Not sure for the second one. Vehicular accident, motorcycle driver, swelling on the head, and no identification card. He wasn't with anyone too. When it's like that, the hospital doesn't usually operate even though the guy needs it because they are not sure if he can pay.

Conscious, not alert but responds to verbal. When we asked if he had an identification card, he said yes in his right pocket, but when we checked upon arriving to the hospital, it wasn't there. Then the doctor already took over.
