Humanity as we now it is starting to fall. A disease has sprung up that turns people into mindless, blood thirsty, and aggressive monsters. Those who wish to survive must adapt and be aware. In the condition the world is in, letting your guard down could mean death by the chomping teeth of the infected. Be vigilant, be aware, and be ready to fight for your fucking life.
Overview
Your character is a survivor in the zombie apocalypse. Your current location is in Atlanta, Georgia. You must work together with other survivors (characters) to stay alive and above all be realistic. It's the zombie apocalypse for crying out loud. You can't just have a full military loadout and an RPG or something.
Infected
The infection is caused by tumors in the gums that are responsible for shutting down most brain functions. The tumors return the infected to their primal behaviors and cause them to be aggressive towards other humans. Infection is caused, of course, by being bit by one. They normally do walk slowly but there are some special ones that are able to sprint. They don't feel pain, so going for the head will be the fastest way to killing them.
Characters
Be realistic. I am only allowing one military position and it must be within reason. Don't have a ton of stuff on your character. It'll weigh them down. I'm only allowing 2 police positions as well. Again, be within reason. Your character can be from any where from around the globe, but they must be able to speak English. A face claim would be nice to include as well.
Setting
Atlanta, Georgia. Summer of 2015. Power has yet to cut off. I will be controlling the weather. So when I say it's raining, it's raining.
Posting
Keep it 4 lines or more. Unless you're in a spot and waiting for something to happen. Then I'll give you leeway. No turn order. Tag those you are interacting with. And please, no posting until I accept your character.
