out of their vehicle, getting splattered on contact with their Technical, Skye started trying to catch the stomach's. Occasionally, she'd look over and see Rocket tossing out grenades and she would say something, but she was currently occupied. She'd probably end up saying something once they get to where they need to be.

Eventually, they reached the place they needed to be and Skye stepped out. In both hands, she had two stomachs with smaller ones inside. Looking at FL4K before they went on ahead, she seemed completely unfazed that she was holding stomach's. "Hey, could you carry these for me in your parka? You may need to carry more since I don't think four would be enough for Dr. Zed."

Once he'd accept them since he didn't seem to object to the idea from what she heard, she looked at Rocket. "I saw what you did, Rocket, and gotta say: you're good with those grenades." Using her Siren telepathy to contact Heather, she started wiping her hands on her jeans of the blood that came from the stomach's as she spoke to her. 'Good luck, Heather. Be safe.'

She then looked at Zane and gave him a smile back, taking her corrosive pistol out. "I sure as hell am ready to have some fun. What, you think this wouldn't be fun? And hey, I don't think that's how Siren telepathy works, otherwise I'd be a mind reader and a professional blackmailer, two jobs that pay well enough so I wouldn't have a debt." Skye watched the Vault Hunters going with the distraction team head off to do their thing, reloading her pistol to be ready.

While Sora was telling Phoenix to nevermind what he’s been told, he sees Price telling Megumin that it’s not safe for her in her current condition.

“I think he’s right, I can’t have her getting kidnapped or hurt, and I don’t know how she can handle a weapon. It’s best that she stays here. Hey wait up.”

The Vault Hunters hit the road eventually with Dani leaving with Zane, and Sora going with Axton and Salvador.


Dani’s side:

“Thanks for letting me hitch a ride Zane. So.. do you have any hobbies or something? Y’know what do you like to do in your free time?” Zane doesn’t answer leaving Dani to look into the sky slightly disappointed.

Zane then tells his group if they’re ready to have some fun. “Oh, yeah! Yeah, I’m ready for anything, just be careful. (Okay Danielle, now’a not the time to get cold feet because you’re in front of a cute guy, you gotta focus!)” Thought, Dani as she gets ready for what’s to come with ecto energy coming from her hands, ready to blast something.

Sora’s side:

Sora would scrunch his face as he had to hear Salvador screaming all the time. “Whoa. Geez what a bumpy ride.” Sora uses “Magnet” on himself to keep from falling out the truck.

Axton asked if anyone cared to wind the blood off the truck. “Sure. I’ll get it off. Water!” Sora uses the “Water” spell to help with the blood; meanwhile Axton is about to give the signal on when they should fire.

Now! “THUNDER!” Sora shouts as he shoots Lightning from the Keyblade, really hoping to sell the distraction.
